I will say product issues later however I would say THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I came across. THE ILLITERATE STAFF. I brought 2 cabinets from Hosue Full Vashi ( Navi Mumbai) on Oct. 13th, 2012. As per House Full staff, Product will deliver in next 2-3 days and will get assemble in next 48 hours. I got only 1 cabinet deliver on 21st Oct, 2012. Next day I called to customer care saying that I got only one cabinet and other is pending, they said the other cabinet will deliver in next 2-3 days. I said OK. 4 Days ( should be 48 hours) after delivery of 1st cabinet Installation guy came and we found that the delivered cabinet is also Faulty. I called n number of time to ask about the delivery of cabinets but I got the same response from each and every support Guy (will call you back in 15 mins, Product will deliver in next 2-3 or 5 days,) Interesting part is every time (More than 55) I called and I have to explain my pain again and again for each support guy who picks up the phone. I think they do not have computers in their company (No data base and no complain number). Every time they put my call on long hold (supposing the customer will get fed-up and hang the call ) and when they answer your call after long hold some other guy will speak and don’t forget they do not have computers ( No data base) so need to explain your pain again and again in one call. Botton line is I haven’t got my order so far.

Housefull Furniture Fraud

I have ordered one dining table and one 3D shoe rack on 15th August 2012. Within one week I got a call requesting to change the dining table model as the product has got out of stock. Understanding the constraint of supply chain management I revisited housefull vashi store on 8th sept 2012 and make extra payment for the dining table which I choose as replacement. The product was delivered to me on 16th sept 2012 and they assured me that the assembly of both the product will happen within 48 hours. After n number of followup installer came for the installation on 21st sept 2012 and while unpacking the product they found that the shoe rack is damaged and agreed to install the dining table. Since they unpacked both the material at a time they took a damage note and refuse to install the 3D rack. Since then I am in touch with the housefull furniture vashi and HQ customer care. As on date neither the product is replaced neither they have given any complaint number. Each and everytime I was given few structured excuses like the server is down; will call u back in 10 mins; will send you the material in another 2 days time along with the installer. I am fedup with all this jockers and now I wish to file a case against Housefull furniture at the earliest. Kindly guide me the process to do so. Now I need a strong action to be taken at the earliest along with the compensation. Bill details: 1009/2012//2961. Booking number: 10098912101. not getting actual bill

I bought a Dining Table from Aastha Furniture House,Vaishali on 16/09/2012 and asked them to furnish bill,to which they responded that we will get the bill within 2 days time and bill shall be send to our resident and we need not come for collection of bill. WE insisted them to give a temporary bill, which initially they declined, but later gave a kaccha bill.We made payment thru Debit card of Rs 23,500/-.After two days , no body came with the bill.We made an enquiry to the shop, then they said that next day we will get the bill..But again on next day, no response/action from the shop owner.When we made call, and tried to speak to the shop owner, we were not connected to shop owner and several pretexts/excuses were made . This process continued till 22/09/2012.Again we made call to the shop and asked for our bill/invoice, after which the shop staffs misbehaved with us.Finally , shop owner ,Mr. Akhil Gupta came on phone and we had a heated exchange of words overc the issue (which is natural after such harassment and mental tension they have given us)and said that now we will not get the bill and charges shall be levelled against us for harassing them and their staffs????This was very shocking. WE ARE THE ONE AT THE RECEIVING END AND NOW HE IS THREATENING US THAT YOU ARE ONLY THE CUSTOMERS AND CANT DO ANYTHING AGINST THEM AS THEY ARE BIG BUISINESSMAN???? This has caused a lot harrasement to us.Our Q is what is our fault,making payment and asking for the bil?? It was very clear from the beginning that we require the actual bill.Please help us.

Delivery of product

I had booked this book case(Order #4780) on 17th August, it still shows status as not yet shipped Its been 3 weeks and still no update. I have emailed in the email Ids mentioned no replies, I called the number given on the site yesterday the guy who spoke to me was very rude and said I have no update and hung up. What level of service is this, I have paid money upfront and getting this kind of service. Its sad & shocking. I regret choosing Housefull and will never ever buy or recommend the same and do my bit to spread the kind of customer service I have got.

2 months of follow up for furniture of Rs.1 Lakh

We ordered 5 items from Evok (Sales Order No. 1008SO/12-13/000177 to 79) from the Zirakpur showroom. he total value of the purchase was Rs.88039.On 14June delivery was received but with unfinished products.1.Gallery Dresser & Mirror Frame:The top was not smooth and had scratches.2.Luxuria New Mirror frame:It had scratches on the mirror(not the frame).The person who delivered promised to change it within 2-3 days.But there was no response once he left.3.Arizona Buffet:Had scratches on the top.4.Hermes Show Cabinet:Had scratches on the top and no symmetry of the doors.We visited the showroom personally on 15 June to check the status of the promises made,we were again promised to wait.19 June:After a week we called the Evok Showroom and we were asked to call Ashok. On calling him up, he promised to Replace the mirror in 2 days,also we told him about the scratches and he said he will be sending someone in 3-4 days for polishing.The mirror was delivered in 2 days but it was bigger than the one we had.He AGAIN promised to replace it.We were promised by the person who came to polish the products that the Dresser would be taken back and the top would be given a finished look.All these issues were rectified by 18 July..more than a month after we bought the furniture.But on 21 July the chester we had bought showed termites.We sent them an email on 23 July:Another feather in Evok's cap..termites in the furniture bought barely 2 months ago.Check the attachment.We were given furniture without any quality check.Its under warranty and should be replaced immediately.Treating it with injections will not ensure that termites won't show up in other areas of the affected piece.Our complete house is under pest control AMC and none other furniture till date has shown such symptoms.We received reply on 24 July that this has been escalated to their Asst. Manager Service_Mr. Rakesh Kumar (09717005827).But till date we have not received any reply.We really want justice form you now.

EVOK fraud

Dear Customers, I have bought furnitures from EVOK , Bellandur Store, Bangalore in month of Dec 2011 for around 1.23 Lakhs. EVOK representative told me that they have a tie up with HDFC bank credit card and i can go for 12 EMI options which are interest free as well no processing charges. I double checked with them and they assure me that there are no processing charges. So effectively i will be paying 1.23 lakhs in 12 EMI without paying anything which was a goo deal for me. But On the first month my card statement there were around 14000 charges as the processing fee. I immediately put it across the EVOK bellandur store people and they said that has happened by mistake and they will immediately get the money reverted. 1 month got over and the money was not reverted. So i kept follwing for three months every weekends and they keep telling bank is taking time and they will get it done soon. Then they gave me HDFC bank person name Anand number and now this guy kept telling me that this will be credited tomorrow or day after and like that. Then finally one day he said we won't be able to revert please follow with EVOK. Then i again started following with EVOK and they keep giving me date for 2 days or 3 days and like that 6 months have passed where i kept fighting for my own money. Now they are telling me to contact Delhi office and i have done that also but these people kept on fooling. Now they are saying cheque is ready but CEO has to sign and it is kept on hold. And over and above the executive over there cut your phone if you call them. Please help me out in finding the way how can i my money back. Over and above that i want to penalised these guys for the mental torture that they have given. I think i should not settle only with the money that they have to give but also they should be taught some lessons since they take customer as weak people who cannot do anything. FRAUD -Fraudulant sales practices - EVOK Furniture

Hi This is to bring to your notice that I had bought a Nakshatra New King Size Bed with Str from EVOK store in Bellandur, Bangalore. While we were at the shop salesman said that the beds were 72*78 in size for a king size bed. We had specified repeatedly that we require a 72*78 size bed. We placed the order and paid the money. When the delivery happened and installation was complete. The bed size turned out to be 71*79 instead of the promised 72*78. When we went to the store, they acknowledged that it was their mistake and we will get a refund. We spoke to Mr Kiran also who is the store in-charge and he is aware about all the details. Mr Kiran assured us that we will receive the refund cheque in few days and kept us on wait for over a week. When we asked him again, he said that cheque has been dispatched. On the basis of assurance, we have already taken a bed from some other shop. When we called him again after few days, he said that HO has refused to give us the refund and we can only be given a credit note which doesn’t matter to us now as we have already purchased a bed based on his statement. We wanted a case request which would have been filed with HO for refund but he said there is none. Now he is forcing us to take the credit note which does not make any sense to us. Godrej sofa gone faulty in 4 months-no response from their end

Dear Sir/Madam, I am an unfortunate customer of your Davos sofa cum bed - suffering like anything because of nonchalance shown by your customer care department. I made the first call to your toll free number 1800 209 5511 on 14/02/2011 and I was told that:- 1) I will get a reference number through SMS on my mobile. 2) I will get a call within 48hours and a visit will be made by your technician to attend to my problem. 3) As the product was purchased in Oct-2011, it is in warranty and I don't have to pay for the visit from your end. None of these happened and so, I called your 1800 209 5511 number again on 17/02/2012 but I was told that your systems are slow, so I should call after some time. I called again and got the reference number-880202 for the complain made on 14/02/2012 and I was assured of quick redressal. Next day was Sunday, then Mahasivratri. So, I expected a response at list today 21/02/2012, but your system of after sale services is so rotten and defunct, that it hardly responds to the complains. I talked to 1800 209 5511 again and got the same reply that:- 1) your systems are slow, so I should be calling after some time. 2) You people are sorry for the delay and inconvenience. 3) The complain will be forwarded on an urgent basis and blah blah. I am sorry to say that if I have to call you 5 times to arrange for a technicians visit, 3 out of 5 times I called-your system was slow, no senior person is available to talk and I have to deal with the same executives on the firing line without any fruitful results from them, then I must reconsider my options before I buy any other products from you. Also, very humbly, I would like to submit that I made a mistake of buying Davos sofa cum bed from your company and now I am facing some problems with it, so please for God's sake, rise to the occasion and treat this customer of yours with some good and quick response from your end.
