I had purchased Onida Sparkle 65B washing Machine fully Automatic on 21.10.11 from M/s Pai International, Vijaynagar, Bangalore for Rs.12,300/-. It has 2 years warranty and one year additional warranty. Within a span of 04 months while spinning, the inside tub started to rotate violently . After that I complained to Onida, and they sent a mechanic to repair the machine. After the repair also the problem was not fixed. Again within a span of one month, another problem started in this particular unit. The machine was not responding after it shows the remaining time as 27 min. This time also I complained to Onida. The complaint No is 12071426381792. This time also they sent the same mechanic and this time also the problem is not solved. This unit is under Warranty Period. I Request the authories to Refund my Amount paid by me and to take back my Unit. Please do the Needful.

I have an IFB washing machine which is not working since last 3 weeks. I have raised a complaints several times in the customer care. Every time they assure that a service engineer will stems in next 24 hour but no one appeared. After that a service man came who didn't bring faulty post. So he went of for bringing on the faulty part and now he is not coming from 6 days and his phone is switched off.

We purchased a washing machine of the croma company,its been around 60 days our complaint is yet to me attended and the technician is yet to visit.On repetitive call made at the costumer care no,they just say the technician will attend you withing 48 hours but its over 60 days and still our washing machine is yet to be repair. We even lodge a complaint personally at the croma store but no response.we kindly hope you take the necessary actions

videocon washing machine tube

I have brought Videocon Semi Automatic washing machine on 27 Feb 2012. In the last three and half month we found a little hole in washing tube and after that is notice that the hole is continually increasing his size. i made min 5 to 6 compliant against this problem. But engineer never came on time. First time engineer said we order a new tube to company and we replace the tube. But seance last 25 days he is not able to solve my problem. Last complain IND1107120164 made on 11 july 2012. But it has still not been resolved… we have called 3 times then engineer came and he too spent 5 minutes and went back claiming need of spare parts and we are still awaiting for him to get it fixed. This has been such a pathetic service experience that I would never ever go for videocon product.we had to wash clothes by servant's hand which gave us financial problem every month and now we are really tired. The only reason I spent money is to give some comfort to my family . However, this machine has been completely useless. I want my money back immediately.

I have brought Whirlpool Fully Automatic washing machine PUD 701 Sport on 31st October 2010. In the last one and half year it has given me enough grief. It has been out of order more than 6 times. Engineer never came on time. Last complain DL0512031697 made on 25th May 2012. But it has still not been resolved… we have called 3 times then engineer came and he too spent 5 minutes and went back claiming need of spare parts and we are still awaiting for him to get it fixed. This has been such a pathetic service experience that I would never ever go for whirlpool product. Same problem was repeated last year as well and we faced the same kind of pathetic service at that time. My mom had to wash clothes by hand which gave her a sprain in the back and now she is on bed. The only reason I spent money 5 times more than of a normal machine is to give some comfort to my mom. However, this machine has been completely useless. I want my money back immediately.

Non installation of front loader fully automatic washing machine

I purchased a fully automatic washing machine MODEL NO:- F8068LDP from NEELKANTH ELECTRONICS, H.O. 3, JAWAHAR NAGAR, DURGAKUND, VARANASI- 221010, PH NO:-2277319, 2277320 on 27-05-2012. The vendor told us that the same will be installed within 3 days and I will get a call from the LG SERVICE CENTRE LOCATED IN PATNA, BIHAR. But I didn't received any call from LG for any help or assistance. Then I had to call up on the toll free number provided for LG. Inspite of all my efforts, there was no result and till today i.e. 9-06-2012 my washing machine has not been installed. Today itself I got a call from the LG SERVICE CENTRE , Patna but the parson who spoke was very rude. They have no sense of talking to the customer. And above all they have refused to provide the service today also. I want severe action against them.

Replacement of defective new LG Washing Machine

I have purchased one LG Washing Machine 6.2 kg on 29.03.2012 from Reliancedigital Retail Ltd.of Avani Riverside,32,Jagat Banerjee Ghat Road,Howrah-711102 W.B.and they delivered on 30.03.2012 vide delivery note no.81737672 dt.30.3.12. At the time of installation the above product I have found that some dend of the body of the product.The installer was told me that should be replace immediately but they have not yet been replaced the above product I have repetedly requested to the customer Manager and staff whose names are Miss Neha Saras and Mr Debashis Mondal of the above company,that please replace the above product for use which I invest the money. Their reply that It will be required lot of time.In this connection that I am facing lot of problem and unbale to use the above product so I lodge the complain against such delay the replacement.Please look into the above matter and request you please kindly take action against the above complain and order to them for arrangement for replacement the above product with good condition immidiately. Dear all, Please help/ guide me. On 11/11/1211 I had purchased a WHIRLPOOL fully automatic washing machine, Model no. White magic pro. 720H. Since first use we are facing Poor wash quality, washing powder stains on cloths after drying cloths & several other problems. to resolve the same I have complaint several times to Sales Showroom (Ashoka Sales Jwalapur Haridwar Uttranchal) & record conversation with him Please listen the Attachment several times register my complaint to customer care centre. I also send my mail complaint through co. site & other officers but nothing had happened yet, except fake promises. Below are complaint register no. 1. DN0112001439 2. DN0212000324 3. DN0212000895 4. DN021200903 5. DN0212001716 6. DN0212001764 7. DN0312000051 But got no result except fake promises to resolve my problem in few hours. Till now three times co. engineers (Mr. Eshu, Mr. Harish Kumar, Mr, Aman Deep) of different- different level have visited, check the machine even washing quality by washing themselves & agree that machine is having problem & assure us for refund or replacement but few days back i had a word with area head Mr. Rishi, i tell his all my problem but after few hours i got a mail that Machine is ok, I was shocked that three service men / engineer visited & check the machine thoroughly & agree with me but a other man conclude that machine is OK without inspection or check.
