Had gifted Apple I phone 4s 32GBP with the imei number is 990001876468190 which stoped working after a while.
I called the company. Amit named person asked me to courier the phone I spent almost 300 and sent the phone. Since o me month he is not responding to my calls nor giving proper response just tells technicians is still work in on the phone
I have almost all the proffs

I had sent the phone via courier but no response from the supplier

problem stucked at boot logo
problem started on dec23 2015 . i called yu care to get my work
done.they gave me a date of 7 days from day of complained.
when i called them to know the shipment status yu care said it will
take another 7 days
then very hardly they gave me a waybill number of delhivery courier
(343511641146) .
but when i waited a long and contacted delhivery they said that
package is not shipped yet.
when i called them to enquire about the issue thwy again said that it
will take time of 15 days to deliver .
date when they issued waybill= 5 january2016(15days from complained)
now they again requested 15 days (5jan+15days =20jan)
date passed away but no work is done
when i called on 26 they demanded for 7 more days (those 7 days ends today)
now they are again asking for 15 days .
in between those dates i contacted amazon f9r the refund or
replacement of phone
they strictly refused saying that it is not possible without a D.O.A
certificate and yu is saying that it is not their policy to issue doa
certificate.now i want the now i want compensation for the money that
i wasted in the wasted calls calling yu care...

i have bought micromax canvas nitro 4g E455 16 gb black in october 2015 via paytm and seller name is parkash sales corporation, gurgaon. nw my set is not catching network as it shows airplane mode on even if it is off. so my set is not working at all from 17th january 2016. i hv tried another sim restarted the phone but it dint work.i went to micromax service center in my city ludhiana i.e. in pearl palace ghumar mandi ludhiana ON 18TH JANUARY 2016, even the lady sitting there checked the phone bt she was unable to repair it then she conveyed to me that this phone will have online service, so she registered the complaint in my name i.e. Ruchika rajpal and gave me customer care no and a serial number i.e. 180030007977 and SER145311143929 and she conveyed to me that i will receive a call in next 24 hours but i dint receive any call then i waited fr 48 hours and then my father and i called up micromax call center number 180030007977 from 2 numbers 9814451279 and 0161-2454546 and i conveyed my problem to them and they promised me a call back in 24 hrs so then i requested them to arrange call back on my number i.e. 9914134279ater 6 pm or next day morning because i was not having mobile set with me at that time but they called up on my landline number before 4 pm on 0161-2454546. i requested that person to call me after 6 or next morning i.e on 21 Jan and he said he will do it but i dint receive any call on 21st January then again i called up from number 01612454546 on service center number they gave me instructions to check my mobile i followed it but it dint work so they told me that other option is to replace it as it is in guarantee and again promised me a call back without giving me any solution. and even on 22nd january they dint call me on the other hand i made a call to them at around 2.30 from my number 9914134279 telling them the whole story again. I am really pissed off, and tired of this mental harassment. This delay is also affecting me financially.

i purchased 5 micromax mobiles but this one is not working and have manufacturing defect hacing hanging problem , i send it to service centre and after more than one month i returned it by courier without removing any fault and i request to refund my money or send me fresh mobile without any defect urgently and pl remove my greiviences immediately and you told me to go to pnb atm , so I visited pnb atm and after following commands on atm machine , instead of receving my money from you, you had fraduently transferred my money to micromax account, it is financial fraud with the help of atm machine and consumer greviances deficency
so I claim rs 2 lacs as harreshment charges and immediately change defected micromax mobile immediely and this matter of complaint be shared on all tv channels including pehradar on cnbc awwaz and all newpapers and consumer court because 6 months had passed and my greviances are not removed till date

Worst After Sales Service

I had purchased Micromax Mobile on 04-02-2015. On Aug my screen got broken and i visited to the authorized Micromax Service Center situated at M/S Technique Services, 16 Princep Street, Kolkata - 700072. I was informed that it would be a charges for 1100 to repair the same as it does not cover under manufacturing defect. I paid for the same and at the same time only i informed them that my battery and headphone is also creating a problem. They informed me that aftee the phone gets repaired that would be looked for. I got the phone back after 12 days without resolving the issue, i submitted again and after 5 days again i got the phone. They repaired that screen but created a problem of voice. At that time also i am telling them for the headphone and battery and they are continuously saying that they do not have the stocks but in front of me only they replaced a headphone and battery to the different customers. When again i informed about the voice problem they told me it would take again 7 days to resolve the issue. I deposit again and the very next day they called me and saying that it will take 30 to 40 days to resolve the issue. I got the phone back and when i asked for the headphone and battery they told me i would be getting on 1st of Sep. I visited today and i got response that the stocks has been finished.

I hope i would be getting a response from urs end in a positive manner.
I am attaching the last copy of the receipt what i got from the service center too.

zen ultraphone software damage

I purchased a cell phone named as zen ultraphone. Which is delevered me on 3rd of August. Within 7 days i observed the issue in software. My contacts deleted automatically. So i request to return the product or replace with another one.
Seller is telling me that it comes under manufacturing warranty so go to manufacturing company's gallery.
Please help me out of this.

sir, i buy iris550q mobile in may14 2nd week after that in june 2nd week touch of phone not work than i give the phone at service centre (Shidhdhart communication , D58/2a , bhawani market Rathyatra , Varanasi ,u p 9628281888(vinay)) but now (aprox one month) till date (25rd july) phone not give back to me today he told me to give 1 week more time, my order no is-510001304549 date 25th june , so please look up the matter.

Mobile lost from Micromax Service Center

Dear Sir, This is to inform you that I submitted my phone at Micromax Service Center "C9 /213, Guru Nanak Pura,Opp. Ansal Building,Near V3S Mall, Luxmi Nagar, New Delhi,110092" for dust cleaning on my newly purchased phone. The dust was increasing day by day on the screen. Now the phone has been repaired on 13-dec-13 as confirmed by Micromax through SMS. But when I visited service center to collect my phone. they are not returning it and saying that your phone has been given to someone else. The service center is harassing me by not giving me my phone. I visited service center 5 times in 5 days and still unable to get my phone. when I said I will file FIR. they are saying go ahead and file FIR we do not fear with FIR. I am wasting my time and money both by going again and again to service center and not getting my phone. Even I called many times in Micromax call center. but they are not responding and taking any action against service center. They are making me fool. the micromax personal are saying they have no outgoing in there call center so they cannot speak the service center guy. Micromax personal are saying me to visit service center then micromax will speak with my phone to the service center guy. Dear Sir / ma?am, I bought a Smart Phone Nokia Lumia 720 for Rs. 17,902.00,from one of the renowned outlet Jumbo Electronics Corporation Pvt. Ltd. Shop # 111 A UGF,Fun Republic Mall, Gomtinagar-226010, on 22nd- May-2013. On 13rd-July-2013 due to the lines on my phone screen all over , I called up the sales executive Mr. Ratan of Jumbo Electronics on whose pursuance I bought this mobile.He said he is not able to help me. I made to visit the Nokia Care, Aryans Communications 6-B Park Road, Jaiswal Complex, Hazaratganj,Lucknow-226001. After 10 minutes of waiting they told me that one of the two points inside the back panel of my phone found missing and it is the reason due to which the lines are coming on my mobile screen.Immediately after this they asked me to pay Rs. 7400 to get my phone repaired under trade. This had come to me as a jolt and I got shocked.At that very moment I had a word with Manager Cum Owner of that Service Center and he had listen to me and said that we would send it to Noida Service centre and after approval we will cover it under warranty,but it will take around 15 days.So I extended my thanks to him and and left the premises with Service Job sheet. After Waiting for almost 20 days and not getting an update from Nokia care, I called up one day.One of the Lady executive first told me that your mobile has been repaired and need not to pay any cost for repair and should come and collect the same. After a minute or two I again got a call of the same Lady and she said that phone could not be covered under warranty and same has not been repaired under normal warranty due to physical damage. Sir /Ma?am, I do not understand why one should damage his own mobile which cost him dearly and upon all this it is bought on Loan with Bajaj Finserv. There was not a single scratch on whole body as it was used with flap covering.Apart from this they also told me that my mobile is getting open physically for the first time in the Service center itself as it has no tampering. Now I feel cheated and depressed after such reaction from the whole Nokia team. Please help me to get my mobile repaired without any charge as soon as possible because every day my work is getting hampered. Paritosh Kumar 07408429874.
