MY NAME IS PRIYA GUPTA ADDRESS :- F/5/4 ; SECTOR-3 C.B.D BELAPUR NAVI-MUMBAI PIN- 400614 TELEPHONE- 022-32990881 NAME OF THE OF THE SHOP IS CROMA WHICH IS LOCATED IN CBD BELAPUR SECTOR- 15 INVOICE NUMBER IS SLR02A0090 - 0009789. LG REFRIGERATOR WAS purchased on 26.06.2011 as per the invoice mentioned above. FRIEGE was defective . Company after thorough Inspection agreed to refund the eligible amount. Extended waeanty was also purchased from CROMA for an additional period of 2 years. As per the terms and conditions of the warranty food damage loss due to defective frige we are eligible for a cover upto RS.1500/- MORE THAN A DOZEN CALLS OVER A PERIOD OF 40 DAYS WERE MADE TO MR.TABREJ WHO IS IN - CHARGE OF CROMA AT SECTOR-15 C.B.D. There was no satisfactory reply, E-MAILwas also sent to CROMA on 3-12-2012. Alhough LG COMPANY KEPT UP THEIR PROMISE, CROMA IS DODGING. This is completely UNFAIR TRADE PRATICE OF A REPUTED TATA COMPANY. We would appreciate if you can take up this matter with CORMA to sort out the issues. THANKS. .A. PRIYA.

I HAD BOOKED A KELVINATOR MAKE, 180 LITER CAPACITY REFRIGERATOR ON 02.09.2012 AGAINST ORDER REF . NO. 10318906 ON WWW.TIMTARA.COM BY PAYING ONLINE THROUGH CREDIT CARD. EVEN AFTER A LOT OF PERSUATION AND CONTINUOUS FOLLOW-UP, THE COMPANY IS NOT PROVING CLEAR CUT STATUS REGARDING SHIPMENT OF THE SAID PRODUCT. THE PRODUCT WAS TO BE DELIVERED TO MY DAUGHTER MS PRIYANKA JINDAL AT HER RESIDENCE AT # 104, SECTOR-4, MALVIYA NAGAR, NEAR SATKAR SHOPING COMPLEX, JAIPUR. RAJASTHA. PL. HELP US TO GET THE PRODUCT, OR OUR PAYMENT OF RS. 8698/- REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY.

complaint regarding non working of lg fridge & subsequently non attending of service engineer inspite of repeated assurances by customer care

I had purchased a double door LG fridge in april 2011 which stopped cooling in sept 2012.I called customer care on 09/09/12 & briefed them about my fridge not cooling, I was assured that within 24hrs a service engineer would attend to the problem. On 11/09/12 I called customer care back to inquire why the service engineer had not turned up, to by surprise I was informed that my complain was cancelled due to incomplete address, they did not have answer to my question, why was I not called for the same.On the same day my complain was re-registered & the service engineer did turn up on the same day, but was not able to solve the problem, saying that the gas was over & some Sr. engineer needed to attend to it. inspite of repeated calls from my end & that many assurances from LG customer care & so called responsible manager Mr. Arun, the sr. engineer has not turned up... today being 14/09/12 9.00pm.

LOose the offer due to non generating of invoice

we purchased fridge and washing maching and the dealer give home delivery but they are not given invoices.and approached the dealer for invoices but they are not given.due to non generating of invoice am not able to claime the offer from goderaj.one time they give wrong invoice number over phone for claiming the offer and am attemted for claim but that is invalid invoice number

Defective Refrigerator

I purchased 1 No. 250 litre double door Whirlpool refrigerator along with other two Nos electronic items from Khosla Electronics Pvt. Ltd., 621, Jessore Road, Dumdum, kol-28, telephone No. 03325471310, 03364504797, vide tax invoice/cash memo No. NT/118 dt. 11/04/2011. I have paid the total bill amount Rs. 36,500.00 for the above 3 items in cash, after when the delivery of the above items has been effected and delivered at my residence 'Sreya Apartment, 504, R.N. Guha Road, Gr. Floor, Flat-5, P.S. Dumdum, Kolkata-700074 on the same date. During warranty period some times in the month of February-12, we found that the door gasket of the refrigerator cracked and instantly I lodged my complain to M/s Khosla Electronics Pvt. Ltd. to intimate the Whirlpool service centre for doing the needful. on the 3rd of March-2012 technician from Whirlpool service centre reported my residence and checked the said refrigerator and afterwards he gave us the receipt of the service request vide No. 1732 dt. 03/03/2012 and told us that the gasket of the refrigerator door can't not be changed. I also received sms from Whirlpool Company on 03/03/2012 vide Satisfaction Code No.-875 and SR No.-KL0312001732, further I received another sms from Whirlpool Company on 09/03/2012 that my present refrigerator will be replaced by a new one shortly. After then I contacted the office of Whirlpool, Kolkata over their telephone No. 03366091809 and had the discussion with Prosenjit Ghosh of Whirlpool when he forced me to give them a Demand draft of Rs. 500.00, then only replacement of the refrigerator will be made. Instantly I objected not to give any DD as during the warranty period the refrigerator is found defective. In the mean time I found that probably the said refrigerator is not functioning properly due to cracked door gasket as I used to get the electric bill of higher amount from that period. Under the above circumstances I was compelled to give the Whirlpool Company a DD of Rs.500.00 vide No. 445666 dt. 10/04/2012 on Bijaya Bank, Rabindra Sarani branch, Kolkata with an understanding that our present defective refrigerator may be replaced and also the present electric bill will be lower down. But sorry to inform you that myself and my family members repeatedly phoned the Whirlpool Company amounting not less than Rs. 1000.00 (approx) from February-2012 to till date but I have received no positive response from Whirlpool Company as stated above. At last in the last week of May-2012 the said Co. sent us another defective refrigerator (250 litre) in my residence as after opening of the card board box it has been found that the upper portion of the refrigerator got severely damaged and the Whirlpool people took back the same. From then we are completely in dark regarding the fate of the replacement as we are facing a lot of trouble to contact the Whirlpool, Kolkata office as they are not responding us properly. I am earnestly requesting your good self to kindly look into the matter sympathetically so that the Whirlpool Company is bound to replace the present defective refrigerator with a new and good one for which we shall be grateful to you. LG DOES NOT PROVIDE SERVICES TO AMC HOLDERS

I HAD LODGED A COMPLAINT WITH LG CUSTOMER CARE ON 25TH JUNE 2012 AT 4:30 PM AND THE COMPLAINT (RNA 120625098979 - NOT SURE ABOUT THE LAST DIGIT) WAS LODGED BY SANJAY KUMAR. THE COMPLAINT WAS RELATED TO LG FRIDGE MODEL GL-195SSGS. SANJAY HAD INFORMED THAT THE COMPLAINT WILL BE ATTENDED WITHIN 24 HOURS. TILL 27TH JUNE 2 PM NOBODY GOT IN TOUCH WITH ME SO I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AGAIN. THIS TIME THE CALL WAS ATTENDED BY WAJID, WHO OFFERED HIS PSEUDO APOLOGIES AND PROMISED THAT WITHIN 24 HOURS THE ENGINEER WILL GET IN TOUCH WITH ME AND ATTEND THE COMPLAINT. I HAVE LG AMC FOR FRIDGE AND TV THAT IS VALID TILL 2014. BESIDES I AM ALSO ELIGIBLE FOR FREE SERVICE FOR FRIDGE. FORGET ABOUT THE FREE SERVICE, EVEN THE COMPLAINT LODGED WAS NOT ATTENDED FOR 9 DAYS AND FINALLY I GOT THE PROBLEM FIXED BY A LOCAL TECHNICIAN. ON 29TH JUNE AN LG ENGINEER CALLED FROM 9953654942 AT 6:30 PM ASKING IF HE CAN COME AFTER 7 PM TO ATTEND THE COMPLAINT AND SINCE IT WAS AN ODD HOUR FOR ME I ASKED HIM TO COME AT 11 AM THE NEXT DAY THAT IS 30TH JUNE 2012. BUT NONE CALLED OR CAME TO ATTEND THE PROBLEM. THE RESPONSE TO MY MAILS SENT TO LG RESULTED IN PRE-DRAFTED MAILS WITH THE SAME CONTENT AGAIN AND AGAIN. THE SAME ENGINEER AGAIN PROMISED TO VISIT ON MONDAY- 2ND JULY AT 12.30 PM. I AM A WORKING WOMAN AND TOOK 2 HOURS OFF TO ENSURE THAT I AM AT HOME WHEN THE SERVICE ENGINEER COMES TO ATTEND THE COMPLAINT. I WAITED FROM 11.45 TO 1:15 PM. THE PERSON DID NOT EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO CALL AND INFORM ABOUT THE DELAY. MY TWO HOURS WERE WASTED AND HE CALLED UP AT 4:30 PM TO ASK IF HE CAN COME. WHEN I REFUSED HE AGAIN PROMISED TO COME ON TUESDAY AT SHARP 12:30 PM AND AS USUAL DID NOT TURN UP TILL 1 O'CLOCK AND THEN CALLED ME AT 1:15 AND I DID NOT FEEL THE NECESSITY TO ATTEND THE CALL AS I HAD LEFT FOR OFFICE. ON 4TH JULY I SPOKE TO THE AREA MANAGER AND HE IMMEDIATELY PUT THE BLAME ON ME SAYING THERE WAS A TIMING ISSUE SO THE PROBLEM COULD NOT BE ATTENDED. FOR TWO CONSECUTIVE DAYS I TOOK 2 HOURS OFF FROM WORK TO BE AT HOME SO THAT THE FRIDGE COULD BE FIXED AND INSTEAD THE MANAGER CONVENIENTLY BLAMED ME. LIKE MANAGER LIKE ENGINEER INDEED!!! ON 7TH A LADY FROM LG CUSTOMER SERVICE NOIDA CALLED UP AND OFFERED HER PSEUDO APOLOGIES. I ASKED HER TO RETURN THE AMC AMOUNT AND HAVE ALSO SENT MAIL TO LG FOR SAME. BUT SO FAR NONE HAS RESPONDED. LG ENGINEERS ARE QUICK IN ATTENDING UNREGISTERED COMPLAINTS SO THAT THEY CAN POCKET THE MONEY THEMSELVES. I AM SAYING THIS CONFIDENTLY BECAUSE LAST WEEK WHEN MY LG AC STOPPED FUNCTIONING FOR WHICH I DO NOT HAVE AMC, MY ELECTRICIAN SENT A TECHNICIAN WITHIN HALF AN HOUR AND THE TECHNICIAN AMUSINGLY HAPPENED TO BE A LG SERVICE ENGINEER, AND WHILE HE WAS FIXING THE PROBLEM AT MY END HE KEPT RESPONDING TO HIS CALLS SAYING HE IS "STUCK UP IN TRAFFIC". THERE IS NO DOUBT THAT LG PRODUCTS ARE EXCELLENT BUT THE AFTER SALES SERVICE AT LEAST IN GURGAON IS PATHETIC OR THERE IS NO SERVICE AT ALL!!!!!!! THE SERVICE ENGINEERS ARE ONLY KEEN TO DUPE THE CUSTOMERS WITH AMC AND THEN THE SERVICE IS GONE WITH THE WIND OR THEY ARE KEEN TO ATTEND UNREGISTERED COMPLAINTS TO MAKE EXTRA MONEY!
