I P.Saida Naik customer of BSNL broadband.I am using bsnl-rs.675 plan.
For this plan they offers 4mbps speed of internet for one month.But I dont receive that speed,why because they are not providing that speed for last some days,but i was payed 700 for last bill.I have told so many times this problems with the bsnl officers but they did not respond and failed to provide the actual speed of my plan.

Airtel not Refunding nor Activating IPTV

My Airtel Landline Number is : 01145087094 My Registered Mobile Number : 9711770355 Airtel Account Number : 14869742 Receipt No. for IPTV Connection (CEF No.) : 3488938 My Email ID : Nikhil071993@hotmail.com / Nikhil071993333@gmail.com I have paid Rs. 3500 to Airtel on 25th November 2013 for installing IPTV connection. They promised to activate my IPTV connection the next day i.e 26th November 2013 but they neither Activated my IPTV connection nor Refunded my money back. They just keep on pushing the date to resolve my issue. Firstly, they said that their team will contact me before 11-DEC-2013 11:00AM. Then they pushed the date to 31-DEC-2013 05:15 PM. When I tried to contact them my Mail then they gave another date 03-JAN-2014 12:15 PM. Each time I try to contact them in this matter they give me new Date to solve my issue. I don't think they want to Refund my money or Activate my IPTV. I'm feeling so cheated with my money. They just installed wiring for the connection and also provided with IPTV Set-up box which their technician have removed and taken back with him and never shown their faces after that. They asked me for downgrade my Airtel Broadband speed from 16mbps to 8mbps which I did the next day. Then I asked them to activate my IPTV and Install the Set-Up Box again. But they keep on saying that your IPTV connection has been cancelled and can't be Activated. Also they refused to refund back my money. Now they are just trying to delay the matter whenever I try to contact them. I have also send the Scanned copy of the Receipt which I received after paying Rs. 3500 for installation of IPTV. I have never used their IPTV service for a single day as they never activated IPTV service in my number. I have attached the scanned copy of RECEIPT which I received. Dear Sir, On 25th July, 2013 my Airtel 4G no. got activated which I've taken for my office work; and from the very first day I'm facing issues with my device. Most of the times it's not getting started. I found no way to resolve this issue. Even after plugging-out and plugging-in several times, the issue is not resolving. When it's working, if I continuously use it for 3 hrs., the dialler is stopping automatically. And no way to restart it again. This is seriously hampering my business. I called customer care several times to change the device as it's under warranty for the first year, and they sent one support person for a few minutes to my place and I could not show him the exact issue (as at that particular moment it was working fine). But he found that there is poor 4G network in my place so he had taken a note on that. After he left, like any other day, my device started behaving the same way after a few minutes and I again called their customer care (on that day and several times after that day). They said they will send the support person again but they never did that. I put several mails to them regarding the issue. And got reply for each mail saying that they will contact me in 24 hrs. but not a single call they made. Also, they are saying that one complain has been already registered and they are working on that; and after resolving the network issue in my area they will inform me. I tried make them understand that the issue is with the device not with the network , as most of the times it's showing NO DEVICE and the dialler is stopping and not getting started. But they are saying they can only see what their support person had mentioned; they don't bother about what issue I'm facing. Before getting the connection, they assured me in an e-mail to give my money back if I'm not satisfied with the service. Now, they are simply CHEATING. "Dear Sir, As i dis guess over the phone about the Airtel 4G connection ,i can assure you that if you are not getting speed of service as per plan i will take back your device and i will refund your money Rs 1500/- Device cost. Regards Devendra Airtel brodband Services." I'm always ready to provide all those e-mail communication between me and Airtel. Please look into this matter and requesting you take some proper action to stop them CHEATING with customers. Connectivity issue on Tikona

Tikona User ID: 1106176159 I am a subscriber of Tikona wireless broadband from April 2012. In the mid of July I faced the connectivity issue. After complaining a lot of times and registered a disconnection request on 1-Sep-2012, the issue got solved but the disconnection request is still in progress. After one month, the same issue started again from 20th Oct 2012. I registered a complaint on 22-Oct-2012. Till date(27-Oct-2012) they have taken no action. On 26-Oct-2012, I have mailed regarding this issue to s.nair@tikona.in, till now no response. On calling their tool-free number, I was informed every time that the complaint is in progress and will get resolved within 24hrs. This is the worst ISP in India I ever seen.

Airtel Broad Band Internet connection is not working last 10 days

I am disappointed from Airtel broad band service. As last 10 days i am chasing airtel but nobody is taking care of my problem resolved. My DSL link is not stable that’s why my net is not working. No person has visited at my home .I am very frustrated with Ariel service. I am facing this issue last 10 days So please closed my connection imeadietly.

Illegal transaction from my account by company itself.

Hello Sir/Madam My self jignesh patel doing Ph.d in SVNIT Surat. I have registered with http://saralservices.com/ and use it for mobile recharge since last one year. Now they are using my balance for personal recharge without my permission and refused to give it back to me. I have complaint in this regards for 10 -15 times but they are not responding. In my two recharge date is given as 1-Jan-1970, this not possible because mobile was not available at that time.

a very bad service of the company

i had put a request for shifting my connection on 27th august 2012. till now the shifting has not done. i have called to the customer care for so many times. they are saying " ho jayega sir, ho jayega" but not yet shifted my connection. as iam a pre-paid customer i bought a 6 months plan. because of this late service my money is totally wasting. i want my money back.

tata docomo internet usage wrongly debited

sir i deepak k kanodia which have tata photon plus with no. 9235038120. Till date i have only used approx 2gb of interent data from my tata photon plus set (plz see screenshots) but i got a message on my mobile no. that i have exceed maximum limit so speed have been changed to 155 kpbs then i talked to customer care they also said that i have used above 6gb , but i know i have not used this much of datat, as " my account " online account of my tata docomo number also says i have used only 2gb which u can see from the screenshots attached. i got a service request no. 325184257 on 2nd sept for the above problem with maximum time 6 sept till 5pm then i got a phone call asking my problem which is stated and the executive told me his record showing 6gb and also said he didnot got any screenshot from my side may be because i have not send jpg format. how it can be possible as i had send in jpg format only. then again i filed a complaint with service request no. 325754255 on 6 sept.Then on 7 sept i got a call from executive and i told the same problem to him, he also says the same thing that on his records 6 gb data usage is showing. when i told him i will go to consumer court, then he balantly told me that u can go anywhere so i am attaching u the screenshots so that you can judge why the company is doing injustice hope to hear from you regards deepak k kanodia mobile no. 7379655556

Services Not Received

I am using the broadband of the Zylog System India Ltd. I pay them the whole amount of money i.e. 1010 for which I have the receipt. From the day of recharge they are not giving me proper services and when I launched the complaint they didn't even bother about the resolution. I told them when I am facing the problem and told the exact time when I am facing them Instead of giving any solution they for that they send the executive at the same time they send them at the morning time when the user traffic is very low. And the executive even also did nothing. I also asked them to please return my money back and take there services but they are not ready for that. I am Facing a lot of trouble regarding the services and speed as I am not getting what I am paying them. My User Id : A289638 Please look into this and help me in getting either services or my money back. As from the day of recharge i.e. 11 August-2012 i am being mentally harassed by their department.
