Saraswat bank freezes Society's bank Account voilating all the norms of banking Law

This is to bring to your kind notice flagrant violation of all simple banking norms and conspiracy of Branch Manager S P Kale of Saraswat co op bank ltd Charkop branch as well their corporate office who are trying to shield their offending employees.

We are the office Bearers of the Charkop Pallavi Co-operative housing Charkop, initiated legal action against the members who had illegally encroached Society Terraces and a Fake Chartered Accountant who is carrying out commercial activities in his residential premises of the Society.

Those offending members illegally formed parallel committee and
one of them filed the complaint against us with Mr.Nitin Kale
Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Housing Societies MHADA.

After 3 months of hearing Deputy Registrar Mr.Nitin Kale sent a notice to conduct the election for the Managing Committee and instructed the Hon.Secretary to transact the society account only for the payment of electricity Bill Water Charges and taxes. The Notice was addressed to Mr.Mahesh Deshpande Complainant Smt.Priya Muzumdar, Hon.Secretary of the Society and Sanjay Valunj, election officer. The Notices were delivered to Society Office.

Our Society has only one operative Saving Account No 5964 at Charkop Branch of Saraswat Co-operative Bank. On August 3rd 2015, Mr.S.P Kale, Manager of Charkop Branch of Saraswat Cooperative Bank, freezed the debit transaction of our Society Bank account of his own without any instruction from the any authority with a malicious intention to harass the authorised signatories. He even does not shown the courtesy to inform the office bearers of the Society even though Society has a Fixed deposit of about 10 Lac and Society has the Account since the year 1996. The Branch refused to honour the cheques issued by us for the payment for the Security Accountant informing them as debit transaction of the account is freezed. Mr.Kale claimed that he received the copy of the Notice send by the Deputy Registrar Kale. Mr.Kale on 30.7.2015. The copy of the Notice shown by him to us was a counterfeit of the Notice of the Deputy Registrar MHADA including the names of two Banks Saraswat Cooperative Bank Charkop Branch and Mumbai District Central Cooperative Bank.

Even ECS payment of Reliance for the payment of electricity was refused by the bank from August 2015 to till date. It may be noted that the Deputy Registrar allowed to pay the electricity bills. Mr.Kale failed to comply the instruction of the Notice.

Subsequently Mr.Kale admitted that the Notice was addressed to Mr.Mahesh Deshpande, Smt.Priya Muzumdar and Mr.Sanjay Valunj, election officer and there was no mention of the name of any bank. But continued the freeze claiming that there is dispute in the Society. In fact there was no dispute among the office bearers who are authorised signatories of the Account.

As per Ms.Nikam of the Office the Deputy Registra rMHADA, their office has neither instructed any bank to freeze the transactions nor send copy of the letter to any Bank.

Mr.S.P Kale, Manager of the Bank, also confirmed from the Deputy Registrar that the copy of the Notice were only sent by the office of the Deputy Registrar to the Office of Chakop Pallavi Cooperative Housing Society to not sent to any bank. Still continued to the freeze with malicious intention to harass the authorised signatories.

For last 5 months the illegal debit freeze of the account of the continued by Mr.Kale giving one or other excuses. As we are not able to pay the salary of the Security of Society and Accountant they stopped working for the Society and security of the Residents of the Society is at stack.

The incidents was reported to the Senior management which is still either sleeping over the complaint or trying to shield offending Employee.

The matter was reported by us to banking Ombudsman. He as usual closed the complaint under non-appealable clause for the reason complaint is not complying the clause no 8.

Now we are approaching the Consumer forums for the help to normalise the illegally frozen Saving account by Mr.Kale with malicious intentions.

Hi, I am yatharth jain using your card ending with ****-****-****-6599 with RMN 8882058605 made a tx on for about 65300 rs approx i want to convert this thing into EMI for 18 months i have all info that on this this amount is convertable and 1.1 is interest rate and 7000 rs extra i have to pay i made one mini amount bill payment on oct as at that time there is no option of EMI,when call on 31 oct the customer care told me that amount is convertable but as minimum amount you pay is 3200 approx something so 2000 rs deducted for interest and 1013 rs you have to shop to make this amount convertable to emi i at the same time on vodafone made this tx to made amount greater. Secondly, on second call to customer care on 6 th nov she told me that you have to shop more for 2000 rs as amount is still lesser no prob after that we convert emi or i take req of reversal i gave reversal req on same time i gave complaint for first query as i am not free every time to call customer care. 3rd point i get a call from bombay that you not pay mini or bill of oct then i give all explanation of it then he satisfied even that guys not even tell the another new thing. 4 th when call today on 9th nov that amount is not convert into EMi as tx is more than 60 days what a nonsense this all rubbish then i again give another complaint with vide no:- 13313367281 ,also further times i give rq of cc pin to link my card to account of my savings acc in hdfc still this thing not happen. Requested you that its is not mistake of mine as it is done by customer service end, requested you to convert my account in EMI of 18 months with 1.1 interest rate and for approx 4200 rs per month i get a installment ,requested you to convert on priority basics as i am right now not in positioned to pay full amount i every time call customer care and 60 days above occurs due to false things,hope you understand and coperate on the same. Debit Card - Amount Debited twice.

I have withdrawal rs 1000 from my HDFC account using SBI atm dated 15/09/2013 at 20:47 the atm no was S1OG015153001 and got the message for the transection but the address of withdrawal was incorrect i ignored that but next day I have received the same message with the same translation then i checked with the bank and found that there was double transection. I complaint to bank for the same but the bank is saying the transection is valid. So please help me in this matter.

Complaint Regarding Citibank Saving account service charges without my notice or intimation

I'm a citibank Savings Account no. 5-9XX0XX-X09 holder since 2005. I realize from past two months SERVICE CHARGES + SERVICE TAX 12.00 p.c ON SERVICE CHARGES + EDUCATION CESS 3.00 p.c ON SERVICE TAX (Rs 281) is getting deducted every month. I checked with phone banking executive and he said there are due to non-maintenance of account balance with is Rs 25000/- per month. I was communicated earlier as Rs 10000/- per month. He said there must be a letter sent to your communication address but after checking his records he told no letter sent to you because you were maintaining the balance till Mar'12 and the charges started after that. So till date there was a deduction of Rs 2529/- without any letter sent for the upgraded maintence charges, which he also agrees but after checking his superior he said these are valid and no reversal possible. I asked these charges are not no correct, please reverse else I'm left with no choices apart from closing the account and still loss my money with they deducted without my notice or proper information. This is what I get after 8 years relationship with Citibank. Please help me getting the money reverse and would like to close the account but need my deducted money back. Regards, Jai 9958813222

Firstly I wish to introduce myself that I Mrs. Sumana Mukherjee, W/o – Mr. Ashim Mukherjee as an inhabitant of Punj Lloyd Ltd. Camp Hathichera T. E, Po –Hathichera, Dist – Cachar, Assam – 788030 Mob – 9435177504 having a savings bank account no – 061901502356 under ICICI bank, Silchar Branch, Also, would like to inform you that a Fraudulence of Rupees four lacs forty four thousand and five hundred (Rs. 444500) only, occurred in my savings bank account no – 061901502356 vide my cheque no – 5058 on 31/08/2012 as I hadn’t issue any cheque amounting this much. I only came to know that the sum of this much amount has been credited account from my account to Krishna Kumari Panday’s when I got the SMS alert from ICICI bank. I got surprised and immediately contacted ICICI Silchar Branch Personal as well as ICICI customer care over telephone and enquired that why bank had not asked my confirmation before debiting from my account. Then upon my request Silchar branch personal acted immediately and arrange to freeze the account of Krisna Kumari Panday (after some time I become to know that the account holders name is Kisna Murari Pandy not Krishna Kumari Panday and the mistake was happened due to typing error done by ICICI anandapur branch personal where the cheque had been deposited) as well as another account where the fund was transferred from Mr. Panday’s account as till then only Rs. 398000/- was left into those accounts(confirmed by ICICI Silchar Bank personal) Moreover, When I asked to tell me the details of Krishna Murari Panday and the Other account holder, The ICICI bank personal refused me to tell all about them and now they are telling me that they were not able to find out these persons as their account were not a regular. Now my question arise that even after strict instruction and guidelines from RBI regarding KYC & AML, how bank is keeping such persons account if they are not able to contact them? The fact with this cheque is that neither myself had issued any cheque to Mr. Krishna Murari Panday nor amounting this much, as I had handed over the cheque to a person named Mr. Uttam Singha who came to me after telling me as he is an officer from United Bank of India and offering me a housing loan for purchasing a flat in Kolkata. The cheque holding no – 5058 was given to him for CIBIL check purpose and it was clearly mention in the space of pay to – CIBIL and a line after that to avoid free space, in the space of rupees it was clearly written in capital letter four hundred fifty only and a line after that to avoid free space and in the space of Rs. 450/- was written in figure. It’s beyond my imagination that anybody can do this type of imitations in banks cheque. I had also separately launched a police complaint against those personals who were took the cheque from me under Kolkata Police. I had given a request letter to ICICI bank, Silchar branch marking copy to Anadapur Branch, Kolkata describing all the details and requesting to revert my money back. But till today there is no written reply I got from the Bank side, while contacting with the bank I asked every time regarding this case and they replied me within few days that will be solved. On 12/10/2012 I have given another letter to the bank asking revert me back the freeze amount. Today bank personal telling me that until unless police has not given the written instruction to release the amount they cannot do anything. I talked with the police personal to doing so he replied me as the amount had been freeze upon my request so its banks duty to deliver the amount to me on my request so why they will give them the written instruction. Now I am nowhere without write you the letter as Its very very urgent for me to getting this amount. Now, it is requested you to kindly arrange to revert me back my money as early as possible and oblige.

I want to clarify that I have never taken any loan from ICICI bank also I do not have any relationship with ICICI Bank, the no is 01147767527, name is Amit raj. I am complaining against ICICI bank that how they are calling customers with wrong information and harrasing a human being.Also I have confirmed from ICICI bank call center no that there is no loan linked with my mobile no. Myself Arijit Mukherjee staying at Kolkata have done an online NEFT transaction through ICICI Bank Ltd. on dated 07.08.2012 of Rs.251540 to a third party Swapnabhumi Realtors Ltd.Third party is having account in Axis bank Ltd. and account number is 912020000352046.The money was deducted from my account on same day and still now the money was not credited to third party account.I have followed up with ICICI bank several times but no response from their side still now.I am attaching the transaction advice herewith.Please look into this matetr on urgent basis.

1. I am Dinesh Kataria holding the A/C NO 2040193000xxxx HDFC NARAINA VIHAR. And I gave request to close the a/c as I not able to maintain the a/c for next six months. I haven’t got any information of fee for close the a/c. As Mr Sumit oberoi (HDFC Staff) explain all benefits of a/c, but not other facts as a/c close fee and others. I spoke with Mr. Jitender Kumar (HDFC Staff on Dated 21/8/2012, he discussed and decided about closing fee will pay by executive got benefit for open the a/c. But till yet this a/c is not close. Finally I request you to help me. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2.I am Dinesh Kataria currently HDFC SL YOUNGSTAR SUPER PREMIUM POLICY NO 1520xxxx with two mistakes, which is incorrect mobile no and designation and not supplied by me. I was informing Mr Sumit Oberoi (HDFC Staff regarding these mistakes very next day I received policy document in post. And he assured he will take care and issues a letter confirming amendment soon, which I haven’t received yet. I requesting him on every visit to bank but he said letter was in Paschim Vihar bank and will take two or more days to get but no result. I remind him on 21/08/2012 but no success. refund of money

on 05/05/2011 a transaction through ATM was held from my account (Bank Of Baroda- Acc. No.- 27230100008227)but cash was not received through ATM & amount was deducted from account. Till today this amount is not refunded. On 09.05.2011, we informed bank with ATM slip and a application. on 12.10.2011 bank logged complain for there records and reference no is 2011101711409559. when we asked to bank for refund they are saying that now its too late we can't refund the amount.
