I have purchased a product 'Flying Machine Men Navy & Grey Padded Jacket' from Myntra.com. I have returned the product as i didn't like it. I sent the product back to Myntra through Over nite Express courier service. Myntra says that they have received the wrong product & they are sending it back as wrong product can not be returned. They sent back a used/worn out green shirt to me back.
The shirt weighs 300 g approx. but the package sent by me was weighing 800 g. A shirt can't weigh 800g. It proves that i have sent the jacket. The packing of the product was the same which i have sent.
That means the product have been replaced at overnite end or myntra end.
The jacket costs 1750 rupees & courier charges incurred b me were 225.00.

Replacement of Addidas Shoes

Gud evening Sir, I am from Kota, Rajasthan On the date of 24.02.2012, I had purchased a pair of Addidas shoes Rs. 2599/- from a Multi branded shoe store “SHOE POINT” at Jhalawar, Rajasthan. (90 km from Kota) After one week when i use my shoes, i have found that there was something defect in the designs of the shoes and because of it I feel some tightness in my right shoe, Next day I without delay go Jhalawar and inform the shopkeeper about the problem and request to change the pair but the shopkeeper refused my request and told me that we will not change this Pair and you have to take new pair. After long discussion he gave me as offer, he told me that I am giving you a fresh new pair Rs. 2499/- and I will try to sell out the old one BUT if………. Your old pair not sold than with in 2-3 months you have to pay Rs. 2499/- more for fresh pair. I said okey and take the new pair of shoes and came back to kota. After 1 month he every day make me call to for payment. I am very upset, will you please help me out that what i should do to Finnish this matter. Regards Abhishek Paliwal 9782045322

Shoes Complaint

I purchsed Shoe Form Mochi Showroom At lucknow On Date 22/01/2012 Of RS 2990/- Now After 4 Month it Cut from Side.I visit there and now they are saying they on provide Warranty for 3 month after that no warrant is provived from them.

NO REPLACEMENT NO REFUND

Respected Sir / Madam, I Sachin Patel and my uncle(Amrut) had purchased a sandals for my uncle (Amrut).On dated 26/06/2011 from STEP to STEP ,Shop no10,goyal shopping center ,L.T. road,Borivali west,Mumbai-92.Tel 022-28921007.Bill no:3674 and replacement receipt no:786 The shopkeeper gave warranty for 90days ,Even on bill its written warranty for 90 days.but with in 40 days that sandal got broken.its sole got tone even it belts got wear out .on7/08/2011.he refused to replaced.he told it will be repaired.After 15 days when we went to take repaired sandals the total of the sandals were changed and were not repaired as per our satisfactory.we told for refund of money as the sandals were not used for a month also.but he refused.so we asked for new one adjusting the price with 10% deduction,then also he refused,as our money was blocked. we told to give him 80% refund and 20% deduction yet he refused.then he directly came down for 50% deduction.and straight away told: 50% WANT THEN TAKE OR CHALTE BANO(GO AWAY)".SO we left from there.after 10 days we again went there for the same.NOW he refused for even 50% also. Yet we didn't got either sandals nor our money. So we will be grateful if you consider this matter. Awaiting for the justice.
