I had purchased (HR26BV1679) TATA SAFARI EX 2.2 Dicor VTT on 17th Oct 2012 from ABS Motors, Gurgaon. The problems with the car started on the very next day of the delivery date i.e. 17th Oct, 2012. I had visited ABS Motors , Gurgaon couple of times after the delivery date to inform them about the problems. Mr. Ronak & CRM (FATIMA) of ABS motors stated that this is because of Air lock. So they suggested me to pump the Air bleak to resolve the issue. Following are the issues with the Safari car (HR26BV1679): 1. Morning starting problem. 2. RPM Hunting. 3. It takes around 15-20 cranks to start the engine and most of the time the engine doesn't start. 4. Noisy doors. 5. Missing rubbers pads. When I visited the showroom third time they sent me to the workshop for check up. Mr Mool chand (Mechanic) and Vinay Sirvastava (GM) checked my car on 30th Oct 2012 but neither did they open any job sheet nor did they make an entry. No gate pass was issued at that time. They said that the vehicle was perfectly fine and I could take it on highway. On 31st of Oct, 2012 I traveled to Ludhiana (In-Laws) and my vehicle broke down (Morning Starting Problem) and it had to be towed away by Dada Motors, Ludhiana. Please refer to my case history as I have registered 3-4 complaints with toll free 24*7 Tata Support Team. Complaints Numbers: 1. 1-17465729585 2. 1-17390971489 3. 1-17479105764 The mechanic at the Dada Motors said that it would take around 5-6 days to fix the vehicle (Due to Fuel System Problems). As I had to reach Delhi at the earliest he temporarily fixed the vehicle to enable me to reach Delhi. After reaching Delhi I had to take my vehicle to ABS Motors, Gurgaon Workshop. They opened the job sheet and kept my vehicle for 7 days. Lucus Engineer and Tata technical team inspected the vehicle and they concluded that the injection pump and rail pressure pipe was defective. So the injection pump and Rail pressure pipe was changed and the vehicle was delivered on 10th Nov, 2012. On 11th Nov, 2012 as I had to travel to Allahabad it took 6-7 cranks to start the vehicle. After reaching Allahabad next morning i.e. 12th Nov, 2012 I tried to start the vehicle but could not do so. Hence, the car had to be towed away (Again Same Morning Starting Problems) by G.P motors, Allahabad. The fuel tank of the car was opened by the workshop and they observed some sticky substance in the fuel tank. In opinion of the supervisor this could be the substance of jaggery /sugar mixed with the fuel and the same was intimated to Sumit Kumar(CSM) through email on 16th Nov, 2012 before carrying out any repair/replacement on the vehicle though the vehicle is under warranty. On 17th Nov, 2012 I have personally visited the workshop since no repair was carried out till date. I personally checked the fuel tank in presence of mechanic and supervisor and found no trace of sugar/jaggery. The sticky substance could be the result of synthetic material settled in fuel tank .We have further observed in the fuel tank an iron spring and rubber part for which photographs are available with me. I wonder how these foreign materials are lying in the fuel tank of this brand new vehicle is anybody’s guess. Iron spring and rubber part found in the fuel tank was not covered in the observation forwarded by the supervisor. I am sorry to say that the previous workshops failed to identify the issue with the fuel tank. They only provided the cosmetic service and handed me the vehicle stating that the vehicle was totally fixed. There is a total negligence on their part. It could have proved dangerous to the lives of my family and me when I traveled on the long route with the defective vehicle. Photo proof of the rubber part, spring and the sticky substance inside the fuel tank is with me for your perusal. Since 12th Nov 2012 my vehicle is lying with GP Motors, Allahabad and Instead of fixing the vehicle under warranty they are blaming me for the cause of contamination whereas on the date of delivery the dealer filled 5 litres of fuel before handing the vehicle to me and on the very next day the vehicle started giving problems. Now, they are escaping from their responsibility & duty. They promised to provide me with loner car for my daily commuting but later they refused. Now, I & my family are left with no choice but to travel by public transport. I have been emotionally, physically and financially drained due to the number of visits that I had to pay to the workshop and the number of calls that I had to make to get the defective vehicle fixed with no success. It could have proved dangerous to the lives of my family and me when I traveled on the long route with the defective vehicle. Due to unavailability of my vehicle I have to travel by public transport and Due to reservation unavailability I am missing many of my social functions with my family. I am highly disappointed with the standard of repair services provided by these workshops. I have lost my attachment with this vehicle provided by the dealer due to frequent mechanical defects. I would request for the full replacement of the vehicle and the compensation for the mental agony & harassment that I & my family are suffering with.

Dear Sir /Madam Hello, I am owner of VW jetta. I bought Jetta trend line on 2nd June 2011. My car vin no is WVWK101K8AA554565 and Registration no is UK07AK7979. My car has completed 14743 km till now. I have done servicing of my car in regular interval and other maintenance from time to time. Now I am having an unusual problem in my car. Few months back my driver side wheel (Alloy) colour faded off and black spot appeared on the wheel (alloy). I complained the issue to the dealer and asked them to change the wheel (alloy) under warranty. They said me that for clamming warranty they have to report the matter to higher authority and they can change the wheel (alloy) under warranty only when they will get approval from the head office. They took the photographs of my wheel (alloy) and mailed everything to their head office. After few days I got the phone call from the dealer and the service manager over there told me that they did not got the permission to replace the wheel (alloy) under warranty but they got the permission to paint the wheel (alloy) for free of cost. I agreed on their proposal and they did painting job on my wheel (alloy). But from past few days I was getting a shaking experience in my steering wheel whenever my car goes above a speed of 60-70 km/hr and I was feeling waving and shaking experience. I thought that my car is waving and shaking because either my wheel alignment is out or my wheels are not balanced. So for wheel alignment and wheel balancing I went to an authorized garage. But when they checked my car and inspected the wheel, they brought to my knowledge that all the four wheels (Alloy) are damaged and they were not fully even in appearance and were deformed. I went to VW authorize dealer on 30/08/2012 and they investigated my wheels (Alloy) and tried to figure out the cause. They also called the insurance surveyor, but they were not able to find the cause of the damage. The insurance surveyor said that since there is no physical damage in car he is not sure that the insurance company will give insurance claim or not. Although he has referred the matter to higher authority. My car has no physical damage. Neither my cars shockers nor suspensions are damaged. All the systems of my cars are working fine except my wheels (Alloys). So it is my humble request to you to look in my matter and replace my wheels (alloys) under warranty free of cost because there is no physical damage to my car and its other parts (not a single scratch) and it is due to manufacturing defect that all four (4) wheels (Alloy) lost their shape all together and same defect happened in all four (4) wheels (Alloy) in same time. on 31/08/12 I contacted Mr Joshi Surveyor of Bazaj Alliance about the progress of my claim he told me that Insurance Company has refused the claim since it is manufacturing defect. He also told me that he is unable to give me this in writing. On 1/9/2012 I got a mail form insurance that the wheel rims cannot get deformed in a single event when there is no other apparent visible accidental damage to any other part and same does not fall under the purview of insurance cover. Since insurance company is saying the above statement then it means that everything happened due to the bad quality product supplied by VW India then it is the responsibility of a renowned company like Vw to change the wheels under warranty free of cost So I request to change my wheels PLEASE HELP ME OUT Thanking you Your (Vishwa Vijay Singh Deo) Mobile No : +91-9897-55-4444

TATA SAFARI REG NO MPO9 CJ-5045, CHASSIS NO MAT403723BNC03935, ENGINE NO.BYYJ05111, INVOICE NO jabInd-1011-02017, PURCHASE DATE 30/03/2011, OWNER UJJAWAL SANGHVI We purchased the TATA SAFARI from Tata’s authorized dealer m/s Jabalpur motors ltd Add. Block no c-1.vip route no 1 new siyagunj, Indore on 30th march 2011. Right from the beginning my Tata safari was giving problems I’m having Starting problem. On the dashboard service light blink & vehicle does not start OR stop while running, & These problems were shown to Jabalpur motor workshop but the problem did remained and we were not satisfied it, we requested at the same time to give replacement but it did not happen, they advice me that Jabalpur motor is a dealer not manufacturer, get connect with Tata motor. Then we approach Tata motor customer care service by mail &by phone but they are not interested in solving problem & never reply my mail. I sent safari to Jabalpur motor workshop for repairing, 22 times for same problem since purchases but my problem is still not solved. (Can anybody imagine 22 times at workshop from 12 month, which means almost 2 times in a month). My safari is still at dealer’s workshop (22nd time) since 07 April 2012. We insisted to JABALPUR MOTOR& TATA MOTOR that this particular unit is of inferior quality, defective and problematic from the beginning & we request to give replacement of the unit so that our confidence & faith is restored in them. But TATA MOTOR & JABALPUR MOTOR Indore is not ready to give a replacement and not ready to give me my money back, and insisting on repairs, why we should have a vehicle which is giving problem from day one. Can consumer has any legal right to complaint regarding this & protect our right to have quality product? Please reply if have any law regarding this. Is there anybody who can solve my problem or please advise me that how I can get back my valuable money from Tata motor . Thanks & Regards Ujjawal sanghvi,
