PNR IIQMCE With reference to the above PNR number I had paid for Indigo Plus for both my wife and I (Passenger Names Mr. Divyaroop Bhatnagar and Mrs Devi Muthu Bhatnagar). We had booked seats 5C and 5D on 6E 285 from Delhi to Chennai on 25.08.12. On arrival at the airport we checked in and I did not realise till later that our preassigned seats had not been given to us. However the boarding pass clearly specified that we were NPLS passengers. In other words the booking had gone through. I came back to the Indigo counter after going thru security and were extremely badly treated by a lady from your check in staff who said that we had not made an Indigo Plus booking at all. I would like to make a formal complaint about her behaviour. The fact is that we travelled on different seats 22A and 22B on the flight inspite of paying the amount for Indigo Plus. On reaching Chennai I called Indigo Customer Care and spoke to an agent called Ahmed. The call was made on 25.08.12 at 10:13 am He said the following: The Delhi check in staff had made a mistake by not allotting us the reserved seat. Indigo Customer Care would contact me in the next 3 days and rectify the matter with a full refund. Nothing has been done uptil now.

Religious sentiments hurting and drubbing due to negligence of airlines crew.

Sir, I was travelling in business class in Indian air lines from Pune to Delhi. i have booked the ticket on line and gave a special request for veg Jain meals. in the flight the serving crew has asked for my preference again and being strict vegetarian again mentioned my choice of veg meal if Jain food was not available. eventually food was served without the top foil and i could realise that it was non veg food only after consuming it partly. i am a jain and follow strict veg diet since my birth as every one in my family. we even do not touch egg through out in our life. in the mansoon season even onion and garlic is not taken. it was a big shock for me and i had vomiting in the toilet. once it was brought to the notice of crew they offered alternate food but for me it was a deep shock and my religious sentiments were totally shattered. I have lodge a complaint on board as well as at Delhi air port after reaching. the replies received and my communication with the air lines are enclosed which are self explanatory. i wish to take up the matter thro consumer forum as i m not at all satisfied with the action taken by the air lines. in fact they tried to hush hush the matter without actually going through the details. it is requested to take up the matter with concerned authorities and I must be compensated suitably. thanks and regards. Non refund of cancellation amount for the go air ticket.

Sir, I booked an air tkt PNR # Q38SOI from Delhi to Mumbai for 4 persons dated 11/06/12 for amount of Rs 15,348/- from Go Air Airlines. I got it cancelled on 05/06/12 and the refund amount shown to me was Rs 4276/- on the web page(for which i have got proof as soft copy). On further enquiry i was told that the amount shown on the web site was wrong and the amount due to me is only Rs 2668/-. I think this is not the way any airline should behave. Everytime when contacted/mailed the standard response is that they are looking into the matter. Till date no amount has been refunded to me. I request u to pl. do needful. Cancellation requst not accepted _ PNR no. TYWJBF_03.03.2012

Dear Sir , I booked a ticket for jouney of dated 4th March '2012 on dated 3rd March '2012 at arround 6.18 pm but due to error of make my trip portal it was for travelling of dated 3rd march '2012 . After that i immediate called ( 6.25 pm ) to Make mytrip customer care for its error but they didn't cancelled my PNR no. TYWJBF and told me you may called to Spicejet for its cancelliation and whenever i called to spicejet customer care deptt.they told me that ticket will be cancelled if you intime before 2 hr of depature of flight . Than i asked to him/her , how its possible ticket has generetd arround 6.18 pm and flight timing was 7.40 pm . Now, you tell me where is my foult ?
