Dear Sir
I was a customer of Idea Broadband from about oct 2014 to july 2015,when I stopped using the services of Idea I had already paid the bill for that month and my services were disconnected from about 10th oct 2015,so when I contacted customer service care I was informed that I will get my refund bill within 90 days.
Now its almost 150 days and I have not received either refund or a call/message/e-mail about the same.So I request you to please solve my problem.

Cheating and harassment case against Tata Docomo

Hi, I had a Tata Docomo Postpaid plan for broadband. I used it for about 4 months and then I took a wi-fi connection from some other operator. I called their Customer care to disconnect the connection. They told me I can pay the bill for the month and then get it disconnected. I paid the bill for that month(May cycle). Then again the next month I got a bill. I told them again that I dont want the connection and I dont use it anymore. Again the same story. I paid the bill for that month as well even though I hadnt used it at all. Same thing happened for the 3rd month. This time they added some late payment fees as well. I called them this time and clarified that I am not going to pay anymore. They kept saying that I have to pay only then can it be disconnected. They kept calling me and harassing me. Then recently I received a call from their Legal saying that I have to pay. I told the story to them as well but they paid no heed. Even though the bill amount isnt much but then why should I keep paying? Please help on this regard.

Cheating by Airtel

We had been approached by Airtel several time in past also for the broadband connection. We already had been using BSNL. However we asked airtel Gurgaon Sector 17 Sales Person Vikas for a connection from 01Aug 2012, on 20th July 2012. He immediately sent another sales person |Mr Pawan for the formalities. He filled up form himself and took the other verification papers from my dad Mr Dharam Vir Mawkin, in whose name connection is taken.Also INR 500 is paid by cheque along with other documents. We categorically told them several times that we need connection only on 01aug 2012 as our connection with BSNL is active till 31July 2012 and we will pay rent for the same. Also we asked for the INR 999 plan and they advised us the land line number also as per our choice. We advised them that we will confirme plan in the evening by consulting other family members.Later I called pawan and confirmed plan for INR 999. On sunday or monday Modem was delivered and for wiring also somebody came. He advised after consulting pawan and vikas that this is just formality. They finished wiring and removed our BSNL mdem also and connection started. Since my mobile number 9811430567 is registered i started getting messages for plan of INR 1399 and activation of account. A lady called me for the wiring issue and since I was at work gave them my nephew Sharad's number as he was at home. A lady called her and he confirmed that connection should be activated from 01aug 2012 only and she confirmed that we cna use the connection for 2 days as trial till 25th july 2012 and billing will be from next billing of 26th july 2012. Same was confirmed by pawan and vikas also. I asked them for plan and they said since they have to send forms each evening to their head office for process, they did not wait for our confirmation of plan and sent the forms.But plan will be as per INR 999 only. To our utter shock we received first bill of INR 153 and since thne I had been lodging complaints to your various office but no body listens. They are so rude. Just now also I called form my land line number 0124 4047156 and since your calls are recorded you can listen the way your people talk to customer. We are not going to pay the first charge of 2 days and will deduct the same from our currect bill and will make the payment. We have Airtel Tower on the roof of our house for last 6 to 7 days and never thought that AIRTEL will cheat us like this. Complaint Againt Airtel

I am Saurabh Kapoor(Airtel account no 10895078) i had logged a request on 20th August for issue of my internet broadband service & landline services is not working. I was told the issue will be resolved next day by 12 noon but no one turned up and call was closed. Again i complained next day and again call was closed without any action this continued till 1st sept but only answer i get every time is that the issue will be resolved and finally i call and spoke to the senior executive on 1st and they told me that the issue would be resolved by 5PM but it was not then i called them again they told me that issue will be resolved by 7pm but it also didn’t happened agin i called and got commitment for 9:30 PM but nothing happened. Now when i call customer care they say sir you have called 50times and in 10days but they are not able to resolve the issue. So what should i do to resolve the issue whenever engineer turns up he say there is no dial tone so he cant do anything , so what does airtel want weather they want me to get the dial tone for airtel. I want to file a case against airtel for not providing the service to me and harassing me and fraud for charging me and not providing service at all. Due to this i am facing lot of issues in my personal and official life.My Airtel account number is 10895078 and my contact details are 999948886, 9958795462

INTERNET IS NOT WORKING FROM 45 DAYS

My name is Nitin Gupta,I have broadband connection of Reliance Broadband with User ID-297166478643 on my lappy,My internet connection is not working from 17-July,2012.First they ignore the complaints by saying that it is from server end and it hasn't been resolved .After 21-july they send a person for EDP box check.But the problem is continue.After that they are regularly providing me new dates for problem solutin.But the problem is not yet solved.Now they provide a new date for problem solution is 30-September.

I took a six months subscription of tikona broadband in November 2010 by making advance payment of the entire amount as i was asked it works there (have the receipt). And because of their poor connectivity and services thought of not renewing the plan so called their representative to take their device as I am not renewing it. There was further delay from their end in collecting the device by that time I got other broadband service installed. And after few days i got a call from their call center that amount of 6 months subscription is due on me , i was surprised , how can this be possible. They said even though you didn't asked us to renew we have done it form our end. What nonsense is this.... how can they bill me an amount without me asking for the service. Have never heard of this kind of nonsense. I said how can I pay if i have not asked you to renew it , if not using it and had already asked your person to take the device too. And later they started calling me for dues and every time i had to say the same story. And to the top of it , now after 1 year i am getting calls from their end saying this is their lawyer and case has been filed again my name in New Delhi , do you want to go for out of court settlement or fight the case. I said I will fight.. These companies can go to any extend to harass consumers , its really frustrating... the sum of money they are asking is not a big amount for me , but still why should I pay ? ?

not refund my money

I subscribe in tikona for wifi connection.on the very next day sales man comes on my place for order.i again and again ask him about the range of tikona network is very gud. because we set up the tower in d block.i live in f- block of kamla nagar.then he tell me about the plans and offer.then i subscribe the plan of six months and pay money in advance of six months Rs 2400. he said next day enginner will come and install your modem.i said ok.when next day enginner comes ..i am shocked when he said network does not catch on that place.so modem should not be installed.then i suddenly cal him that ur enginner told me that.i told him please refund my money.he said ur money refund in between 10 to 15 days max.i subscribe on 19.it means money will refund near about 5th of july.they does not refund my money even he not picked my phone because he had fault in his nature of work.he just think about his targets not about ustomers who suffer,i am MBA student. i need internet urgently because of submittion of training project.i still not able to submit my projects.they ive mentaly stress to me.lot of burden on my mind.if m not able to submit my report it effect on career.from this i got bad prcentation and bad acceesment in my college marks sheet.so this effect on my caeer.so i request you to give me a caim from this company i give you the contact number of sales man who not picked my call.and also i give you my subscription slip number. salesman number -8802110060 my subscription number -50000021479309. BAD COSTOMER RELATIONS AND COMPLAIN SOLVING SYSTEM

I have broadband connection of Hathway on my lappy my account number is 554162 from Kandivali east Samata ngr , log in settings are disturb that's why I can't access internet efficiently so I tried to complain in Hathway. Local office does not accept complain you have to complain on helpline numbers which are all the time busy after wasting 4-5 minutes they give massage that our all executives are busy keep holding or send message like this you waste your phone balance when you send massage they never attain , I can show you I sent many messages since I am facing problems but no response from Hathway side since a month today luckily I could talk to one executive he was telling me to check setting and giving me directions on phone that go to run option and click this and that which I can't understand also it takes nearly about half an hour to check setting so I was not having enough phone balance to check like that so I told them to register my complain and send technician so he had cut the call next time when I called executive named Kailash picked up he started saying the same things and refused to register complain I am sick of this company will you please help me so they register my complain and send technician at my place please expect a help from your side because I am bearing this since a month
