Dear mam/sir a person call me form sbi customer care no. and another no and get my personal and card details and make a transaction of Rs.4905/- through airtelbill desk. on 29-10-13 12:44p.m. and i intimate sbi card department immediately to stop that payment process after 3 minute 12:47p.m.and block my card and they assured me that i will not have to pay this amt. Rs.4905/- my complaint no is 0123023139398 i said them when a bill payment done by that person than call to bill's owner and ask how he made this payment through my card and why u have no power to recover this unauthorized payment which not done by me and without my consent. i sent him that person voice recording and how he make a call from sbi customer care 1860 180 1290 how it can be possible now they are saying to pay 4905/- but when i called on 29-1013 they told me you will not have to pay this amount you will have to pay only some charges.

As I purchase a phone which was Samsung galaxy Note2 through standard chartered visa credit card on 22nd may 2013 and i was In the promotion of 15% cashback that time and i was under a installment plan for six months and I have already send the proof of those documents which is enough for your clarification about the installment. I was charged for the one time payment and was informed that I need to pay the whole amount at one time however it should be for six months . I send the mail to you with the assurance that you will be able to help me out and convert the amount in installments so that I can pay.  But now you guys are not letting me pay because I can't pay it in a single installment. The initial charges were Rs. 37790/- out of which I was forced to pay Rs 9000/- and after I paid it you are saying that it cannot be converted in installment's and you guys are charging me late fee and finance charge which i should not get on it .  I would like to know the status of the card as soon as possible.  If you will not be able to resolve my issue then I will be forced to take further action as I have all the proof's. HDFC CREDIT CARD COMPLAINT

I have taken Credit Card in May 2011,but my card was stolen in Oct 2011,i have blocked the card on the same day, at that time the total outstanding was Rs.1199/- i didn't get any communication from bank till April 2012, in April 2012 i got a call from the bank executive regarding the payment for the outstanding of Rs. 1230/- which i have paid in cash having the receipt also for the same. But in Oct 2012 i have a received again about my oustanding when i have asked, What is this outstanding, they told me these are late charges so i have paid again Rs.2160/- as a penality charges( having the receipt for the same),but still they are adding late fees and bank charges on my card and asking for the payment , when i have asked them to do settlement they asked to pay Rs.7100/- more but said your name will show in the civil list. Today i have received the statement of Rs.10113/-. Please help on the same. As i had already paid Rs.3390/- against Rs/1199/- Thanks & Regards Neetu Sachdeva

Dear sir, i have been receiving threatening calls from hdfc credit cards from this no 02261453800 repeatedly in my office nos, manager's nos and every where else after 5 years. I had taken a credit card in 2007-2008 and spent 75000 which i already paid them, and thought the account to be closed. i dont even remember the card number. Now, after 5 years they are calling me to pay and outstanding of Rs 250000/-. Everyday i get calls in my office number, and my nos and manager's nos. my ofice people think that i may have committed some crime and i have to feel the embarrasment everyday and all my people are being disturbed. This is causing me harrassment and torture and i am not able to leave a normal life due to fear. i cannot pay 250000 as i am a poor girl living my life with my job. my job is at stake. Therefore, i request you to kindly ask them not to bother me as i have no money to pay them. Whatever, i have spent have paid them already. Please leave me alone. ANUSHA DIA

Hence I cannot keep making separate payments to one statement and you should not charge me penalty after receiving full payment for the same. 4. While approving easy payment option over phone, there was no instructions to make separate payments. You can verify the recorded conversation. 5. It is your duty to adjustment payment to all the pending heads/accounts and you should not keep credit to one account to charge penalty/interest to other account on the same statement. If so, then you should pay me interest at the same rate as you charged to me. 6. It shows your swindler intension to cheat customers after getting the full payment. And your arrogance of not removing such charges, stating unlawful/dishonest rules by your bank. Therefore, this is final warning to you to remove all above charges and provide credit to my account with your retail interest rate immediately. This is with reference to my credit card of Barclay bearing no.4339481974511012/Standard Chartered 4196075820119939 in the name of Sandeep Patni.I deposited a cheque bearing no-354252,dtd 14/05/12 hdfc,Amt Rs6277/- of the total amount due.The cheque got bounced because of Standard chartered's fault .Standard chartered bank deposited the cheque in ICICI bank instead of HDFC for clearing.HDFC refused to clear as it was received from icici instead of Standard chartered bank.Please find attached copy of cheque.PLEASE NOTE THE CHEQUE WAS DEPOSITED WELL BEFORE DUE DATE I m willing to pay total actual outstanding but without the penalties,late fees,Taxes etc.I m willing to deposit the amount of Rs 6277/-immediately provided no other charges are levied.Also i want to stop/close the said Credit card.Please stop/close the card from immediate effect .Please reply on immediate basis.I will not bear any future penalties as i m willing to make immediate payment

HDFC bank credit card fraud

This is in the reference of the fraud done with me. I am using HDFC credit card ends with XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-7435. There is two transactions on my credit card on 3rd Dec’12. 1) 3/12/12 at FIRETAP INTERNATIONAL, LONDON : Rs 23,762.64 2) 3/12/12 AT EFLOW.IE, DUBLIN : Rs 1500.80 I have called the customer care as soon as I have seen this message and asked them to block the card and decline the transactions. Transactions are been done at London & Dublin, how that is possible as I am from Rajkot (Gujarat) India. This is a fraudulent activity been carried on my card without my knowledge. I refuse to pay this amount. I kindly request you to please take some action this. I confirm that these transactions are fraudulent and I haven’t involved in any of these transactions.
