ACER faulty laptop sold to customer

We have purchased an acer laptop from GIP Mall NOIDA on 03rd Dec 2015 in the name of Sherin Abhilash. The invoice number is GipAcer/ 15-16/810. From the day of purchase there is an issue with the laptop. The cursor would move automatically and the appplication would open automatically too. I visited the mall on 28th and reported this issue in the store, however was directed to the toll free number for assistance. This pretty much looks like a initial defect and I dont want to get this repaired.

The service team ( Quest Infotech) told me that there is an issue with the touchpad and this needs to be replaced. I dont want to get this repaired as the laptop is pretty new. I request you to help me to get this laptop replaced since this has caused a lot of incovenience. After spending 28000 I do not deserve a faulty laptop.

SIMMTRONIX XPAD

I had purchase a new simmtronix xpad tab with order no SANG09901 rs 7000/- thru home shope 18 under their supervision, checking, response, hardwer anayalis of this product of simmtronix company. since receving this product thru home shop18, i hv many problem in this product like net connecion problem, hang problem & unable to download the any application. on above issue I have make a call to their toll free nos under their complaint no 90979623 but still no solution given by this company. I had also visited the simmtronix service center for above explained issues but also from their end no proper response given by them. i think this totally mis selling. so reuest you to please arrange the refund the amount or change the product in new one after its checking with all respects from the company

order no is 10385900 and 1. That I had ordered for you ACER NE56R LAPTOP on dated 17 JAN 2013 after the full payment of Rs. 18,690/- of the LAPTOP. That I had ordered for you MICROMAX A110 MOBILE on dated 24 JAN 2013 after the full payment of Rs. 8991/- of the MOBILE .10388708 2. That the date of the delivery of the LAPTOP was 06 JAN 2013. But till date the order was not delivered. . 3. That after so many calls, the customer care of the Timtara had given the Shipment date of 17th JAN, 2013. But the order till date is not delivered. 4. That after this deficiency in service from the Timtara, I asked for cancellation of the order placed. You told on dated 05 JAN 2013, that it may take 6 to 10 days to cancel the order and the money would be refunded within 8 to 10 days. 5. That after repeated calls and emails at the customer care of the Timtara, you did not revert back. It is also pertinent to mention that you even refused to pay back the money afterwards. So many e mails and personal follow-up at your noida office through some relative were done but no refund.

Malfunctioning of Laptop

Sir, I have purchased a Laptop Model-AEIV2413-1,Serial No.1111AE621162 through online system on 19th June11(Date Of Purchase)but the warranty paper which was sent from the company was reflecting a different serial number i.e.-1111AE621176.This discrepancy was informed to many of HCL representatives(Ms Vandana,Mr Manish ,Mr.Jaheer(sales )Ms.Neha (sales) through landline No.18601800425 and also through mail but in spite of their assurance that this discrepancy will be corrected and a fresh warranty paper will be dispatched to me with correct serial number shortly, it never happened. Mean while in the month of Feb 12 my system developed problem of getting heated up very frequently and getting switched off within use of 10-15min on its battery power. This problem cropped up within 08 months of purchase.Not knowing what exactly has gone wrong with my newly purchased Laptop,I called IVEL service centre (Recognised by HCL) which was quite far from my place of stay , they advised me to get my warranty paper serial number amended then only any services can be rendered free of charge against warranty. I again called Ms. Vandana(Cust care) & Mr.Amit (Tech Dept.)and informed them about the problem developed in my system and discrepancies in warranty paper due which my inability to get my Laptop checked & repaired but despite they assuring me to send me to take up this issue nothing was done from their end. This carelessness & lackness has caused me lot of suffering and a very bitter experience with HCL. Situation turned up such that in the 14th month system gets switched of with in 2-3 min on its power and I was still struggling to get its warranty paper amended. On 15th Sep12, I again called to customer care and lodged complaint with Mr. Vinita,Mr. JeevanKumar and Mr. Amardeep Sharma and narrated them entire problem I was facing and received Request Number-8501128256. The case was referred to the Nodal officer(HCL) Ms. Priyanka Kumari(Contact-1860 1800 425 / 0120 - 2406105) and she had under stood the entire issue and agreed that lapse was done at the company end and assured me that I should hand over my ailing laptop to IVEL service center Habsiguda(Hyderabad) and she is in process of arranging spares to rectify my laptop. After handing over my laptop to the said service center,I was told by service center that laptop has battery problem and they will write to the company to send it for replacement. After three days I was told telephonically by IVEL service center(Mr. Ravi) that my laptop is ready and I can come and collect it,but very next day I do not know what went wrong and I was told by the IVEL to contact company in this issue. After that also Ms. Priyanka kept intimating me through mail that that she is working for best solution on this issue and advised me many times to wait for few days which kept hampering me in my profession and at last she has she said that the standard warranty of my Laptop is over and I cannot get the privileges of warranty period in spite of knowing well that I was not provided with a valid warranty paper even for a minute. I also want to mention here that Mr. Gaurav Pandey of HCL Touch team has informed me through his mail dt.19th sep12 that they apologise for the inconvenience caused due to this delay in reply and registration of my laptop and he also informed me that they have updated their database and my Laptop has been registered successfully. This registration company has done after 15 month and till that time my machine was not registered with company and still they claim that the standard warranty of my machine has expired by 2months and thus I will not be given warranty facility in spite of knowing well that I kept corresponding with the company to get a valid warrenty paper. I have kept the proofs of all the correspondence done in this regard with the company. Please help me on this issue so that company should pay me back the amount I have spent to replace the battery and also the loss which I have faced in my profession and mental agony which I have undergone due to this unprofessional act of the HCL Company.

I booked a Aakash tablet ubilate 7ci with M/S DATAWIND in june2012 and paid full amount in advance COMPANY PROMISED TO DELIVER IN AUGUST , BUT AGAIN CONTACTED THEM IN AUGUSUT 2012.THEN THEY PROMISED CONFIRMED DELIVERY OF TABLET IN OCTOBER 2012.BUT THERE WAS NO TRACE OF TABLET .AGAIN ON 2ND NOV 2012 THEY CAME WITH OFFER TO UPGRADE THE ITEM AND PAY MORE AMOUNT WHICH I DID (ON LINE PAYMENT) THEY CONFIRMED PAYMENT RECEIPT ON 9TH NOV 2012 AND DELIVERY WITH IN SEVEN DAYS ON 19TH NOV 12 THEY PROMISED AWB NUMBER WITH IN 48 HOURS AND THERE AFTER STOPPED RESPONDING MY MAIL V .K. ARORA

Laptop issue, company need skilled employees

I purchased a laptop (HP-430) from my college side (United World school of business, Gurgaon). Everytime I am facing same issue with the display. When I did 1st complaint, HP engineer resolved the issue. But within a week of service, I faced again same issue. Now in the second complaint, HP engineer replaced mother board, again issue resolved. But again within a week of complaint, I faced same problem. Now this time HP engineer replaced RAM. Again the issue resolved. Till this point, the laptop is under warannty. I told each and every time to the engineer that this issue has not been resolved properly. but no action was taken by him. Now again, I m facing same problem with display. I fed up with this company's product and service. Now suggest me, what should i do?

Non-Delivery of tablet and Non-refund of booking amount

Hi, I had booked a UBISLATE tablet online at their site http://www.ubislate.com on February 24th. Order No. PM333D2A6595. On the booking confirmation page, there was an offer to send a DD and get a priority delivery in March itself (confirmation page attached). I promptly dispatched the DD (Rs. 2999.00) to the given address and the same was received there by the end of February. The receipt of DD was acknowledged by them in mid march. Till date neither have they delivered the tablet nor have they refunded the money paid. All this despite dozens of calls and follow-up emails. They even took my account details to refund within 2 working days but even after several months, the refund hasn't appeared. Please help me get the refund now as I don't trust their intent and any shipment they make under the fear of action from you could be defective. Regards Bhaskar
