I AM HAVING AITEL DTH CONNECTION AND HAVE PAID FOR IT TILL NOVEMBER 2017 (YEARLY ADVANCE PAYMENT) MY AIRTEL ID NO IS 3006515611. NOW THIS SERVICE IS NOT WORKING AND I HAVE INFORMED THE AIRTEL CONCERNED DEPARTMENT BUT THEY ARE ASKING THE EXTRA MONEY TO RECTIFY WHERE AS MY SET OF BOX IS ABSOLUTELY NORMAL.WHAT IS FAULT OF CUSTOMER AND WHY COMPANY IS ASKING FOR EXTRA MONEY TO RECTIFY.
I DON'T KNOW HOW MANY DAYS I HAVE TO WAIT TO GET RECTIFICATION

Not responding to my problem regarding Dth services provided by sun direct tv

My customer id-42509487932. Registered mobile phone number is 9487061282 I recharged my above dth account On 10th December 2015 with Rs 780. After recharge my setup box got faulty same day. I registered a complaint with the customer care service. They told me that my problem will be addressed with in 24 hours. However since last four days it has been not addressed and no technician visited my home. Every time I call customer care services it cost me approx rs10. My problem is still not resolved.

This is to complain that during last 2 months, we had lodged several no of complains for non receiving of signals on our primary Tata Sky hd box connection . Every time some of dumb and unskilled engineer would visit our premise and make a temporary solution resulting in relapsing of same problem again and again. Further to clarify that we have 2 supportive connections on same address which are perfectly fine .

we are seeking to get the refund for unauthorized charges they had levied for visits, replacement and repairing resulting in no positive outcome. We cannot keep on calling your helpline now every other day and explain the same story again and again. its a big mental stress we are facing because of their inability of detecting the problem and providing the accurate solution. to make the scenario worse, after every complains, plenty of service engineers from tata sky would call up and we have to repeat the same story. condition is so severe that we had avoided receiving calls from unknown numbers which effected our business as certain important calls were ignored.

my name is Lb.Sanga im kindly request you to hear my complain and kindly
help me to get back my right and to slove my problem.I am a customer of
videocon d2h telivison services an my customer ID 76577171 that my set top box(settelite tv box)is a
general box and i want to exchange my top box with HD top box On the
5thSept2015 night i call the customer care and they told me to recharge
with an amount of 999 to exchange my settelite top box an call back the
customer care after two days,on the same moment i done the recharge on the
same night,after i done the recharge i call back the customer care after
two days ie.7th sept 2015 the customer care which i call told me that it
cannnot be possible and the offer period is done during two days after
recharge:But on the past 5th sept 2015 which the customer told me to call
after two days.
So i kindly request you to take necessary action too and help me to slove
my problem..

Charging more as a monthaly charge

I have taken connection Tata sky plus DTh for 280/- per month last one and halfe year i am charging with 301 rupees and 100 rupees as a acces fees. while i didnt activated any value added services in my connection. now they are requesting to pay 380 per month otherwise they will disconnect my connection. i am getting disturbed day by day they are increasing monthaly charges and increses hidden amount without my knowledge.

Unethical Practices By TATA SKY

Dear Sir, I Was the Only Person In Our Circle Who Admired a Lot to TATA Due to Ethics, But Some 50 Days back I Installed New TAT SKY HD+ Connection at My Residence & Within 2 to 3 Days This Set Top Box Hangs Frequently. We Had Discussed Several Times With Customer Care, Some time Problem Solved Same Day & Some Times Next day. But 15 days Back This Set Top Box Stopped Working Permanently. We Logged Complaint at Customer Care , One Technical Person Came to Us & he said We Don’t Have Any Option We have To Replace This Box. He Committed That we will Receive New Box Within 2 Days. We Called Several Times , But After 10 Days When We Not Received The Box, We Complaint to There Nodal Officer, We had Not Received any Reply (Even We had Not Received Auto Generated Mail). All Of Sudden Today(26-11-2012) we Received One SMS That Your problem Is Resolved. I were Surprised & We called to Customer care Then They said That On the System its Showing That Your Problem is Resolved, Then I Really Understand That There is Bo Difference Between TAT & Any ordinary Company Even If You will Take Follow Up I Think You will get problem solved in Any Other Company. Don’t Surprise that How TATA People is Doing These Unethical practices . we had mail it to TRAI, But I am Sure That we will Not Get Any Resolution from TRAI Also. Cable not coming

MY cable is not coming from past 3 days,i have complained to operator many times from different number but he is just passing the days.This problem is only with my television, even my first floor users are also enjoying the services.Today itself i called him ten times,he said it will be done by today evening but after that he switch off his phone.I am his customer from past 5 years.But the services he is offering is not satisfactory at all.His contact number is 9891398112 and address is RZ 21A/277 West Sagar Pur,Shanker park,New Delhi-46.We already paid amount of this month to him with receipt number 8843.Please do the needful.

Unwanted calls from Airtel DTH

Regarding unwanted calls and messages for your airtel digital TV connection customer ID 3000622057. I had surrendered my Settop box and Dish Antenna and requested the company to discontinue the calls for recharging etc. However, inspite of repeated complaints they have not stopped the autocall reminders.

My Reliance Big TV Customer ID NO. 200528995357 is not working since last Sunday (16th SEP 2012) i register a complaint through Reliance Big TV Customer Care complaint number is 187373206 the executive told me within 48 hrs. your problem will be solved but after 96 hrs. problem still pending i call back so many time to the customer care they told me that they forward my complaint to the area manager but still my problem is not solved kindly solved my problem.
