I HAVE LODGED REQUEST ON 21 MAY 2012 TO AIRTEL FOR DISCOONECTION OF MY ALL SERVICES, AT THAT TIME MY BILL PLAN WAS RS.2000 PER MONTH,AFTERWHICH ON 27TH MAY 2012 MARKETING DEPARTMENT CALLED ME REQUESTING NOT TO DISSCONECT MY LINE,THEY ALSO WAIVED MY RS.500 ON MY CURRENT BILL AND OFERRED ME A PLAN OF RS.500 PER MONTH PLAN FROM 27 TH MAY,THAT IS THEY CHANGED MY PLAN TO RS.500 PER MONTH,BUT TODAY ON 5 TH JULY 2012 WHEN I GOT MY BILL I WAS AGAIN CHARGED RS,2119.26 WHICH MEAN THEY CHEATED ME WITH RESPECT TO PLAN CHANGE,AND ONE MORE THING THEY HAVE DISCOONECTED MY LINE FROM 27TH MAY 2012 BUR STILL THET R SENDING ME COSTLY BILLS. I ma sahil jain..m doing MBA .along with this i do some work for survive in delhi.right now m living in Kamla nagar,delhi 7.every one knows the brand AIRTEL.so i subscribe for new connection of broadband in airtel on near about 23 or 24 june 2012.sales executive of airtel comes on 27 june 2012. he said that net connection will properly start it within 5 days.i agree with this person.and also give some offers for attract to me.after that i call after 4 days for the status of internet.he just say.today it wil surely activate.whole day he say the same answer.next day near about i call him more than 50 times in a day.but he not picked even a single call.then i call him again at 5 pm on monday .i said where are yopu.and in return he said i just came on your place in just 10 minutes.but he did not call after that..means he always try to ignore me because he is a illresponsible person and not able to work in sales.he just want to collect advance money and then customer hangs but he not care.next day i did not call because he said that internet will definatly actiovated before 2pm.then ok i wait whole the day but this guy did not call in days.i think he thankzz to god for not received my call in a day.after he give the number of of Manager his name is Arun Jain..i call him and aware about this matter he said that i call you after 30 minutes..but he did not call.sales man name is AJIT. he already take advance from me of Rs 500.finally i want to claim on this company for goving heavy mental stress on me because i had to deposit my project report on 29 july 2012.but yet not i submitted to college.this totally affected on my career surely and make bad impresion in amongs college staff .and also get a warning call from my company because i didnot fullfil his targets in 2 days.i have and detail copy of subscription page of airtel.when i call today to manager i say stright forward that we cant give a connection due to problem in technical server.and said ur cheque of advance money reach u within 45 days.is this right to wait 45 days for 500.i wish that u give a claim and help me out because i belive on your service.moreover i call ajit today and his numbers in switched off.following i giveyou a contact no. an adress detail of the persons. Reliance service issue

from 12th of June the reliance people disconnected my services by saying bill amount of 120rs due. same day(12th June) i paid bill but till now the connection was in suspended mode. always they says contact reliance web world. i visited almost every day to web world and web world says the connection will reactivate in 1hr. till now nothing happened. i am not sure how many days it takes time.

Misuse Of My Address Details by Tata Docomo Dealer

Last month I have purchased a tata photon wireless internet device from one of the dealer at Knadhivali. the name of the dealer is Ajay(Aman)(contact Numbers:+919222776636, +919222777444 ). I have submitted my address proof documents, pan card copy and two photographs to this person for getting a tata photon connection, but he didn't activted the tataphoton device instead he used my address documents to get tatadocomo mobile connection for someone else who is found to be using it currently. Without using a tatdocomo mobile connection I am getting monthly bill. When I tried to reach this person he is either not picking the phone or not available in office. Today when a tatadocomo service personal called me and told me regarding the monthly bill, I came to know that someone is using tatadocomo mobile connection (mobile No: 9029019231) which is found to be activated under my name without my knowledge. So I humbly request you members to seriously go through this issue and take a strict action against such fraud dealers. Kindly help.

Fake Promises by Tikona, now they are not refunding the money

I have applied for a new Tikona broadband Internet connection at my place in Kolkata on 15th May, 2012. The over friendly customer care executive asked me to pay the fee in advance online and assured that an engineer would come to my place within three business days time. I need the connection urgently, as I will be out of the city in a few days time. I made the payment, however, nobody showed up on the third day, that is Thursday, nobody showed up on Friday and today the weekend starts, so I doubt anybody will show up in the next two days either. However, I called up the customer care this morning, and the guy asked me to open a new account in order to get the payment refunded. He told me, like it was my fault, "We cannot refund as your account is not yet activated. So you need to activate your account, then deactivate it and then send us your bank statement, because we need a proof that you actually paid and then we will refund". It completely beats me, why would I open an account that I dont need anymore? I paid you to activate my service, which includes a new account, which you didn't, so I need my money back, its as simple as that. I am providing my transaction detail here, please refund my money. I have been using Tikona for last seven months at my other house in Gurgaon, which I am closing subsequently following this disastrous service. I also intended to take a third Tikona connection next month, I am dumping that idea too. The whole experience was utterly disgusting. I was treated like the fault was mine. I have also lodged a complaint at the consumers forum, in case you wanted to know. Here is my transaction detail. I had applied for a airtel broadband connection on dec 22, 2011. I was promised by the sales person that the connection would be installed within 3 days. The representative had there after changed his mobile no and due to which i was not able to contact him. When i called the customer care they said your form is not submitted to us but they confirmed that the cheque of Rs 500 was cleared and deposited to Airtel. i was told that within 3 months i would get the refund and they would not be able to install the connection at this moment. bill was due for 1 month. Bill Number B1-34554994 Billing Period 26-Mar-2012 to 25-Apr-2012 (Bill Date 26-Apr-2012)amount Rs. 1119.53 (including Late Payment Fees 100.00) but amount of Rs.1000 I paid on 24.04.2012.(I have copy) This company is making entry on 27.04.2012. Company is cheating me. I asked them about that but they are telling that 'cash receive' takes 48 hours (This is lie), Only Cheque payment takes 48 hours (told by cash receiving officer). Please help me. there are so many people like me don't know that, they are being cheated by Tikona digital network.

Hi Wifi router was required to me so i called Tikona ,Tikona executive asked me to deposit 1500 before raising the request so I made the payment on 7th April 2012 and then I raised the request. But till date I don’t have Router installed at my place and again they are asking me to pay a sum amount of 842 and then only they will process my request. When I asked them that why I need to pay this amount so they told me that it is your this month bill plus service tax of Wifi router. Why I should trust these people actually my bill generated on 15th of every month and before that I had raised the request for wifi router installation. And they committed me that sir it will be done in their 3 working days but nobody from tikona contacted me Thanks Sourabh Nema

Complaint against airtel broadband for not giving the connection

Hi, I'm Venkat.I applied for airtel broadband connection on Mar 28,2012. My application no is 471575.The technician (Sudhakhar) while collecting the fees for the connection told that within one week the connection will be given. First week went still connection was not given, at least the technician should have called and update the status. I called to his mob no: but he is not at all lifting.I made more than 15 calls from morning onwards. He sent messages like (I'm driving,i'm in meeting, call you back, I'm in hospital)later from public booth when I called unknowingly he picked and coolly said that port issue and it will be resolved in 3 days and he will update the status. But after 3 days same thing repeated, no response from him, when i called him, didn't attend the calls, showed the same worst, unprofessional behavior. If there is a port issue and couldn't be solved in 3days time, he should have updated me and if it is serious problem that couldn't be solved in a week time, should returned my money. Field technician sudhakhar and other guy Veer played game with me, showed the worst behavior, made false promises and not updated the status, because of them my office work lagged, usually i do some important analysis work in home , i could not go native place because these people made false promise that i will get connection on Saturday. Like this, he asked for another 3 days..... like that already 3 weeks gone and on 18th Apr 2012, I complained to airtel customer care, complaint no: 14536862, and told the unprofessional behavior of their field technicians and asked them to take action on them, customer care person simply said that they can't take any action on them, I explained about the losses i met because of not getting the connection on time and their worst behavior but she simply kept the receiver aside, i realized when i didn't get any response, after few seconds gave the complaint no. I preferred airtel because private service providers give connection fast, that is only perception, in actual they are very worst, unprofessional, and giving 3rd degree service through their service people. Those who read this, please don't think that you will get good service from airtel blindly, that is only dream.

"Reliance Broadband service" are not refunding back my money which was paid in advance

Hi I had reliance broadband connection which was a pre-paid plan (I am paying one month in advance ) .. I stopped my connection on 8th of December .But I have paid till 18th of December and my connection has been terminated on 8th of December . So I suppose to get the money back from Reliance because I had paid in advance till 18thDec11 . Reliance is not ready to pay back my money ... Please suggest what action can I take against reliance My Customer A/C Number 100117518603 I have received the below mail from Reliance as Connection Termination acknowledge mail --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dear Customer, We acknowledge receipt of your request for termination of the service. We apologise for not meeting your expectation this time for the services provided by us. As requested, termination process is initiated for the subscriber ID 8033150398. Kindly note the rental of your service will be stopped from 08/12/2011. Our representative will be visiting you for the collection of the equipment installed by RCOM at your premises for running the services. Please handover the equipment to him. Kindly also note in the event of non return of this equipment, you will be charged 1250 in the final bill which will be sent to you after collection of this equipment. Any unbilled usage will also be charged in this bill towards full and final settlement. The collection of the equipment may take 7-10 days depending on your availability.
