We purchased a Whirlpool "Magicook 22C" around 3 years back. Its PCB plate stopped working some time back. On several complaints, the service guy arrives only to tell us that the model is now quite old and the replacement of the PCB plate is not available. Thus, effectively leaving us no choice but to buy a microwave. It is a disgrace on the face of Whirlpool if it sells people such products of which it is not competent to provide parts replacement.

Sir, I wish to bring to your notice that I had ordered Induction Cooker on 12 December 2012 via Order #10368614 at Timtara.com and paid Rs. 2600 for it through netbanking as stated on the site, but to my disappointment it has not yet been shipped. I have called them almost 20 times regarding this matter. But it has been of no use. They always say that call if not responded in next three days, but no response comes. I have mailed them to refund my amount on the e-mail ids, they provided me, but yet never responded. I asked the customer support people to provide me with the contact no. of the people who are directly responsible for it. They provided me with this no.: 0120-4267286, which always turns out to be busy. Today, I called them 4 times, each time they put me on hold and didnt respond. I dont know how do I get my money back. Wepurchased a microwave 8091 on 14.08,2012 from lg circuit mall, sector 8 ,chandigarh and when the engineer came for installation it was not working properly and he made some changes and even changed bulb of this said product. After that after every 2 months a major part of the appliance stopped working and had been replaced but when it was repalced 4th time I requested the company to be kind enough to replace this product as after warranty period we will not be able to bear the loss of inr 2000/- Every 2nd or 3rd month as that part Replace product with similar or superior product

PANTEL BSNL SIMCARD CHEATING

Dear sir, I had purchased IS701R penta tablet with BSNL SIM CARD from Online purchase. My order number is PENT0067014. I had paid the amount in PNB bank using pantel challan. After few month(June 2012.) they delivery Tablet itself. No BSNL Sim on that pack. When i contact the customer care they reply it will sent to you shortly. After Seven months they sent me a BSNL simcard on 11-1-2013. I had contact Erode BSNL customer service center for activating the Sim card, They ask Random number given by Pantel company and Random number is must for Activation. Again i had contacted Pantel customer care they replied no need for Random number. My friend Purchase one TAB from local pantel dealer ( Royal systems Erode) they offered BSNL Sim card along with Random number. Then again i contact the Customer care and explain that my friend had got random number and the Sim card got activated. Customer care exe given one mail ID(vikrant.rajan@pantel.in) you may get touch with that ID. I had mailed all my data to that ID. But sill now no reply. Now Customer care Executives picking my phone call and ask my Booking id. When i told my booking the call become disconnect. Hello I have purchased an product#10367250 on 12/12/2012 10:35 am which cost Rs.41,200.As per the policy the merchant has to deliver the product with in 21 days and it did not get happen.I have been asking merchant to cancel the order from past 2 weeks by mail and calling customer care.I don't see any updates or acknowledgement from merchant.It rings like the merchant does not bother about the customer money.It is so irresponsible with the merchant.So i am requesting you to kindly help me out on this issue. Datawind not refunding my money nor delivering the product I paid for

Dear Sir/Madam, I Have pre-booked Ubislate 7+(commercial version of Akaash tablets) in Dec 2011 and got the booking id as PMC1F8C from Datawind. After waiting for almost 4 months ,in May 2012 I emailed the Datawind team to know about the expected delivery of the product pre-booked by me. After 10 days, I got their reply saying that deliveries has been started and if I pay in advance Rs 2,999 for the product, I would get the product in July 2012. SO to get the product early, I made the payment of stated amount through a demand draft number 810118 drawn on SBI on 7th June 2012. (My biggest mistake and I am regretting it every time I think about my hard-earned and saved money given to them so that I could get a device I actually can afford due to financial constraints). After asking them several times to provide confirmation of receipt of advance payment, they finally bothered to reply back on 9th August 2012 confirming that my Demand draft has been received against the early delivery of the Product and that I will receive my product in September 2012. Since then, Datwind has been playing email-email with me promising that I will get my product in October 2012, then after the October has passed I have written them several emails asking them about the delivery but they didn’t respond at all. Then, on 6th December 2012, I receivd an email from them offering me an updated version of product I have booked with them and a guaranteed delivery of the product within 10 days if I will make the payment through online.Since, I really wanted the product, I paid the money through online mode to get the upgraded version which Ubislate 7Ci (My biggest 2nd mistake because they again lured me and got more money from me on the promise of early delivery, you can see imagine my plight that how bad I want the product and I really worked hard to save that money so that I can get the device from the savings). After making the payment on 6th December 2012,I got the new booking id which is PM360D7 from them and a link through which I can access the Status of my order. After waiting for 20 days, I emailed them asking them about the delivery but they didn’t respond at all to my emails. Finally on 31Dec 2012, I emailed them saying that I had enough and I want my money back. They replied me that my order has been dispatched and I will soon received my tracker no. Since the, I am emailing them to either refund my money or provide me the tracker no. so that I can be sure that product has been dispatched (which i am pretty sure that they hasn’t dispatched anything at all). Now, even after waiting for a whole year and paying them in advance for the product, neither I am getting the delivery of the product nor they are refunding my money.I sincerely request you to please help me in this case to get my money back from the fraud company. Device is not yet delivered and amount not refunded. Please help me to recover the amount paid from Datawind Innovations Pvt.Ltd. Regards, Nishant Aggarwal

UNETHICAL PRACTICE OF WRONG AD TO ATTRACT CUSTOMERS FOR CHEATING

Upon receiving the delivered item Morphy Richards Café Express Coffee Maker, I was surprised to note that the item delivered is not the item shown in the ad on their site and is inferior to what has been shown on web site. This is unethical & amounts to cheating with the customer. How can they show something and deliver something else against the order. Please note that the item delivered to me is inferior costwise and quality wise as compared to the shown ad. Despite my pursuance with the customer care of the web site since 19/12/12, i have not been compensated with either replacement or the difference of cost of both the items. I appeal to customers to be beware of indiatimes shopping.

NOT RETURN THE PAID AMOUNT

on the 10 september 2012 I got a phone call from 100bestbuy.com by the number +91409263661, at 3:42 pm, he say that this call is from best buy contest information purpose and they send me a mp4 player for I have to pay an amount of 920 INR and after that they give a scratch coupon to scratch, by scratching that coupon I surely win samsung galaxy tab or similar prize. Then I agreed to participate the contest, on the 15th september 2012 I received the mp4 player by the First Flight Courier Ltd. consignment no-LF0489315, and pay the amount of 921 as they told me. but the product is not working properly, so I returned it to the 100bestbuy.com on 15 october 2012, and give them information by mail about their product and they assure me to return my paid amount, but it had 2 months gone , they didn't give any response. Please tell me now what I have to do now.

Defective product not replaced by seller

Last year I Purchased VOX standing fan through Naaptol Order # 2344338 and it was received with damage and not working properly. I complain to Naaptol they didn't give proper answer and also advised me to contact VOX electronics, but as per Naaptol don't have any contact information of VOX. VOX Elect also don't have proper website, no proper email contact, no proper telephone, customer care service. VOX Product sold by a company called Alpha radios in the market. After long search I fount out and have reached to Alpha readies thru email as there was no reply in their telephones. Mr. Vipin and Mr Sonu, answered me after they received 20 emails from me. They told me return the product to us on our expense and we will send you the replacement. But the courier didn't allow me to send their accounts and charged me RS 700.00. Two months passed there was no reply I been keep calling them and sending emails regularly non of them even bather them sels to answer their mobils and emails. Finally, last week they sent me a parcel which contain the same standing fan which I sent to them. They just replace only the stand of the fan (ONLY BASE). Fan is not workign properly and never works for even 1 hour. Please note what I have incurred since I purchased your product. I purchased this fan by paying RS 3000.00 I spent Courrier for return to you RS 700.00 I been calling from India & abroad by telephone cost RS 3000 Regards, J Hussain jahirhussain@mail.com
