I have bought a LED TV (Model-40T2810FHD) from Amazon (Cloudtail India Pvt. Ltd. Bhiwandi, Maharastra, ) on 14th March 2015. But recently, there are two vertical lines appear on the screen, accordingly I called customer care, they register with complaint no- AS-120615-391403. An engineer from local servicing center came to my home and got snap shot of the panel telling that the panel became defective, so I will get full replacement. Against my complaint no- AS-120615-391403 for replacement of my 40" Micromax LED (Model No- 40T2810FHD, MRP-39990/-, Full HD, with Display resolution 1920 X 1080), I got the replacement from the Guwahati Customer Care on 05-08-2015. But I got the LED TV of 39" (Model no-40B200HD, MRP-37990/-, HD Ready, with Display resolution 1366 X 768) which is a lower specification & smaller size than my previous one, it is found after arriving my home when I thoroughly compared, because at the servicing center, they told me that it is also 40" LED, when I was expressing my doubt. It is a customer dispute. The company may replaced my TV with the model no.- 40BFK60FHD, which is almost same specification with my previous LED. So, I requested the company (Micromax) to resolve the problem as soon as possible. Then they told me that they register the complaint with job sheet number- AS-110815-456258 and service center team will contact me in 2 working days and resolve my issue. Service center team has called me and performed a new drama. They asked to handed over them the 39" LED (which was provided as replacement) and they will handed over to me the previous one (40" LED, which was defective and replaced with the new one). They inform me that the company send the 39" LED as replacement and they have handed over to me, there is nothing to do themselves. I clearly told them that I have to get the LED with same specification (40", Full HD, with Display resolution 1920 X 1080), model may be different, but not smaller size and lower specification. But the problem is still not solved.

No respond for my service from service centre

I have complaint about LCD TV of panasonic company about black spots on the screen on 31st december 2012 and service execute visited and he had taken all the xerox copy of purchase bill and also the photograph of the concerned i have repeatedly contacted service center and customer helpline no. about the concerned problem but they are not even talking properly entertaining also. Till date i have not even received confirmation call from service centre and customer service center and also TV is not repaired yet.

Hi,I have lodged on 10 Dec 12 service complaint no.8439320564 and service Engineer of Anees Service came and inspected and then taken SMPS on 13th Dec.But till date no response from them, Every time we ask for they don't commit dates.Also,Slipping from their commitment by 31st Dec,then 7th Jan,12 Jan...and so on...If Samsung cant provide service to 1yr 20 days old TV...they should not sell the product. I need replacement of TV or money to be returned if they cant support the costly TV.

Sir/Madam, We bought Lcd tv 32inches videocon from vijay sales thane on 17th aug.2012.Invoice no. is 10-TH08-12SIAOUF 185.and Order no. is 10-TH08-12SO1327.The day since we bought TV,it is not functioning properly.We lodged a complaint in vijay sales four times.Every time they sent representative from videocon.He comes and does something ,takes our signature that complaint has been resolved.We get a msg that complaint is closed and as soon as the representive leaves within no time,TV has a problem.Sometimes 1.TV's Screen is in problem,2.Remote is not operating properly i.e.it takes different commands when we press keys,3.When we turn on the TV,it flickers no function and suddenly turns OFF.,4.Also,volume is not audible.This is the Fifth time.Representative said that there is a problem in software and then changed some hardware component twice.Still it is not functioning.He said it has a one year warranty.But ,What after one year?New Television is in problem since Day one we bought it.It is very frustrating to call and logde a complaint in customer care.Also,they dont take a quick action.They send the representative after 3 to 4 days.We want a replacement or money back. Kindly ,look into the matter as soon as possible.

Dear Sir, I have purchase one 32Inch Samsung LED from CROMA CBD Belapur on 2012 July 01, after 6 days of instalation of subject t.v. screen problem got started, I have called to Samsung customer service (ref no is 8443927693), they gives me update that some one will come and see the actual problem, after 3 days one engeeneer comes and open complite t.v. and told us that may be hard disc is currupted, he told us will come again after 5 days, but till 15 days no turn to our home or got sigle call, I got fustrated and visit to croma, but they also not taking any responsibility on them, they told me to call to samsung they only provide you the solution, finaly I put request for the excange of t.v. my refrace no is 8443927693. I request you to get me one value for money t.v. not this kind of DABBA.

Defective LCD

I purchased the philips LCD last month on 21.07.2012 & now it is not working. On 21.08.2012 I registered a complaint wide complaint no. Pdel 2108120042 but till 24.08.2012 no communication from the engineers. Moreover, I called the customer care 4 times a day & got different four telephone numbers of engineers but none of them is working, one is switched off & other is a wrong number. When I discussed the issue with executive (mr. Amit) then he said we have 48 working hours time to visit a complaint & your 48 hours still not completed. Finally on 24.08.2012 an engineer visited our home and informed the company that LCD has no display panel & it is to be replaced by the company. Since that day I am calling the company & dealer many times a day but they are saying that management of the company still not approved my LCD for replacement. On 07.09.2012 when we called Mr. Chandan, a Philips ASM then he said that management has approved LCD for replacement but now we don't have the same model for replacement. So, you have to pay extra 5000.00 for a high model LCD. And i said that i will not pay any money now & want refund from the company. But he said we don't refund the money & let me talk to the management that what the company can do for you now. And since then we are calling him & dealer but no one is repling to me. When today on 08.09.2012, I called Mr. Chandan to know about the status of LCD the he replied me with the harsh words that don't call me again & again for the replacement, The company will get back to you if we would have sumthing for you in next 3-4 days as your complaint is with management for approval. My request to the consumer forum is that please help me to get my money back from such a bad & poor customer service company.

Aittel DTH not installed after payment since 9 days

I had made payment for the installation of new Airtel DTH connection at my new residence in wakad, the payment was made through credit card via IVR processing, the installation was promised to be done within 48 hrs ...but it has not been done till date even after 9 days .I made regular follow up with the Airtel DTH customer care but they say till be be done soon ..most of the time they disconnect the call i have made more than 73 calls to the Airtel DTH cusomer care . Everytime i call up i get a new promise to install DTH within 2 hrs .bu has not been done yet . I want Consumer court to take strict action against Airtel and align the process so that others may not face such a time killing n harrassing situation again with Airtel .The local AIRTEL Dealer said we will not install it at ur place "Jo karte bane kar lo".This added to my anger n humiliation. My money is with airtel (1840 RS)since past 9 days n no installation has been done.I believe Consumer forum will take strict action against and get me my money back.

TV Reparing Complain

I lodged a complain to LG customer care on its Toll free help line number for repairing my colour TV which was out of warrantee and the executive told me they will charge Rs 200 + ST. I said OK he gave me complaint number RNA 120805064112 and told me thechnician will visit within 48 hrs. but he didn't i remind them on tuesday, then he told me within 24 hrs it will be solved but it didnt happen. again i remind them on thursday then he said problem will be solved immediately to within 24 hours. but it didnt and again when i remind them on saturday evening then the executive told me that complain is closed but nothing is mentioned how it is closed and he may lodge fresh complaint for me when i asked why so then he said even he can't lodge fresh complain also because of system updation. I request u to take appropriate action against such a reluctant behaviour of LG

replacement of sony bravia led 3d model no kdl-46ex720

i have purchased sony bravia led 3d MODEL no KDL-46EX720 on dated 23/10/2011 and product invoice no mes/11-12/3776 purchased from mehta e-store sector-18, noida-201301 uttar pradesh. Now i have facing a major problem on my led-3d that 15 days back when i watch television suddenly its off and then i am going power off my television and again start my televion but it could not start when i push power button of remote the green light flash and back to red light flashing continuous and could not start television and then i call customer care for related this issue , and next day a service representative is come to my home and check the televion he say that there is no problem in your televion he reset all the settings of my televion and say now its resolve the issue you can used your televion and now 3 days back i watch televion and suddenly the screen is going red and vertical lines comes on the screen then i off my televion and again report to customer care for this issue. thairafter a executive comes and check the television,and he answered that your t v panel is not working we can change/repair your t v panel and it will take 7 days time because this is the main part of product , we dont have the part we import the part from Singapore ,, firstly i am not purchase a second hand television, why should i wait for seven days, and its a big problem in product , either the shop keeper sold me a defected / second hand product or the company not maintain its product quality . i went to shopkeeper to complain about this product and his reply is ; t v kya maire khar main banta hai ; i shocked to his reply and his behavior is totally changed he is not interested to attend me . now i am vary fed-up that i have purchase a wrong product from a wrong shopkeeper and pay a lot of hard money for this product led 3d and now its not working so, i hearty request you to replace my led 3d immediately through the shopkeeper or company , not to change the parts/repair the product i dont want to use defected /repaired television , kindly contact me as soon as possible..or you can also check my service request no.. 10227317, aur my email gauravkumar2220@gmail.com, and contact no 9810008029 and 9810337814... now its thirteen days there is no responce from customer care , head office, i,ll sent lots of email to service head, head office ,customer care, but there is no response from your side, please i have requested to resolve this issue ,, please reply as soon as possible. or i want email support addresses of higher authority like VP and Md and Ceo for concern this matter, because there is no positive reply from your side.... Complain Regarding Reliance Big TV

My Reliance Big TV Customer ID NO. 200627122140 is not working since last Sunday (13th May 2012) i register a complaint through Reliance Big TV Customer Care complaint number is 179127758 the executive told me within 48 hrs. your problem will be solved but after 48 hrs. problem still pending i call back so many time to the customer care they told me that they forward my complaint to the area manager but still my problem is not solved kindly solved my problem.
