Deficiency of Service by Renault Dealer and non confirmation of booking

I had booked Renault Duster RXE-85PS-Diesel on 12/08/2012 with Renault dealer namely Sprint Cars Pvt. Ltd (A-5, Main Road, Kailash Colony, New Delhi -110048) and was assured that I would get delivery in the month of November 2012. Even after three months, the delivery date was not confirmed by the dealer. On contacting the dealer, I was told that Renault has stopped taking booking of the said Duster RXE Diesel model in August 2012 and the booking was taken wrongly. Also the only option I have is to upgrade to a costlier model Duster RXL and delivery would be made after another waiting period of 3-6 months with no confirmation of delivery date. I raised certain queries regarding the way I was handled by your dealer: -If booking of Duster RXE model was stopped by Renault than why did the dealer take my booking for this model in first place? -Why during last three months after booking I was not informed about this by your dealer? -Why no delivery date was not confirmed by the dealer for three months? There was no response from the dealer. I was left with no option but to cancel the booking. To my shock, the dealer is now saying that INR5000/= would deducted from total booking amount of INR 50,000/= as cancellation. This is harassment of customers that I am forced to pay for the deficiency of service by the dealer appointed by Renault. I think Renault has taken bulk booking from people with out ensuring whether it can keep the commitment of delviery the product. I want to file a case against Renault and it dealer. Kindly let me know whether this makes an effective case for customer harrashment.

UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES BY JAIKA MOTORS PVT. LTD., WARDHA, NAGPUR, A TATA & FIAT CAR DEALER

Complaint against Jaika Motors. I am from Hinganghat work as self employee. I have to move city wise here and there for my work. So, I think of buying new car. I go for inquiry at Jaika Motors, Wardha. Where I meet there Sales Executive Vishal. He shows me new vehicle from Jaika Motors and compile me to have Fiat Punto. All this happens in the Month of Dec 2011. I want to exchange my Maruti Omni (MH-31-AH-3083) with new car. So, vishal given me offer of exchange, Finance on new vehicle, RTO Registration, Insurance, on fiat punto emotion petrol 2011. within fifteen days. As per deal Maruti omni’s value is 75000/- exchange bonus is 10000/- and 52567/- by cash or cheque. total 132567/- as Down Payment remaining 415000/- by TATA Motors Finance. The Cost of New vehicle is 629962/- on which if discount is minus then cost is 546567/-. In all above cost they included the cost of Tata Motors Finance fee i.e. 5500/-. Whole deal done by authorized Sales Executive of Jaika Motors with all there rules and regulations. I submitted all paper as per deal to Jaika motors on 12/1/2012. Sales Executive told me that they will provide me finance under KYC scheme. After few day Sales Executive told me that I cant be a part of KYC scheme as the scheme is closed. So they ask me for guarantor. I provide them my father’s document as a guarantor on 18/1/2012. Then after on 24/01/2012 vishal told me all procedure for finance is completed so, I submitted them my Maruti Omni and remaining payment on same date. Then on 25/01/2012 they delivered me my new car with insurance and maruti omni’s submission paper. I bring my new vehicle at home. After that they haven’t even contact me for a month. On 24/2/2012 when I call them for Finance and Registration of Vehicle they, answer me that the finance can’t be done. They ask me for increase in down payment to 115000/- or select another insurance company for finance. As per insurance paper manufacturing is 2011 and value is 10162/- but they told me at the time of purchase of car the insurance will be of 19795/-. I am Self Employed person so I thought of going through new Finance Company. TATA Motors Finance ask me submitted all document to Au Finance as, Au Finance is another company suggested by Jaika Motors and Tata Motor Finance. I submitted the entire document they asked. But after few Days they told me that my Father is not accepted as Guarantor. So, I provide them new guarantor who is my relative name Jaikumar Parate. On giving document they told all thing will be fine now. But, again after few days they replied me that Jaikumar Parate is also not liable for Finance Guarantor. Damaged Occurred When I inquire about Vishal and Manufacturing of car. I come to know that the manufacturing of Fiat Punto is 2010 sept. and Vishal has leaved is Job. And Jaika Motor always makes me wait for Finance and Registration as manufacturing is 2010. I gone with notice to Jaika head office on 26/3/2012 as I will complaint to Consumer forum. I complaint to fiat motors, they told me they will handle all case and talk to there dealer Jaika Motors. I have all the conversation detail like letter and mail from Fiat Motors. But no response from both jaika motors as well as fiat motors. When I send notice to Jaika Motors to go through Consumer forum. They started using unnatural language and told me to they will take my car by force. The complaint is done as they are under act of unfair trend practices.

Deficiency in services & cheating by dd motors true value maruti cars ,moti nagar new delhi

registration no. of my car DL4CAA5665 ,purchased on 10.4.2009 from ddmotors moti nagar delhi and i have just run it for about 17,000 km only .inefficient driving can result into premature clutch replacement which is done on 16.4.12 service at F39 maruti service master but steering noisy was well reported within two months of purchase and it was not accepted by Jogendir service engineer whose service skills are utterly questionable and engineer like him can cause irrevocable/irrepairable damage to maruti true value rep.Last service on my car is done on 16.4.12 at F39,Okhala Maruti Service Masters -even after service ,its light system and steering horn is intermittantly working ,surprising & shocking the level of servicing,knowledge,and supervision .the bill amount was Rs. 9433.00 . i told the concerned several times ,no response .utation.pl help if possible .thanks ,best regards,vinod ,mob 9711102964

UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES BY SHRADDHA MOTORS PVT. LTD., BHARUCH, A TATA & FIAT CAR DEALER

I had booked a car (FIAT LINEA EMOTION DIESEL 2012 TUSCAN WINE COLOR) with representatives of Shraddha Motors Pvt. Ltd., Bharuch and paid an amount of Rs. 1 lakh as booking amount on 24th June’2012. Representative of said dealer at Vadodara (viz. Mr. Mayur Thakkar, Mob.- 9173067170 & Mr. Dhawal, Mob:- 9824027277) asked for a higher initial booking amount for providing a price protection assurance till the delivery, i.e they agreed for on road price of Rs. 10.15 Lakh(with free accessories of Mud Flaps, Foot Mats, Car Cover & 3M coating/ polishing) for Fiat Linea Diesel Tuscan Wine – 2012 shall be maintained irrespective of time of delivery, i.e. even if price or tax increases before delivery, the same price shall be maintained. On 04th July’2012, vide e-mail; they also informed me regarding chasis no. of my car (MCA110C1B09030470CLZI). After calling up the said people for no. of times it was informed by them that my car has arrived at Sharddha Motors, Bharuch and shall be ready for delivery at Vadodara on 12th July’2012 as per agreed terms. At that time they never told me for taking delivery at Sharddha Motors, Bharuch or physical inspection of the car before the said car leaves Bharuch and rather informed me that after completion of pre-dispatch inspection at Sharddha Motors, Bharuch, my car shall be sent to Vadodara for delivery to me. On 12th July’2012, I along with my family with great enthusiasm & cheers went to local delivery point of Shraddha Motors Pvt. Ltd., Bharuch (i.e at TATA motors service workshop at Keya Motors, Channi, Vadodara) for taking delivery of the car, but after seeing the car meant for delivery to us, it was shocking. Car was having visible scratches on the rear left door, on the boot space cover, on the bonnet. Car was not properly cleaned and was having traces of earth inside the boot space also and black patch also observed inside car on the roof (Rear right side). Seeing the condition of car, we refused to take delivery of the car but the said representatives insisted upon us repeatedly saying the scratches can be removed and they started to clean the car. We left the place because after paying more than Rs. 10 Lakhs we were definitely not interested to take a car with scratches. Subsequent to the said event they never bothered to call us and rather we called up the Sharaddha Motors people (Mr. Jatin C Bhanushali, Mob: - 9909021844 & Mr. Shoaib, Mob: - 9099985407) no. of times requesting them to provide me another new vehicle or else refund my booking amount. Shraddha Motors people (Mr. Shoaib) told me that after polishing, all scratches have been removed and request me check the vehicle. In reply I told him that by polishing no scratch can be removed and without application of paint it is not possible and I am not going to take delivery of a car which has already been re-painted before taking delivery. Mr. Diptesh Jain of Tata Motors also spoke with me very badly as he was sitting with Mr. Shoib on 14th July’2012 when I called up Mr. Shoaib and even told me that they could have delivered the vehicle with the scratch condition citing the reason that they have received the vehicle in the said condition from the factory and even said that booking cannot be cancelled at this stage as they have already billed the vehicle in my name and also made the insurance. In reply I said that it is not my fault that they have billed it in my name or made insurance payment and for somebody else’s fault I am not going to suffer and I insisted for a replacement vehicle which they did not agree till date. In view of the deliberations above, I am seeking the help of this forum for providing me a brand new FIAT LINEA EMOTION DIESEL 2012 TUSCAN WINE COLOR with different chasis no. or else refund my booking amount of Rs. 1 lakh at the earliest. I also seek a compensation of Rs. 1 lakh towards the mental trauma & time spent on these undesired & uncalled for events in either of the cases. For returning the due amount of car booking

I have booked a car (Ford Figo 1.4 TDCI ZXI) at Ameya Motors, Rajnandgaon on 19th January 2012 by a cash payment of Rs. 51000/-.Due to financial problems, I could not purchase the car and therefore, cancelled the booking. For this, I got back only Rs.46000/- (40000+6000)after much struggles, and I did not get Rs.5000/- till date. The Dealer is not at all responding for returning the due amount and behaving arrogantly and rudely and deducted it as 1% cancellation charge of Ex-show room price of the car. Please take necessary action against the Dealer.

Defective 2011-Maruti Wagon R (K Series) Sold by Atul Motors Pvt. Ltd. RAJKOT

We have purchased new Maruti WagonR (K Series) on 23-Jun-2011 from Atul Motors Pvt. Ltd. Rajkot (Gujarat), and delivered vehicle found faulty so on verbal complaint they had given assurance that it will be solved in your first service. But as of now we are not feeling any major change in the vehicle after four services. But after going back & forth for couples of time and on verbal & written request nobody able to find proper solution, so file a an online complaint with Maruti Suzuki, gave notice to the Maruti Suzuki, Head Office, New Delhi & Ahmedabad, also faxed to Atul Motors – Rajkot. But nobody took it seriously and ignored intentionally. So, filled a consumer complaint at local Jilla Grahak Suraksha Mandal, but have a feeling that nobody interested in solving/listening complaint of non-influenced citizen/person. Don’t’ you think that I have a right to seek redressal against unfair and restrictive trade practices. 1) Application faxed to Local Dealer/Maruti Suzuki : 02-Aug-2011 (Attached) 2) Online Complaint with Maruti Suzuki by Ref No. 5503-1/W2011080149 dated 03-Aug-2011(Attached) 3) Consumer Complaint: Docket No: 11081426 dated 11-Aug-2011. (Attached) After I purchased the Vehicle has been kept by local service center for total 23 days in several attempts, but not getting satisfactory solution. As most of the information/communication is already attaching herewith, so not repeating entire matter here, I hope that without going into the court my matter would be solved by your interference. Expecting your immediate assistance in this matter
