apathy of the BIG TV in resolving complaints

Complaint Details: 
Sir, i am big Tv customer with two connections as parent and child with smart card nos, 200819070413 (parent) and 200920635880. On 13th , July morning i recharged the parent child connection for one year as told by the customer care executive, and informed the customer care to activate the same. from 13 to 15, i am told there is net work problem at your end and will be activated as soon as net work is normal. i had been contacting the customer care everyday, and each executive comes out with different reasons for not activating and finally i spoke to the supervisors who heard the whole story and some how the parent child connection was activated for one year , around the dates 22-25. But unfortunately,on , on 26 th July some of the channels ( asianet, surya, mazhavil manorama, asianet plus and kiran) were cut and has been showing as "error 200- unsubscribed channels". Since 26th July, i have been contacting the customer care, i have been told it is problem with technical department and it will be made available soon. I do not know what meaning the big tv gives to the word 'soon'. as the channels are not made available till Now. (8.25 Pm on 29-7-2012). I have been contacting the customer care since 26-7-2012 and even today i am told it will be made available today itself. But i am not getting the channels , that has been shown as unsubscribed channels. is big TV punishing the customer for subscribing and paying the charges for one year?
