worst after sale service by micromax

I purchased a micromax A 87 handset on 01/01/2013. my battery got bulged by june 2013. i requested for a replacement for which i was denied giving an excuse that it was just 3 months warranty on battery. i requested for a replacement of battery for which i would bare the cost. Its been more than 2-3 months now i have given a request at micromax service centre vijaynagar but no progress. they are unable to get me a battery and the excuse given for the same is out of stock since i raised a request.

Fraudulent Attempt by Renault India

I had booked one of the Renault cars Duster in July with Renault's Kolkata dealer against Booking ref No is 238 & had paid a booking amount of Rs.50,000. The dealer promised the delivery to be done within 30 days. Initially we were told that the vehicle will be delivered during Aug'12 later on promised for September'2012 delivery rescheduled to October'2012 and to my utter surprise now they are saying that the delivery will not be possible before Feb'13 and it might take Mar-Apr'2013 . They are forcing to accept either of the option to pay more for upper version or else wait till Feb-Mar'13. It is very difficult to believe the system failure on the part of a century old European organization like Renault with their customer. Renault trying to take their Indian customers' granted...Treating them as Europeans' used to treat us 65 years back... Renault TRYING TO CHEAT INDIAN CUSTOMERS’!!! SHAME

Breach in the name of Brand

I Purchased Two Bridgestone tyres Model 205/55/16 From Capital Tyres 41, Surat Singh Building, Yusuf Sarai New Delhi-16 Tel :- 01126190390. on 8/05/2012. And one of the Tyre got worn out with full of cracks on it on 4/08/2012 and they kept on lingering the matter when i placed a complaint and submitted the tyre to them that wehn the engineer would come they will get in touch for the same and on 31/08/2012 i saw a bulge in my another tyre also and i went to the and showed that then they said that the previous tyre was full of Cuts and its not a manufacturing fault so they cant replace the same and as per my conversation with Mr. Sharma owner of the shop during the purchase of tyre he said if any bulge seen in the tyre the tyre would be replaced now when i showed them the other tyre with bulge they were completely Numb and said we have to check they checked and said that there is a cut inside the tyre so the bulge is due to that cut so its also not a manufacturing defect so we cant replace the other one also. and when i asked the for Bridgestone Complaint no they said its grey market tyre so we dont have any Invoice for the same and its Imported tyre so Indian Bridgestone Company would not entertain the same. Renault- Worst Customer Experience

Hi, I booked the Renault duster on 19th June 2012 from Renault Delhi West Showroom. My priority no. for the same was 108. Initially I was promised the Car in the first week of August, then I was told the Company is not sending the model which I have booked(85PS RXL) and my car will be delivered by 15th of August. But today it's 31st August and still the company and dealer are not providing me any confirmed date for the delivery. I have dropped like more than 10 mails to Renault Customer Care, have made like dozen of calls on their Customer Care but still I never got any reply from the Company. This is the worst customer experience i have ever faced with any Company. Renault has really made my state pathetic. I even sold my old Car just going by the promises they made to me and what i got in return for keeping faith on the Company was worst experience of my life. I just want that company should deliver my car ASAP. I know people who booked their cars like around 10 days after me from the same dealer and have still received their vehicle(Same model and colour that i have booked). On this who is on fault the company or the dealer.

Non refund of advance amount

I paid an advance of INR 10000.00 to Dulichand Motors Pvt. Ltd., Kolkata against an order for supply of "Spark" salon car on 27th. March 2012. But till 2nd week of April 2012 they could not supply. Ultimately I cancelled the order and asked them to return the adv. amount. They returned INR 7000.00 only and deducted inr 3000.00 as processing charg without my concent. I wish to realise my money with interest. Can you help? Regards.

sx 4 disel faulty brake system

Dear Forum Team i purcchased a sx4 zdi from Gurgaon and the same has been thorughly maintained by Motorcaraft noida.. Since begining there have been awkward noised from fittings and a lot other places which could not be rectified by Maruti until 29000km after repeated followups.. the suxpension was also changed since it was faulty and same was also admitted by Maruti that there have been some complaints on this. At 36500 km i felt a juddering on braking the vehicle so the same was taken to Motor craft and i was told the reason was worn out disks. i further enquired as to how disks could wear out so soon i was told the same was due to brake pad wear out. on examination i observed that only one brake pad out of 4 was worn out and the rest was still about 50%. it is only due to faulty brake system that the wear out was uneven .. i consider this as a threat to passenger safety and Marutis reaction to the same has been very negative.
