Dear madam / sir, I am jitendra arya, i was working with NSN Power Impex Pvt. Ltd. New Delhi, as an area sales manager. i joined the company as on dated 17/june/2013. after 3 months i leaved (resigned) the organisation as per company's requirement. at the time of resign my senior said to me that we will consider your last working day till 17/september/2013. i was an employee till september last but i was agree for their this policy. but till now i did not get any settlement from their side. my settlement will include my salary, travelling expenses and mobile expenses. my amount was Rs. 73000/- approx but they told me that we will settle as per the company's policy. till today i did not get any amount as a settlement. i am regularly following him but no-body is able to satisfy me. they cut my phone and not giving any reply.

Hi, My Name is Sumit Saurabh, S/o Shri Arjun Prasad Mehta. I joined SGC Services Pvt. Ltd. On 23rd May, 2012 as Senior SEO Executive in DCH Department. But, they ended my employment on 31st Jan, 2013 without giving any prior notice either in mail or written on paper. As per termination rule, they should pay salary for 2 weeks more with the salary of January 2013 salary. But, Dhiraj Kumar (mobile no. 9718286263), working manager of DCH(Discount City Hotels) Department denied to pay 2 weeks more salary and told that salary only till the last day you worked, will be given. He also said that owner (Mohsen, Mobile no. (00447957287039) is not happy with your overall performance and ordered me to terminate your employment from today. From the time, they terminated, I am sitting idle and have not got job. I have my family and living here in rented house. Due to their unnoticed termination, I have not got job and suffering with various problems. Kindly, help me to get 15 days more salary (written on appointment letter) including the salary of january2013. SGC Services Pvt. Ltd. During the notice period, you are required to assist in the recruitment of a suitable candidate, train and ensure a smooth handover. - The Company reserves the right to terminate your employment on any grounds whatsoever, including on grounds of misconduct or unsatisfactory job performance or violation of the Company’s Policies. - Absence for a continuous period of eight days without prior approval of your superior,(including overstay of leave/training), can lead to your services being terminated without notice or explanation. Probation: For a period of six months from the date of joining you shall be under probation. During the probation period, the company can terminate your services without giving any notice or assigning any reason thereof. At the end of the probation period your employment shall deem to be terminated unless you have been issued a communication from the company in writing confirming your appointment or extending your probation period.

complaint for get back original certifaicats alledgly kept by muthoot finance ltd

Respected sir/mam, I have a complaint against muthoot finance ltd with reference to an employement, i had joined the company dated 12/12/2011 as an acconts executive for the Godhra branch prior to joining i have to took a training of 10 days at companys regional office at Ahmedabad,and after that only i can join the company and on the very first day of training as per companys policy i had submitted my original graduation certificate and passing certificate of SSC after 5 days training due to certain personal reason i could not continue with the company and for the same i have informed company and ask them for give back my original certificates which i have submitted but company refuces my request and regional officials demand a huge money from me and then only they gave back my certificates, initially i was scared and forget the things, but later on i thought that this is not legal and fair thing so that i want to request you to help to get back my certificates, cause i need it to show other places for job purpose, i hope you will consider my request and give me positive reply. I had joined the company in Jan 2012,and worked there till 3rd July 2012,and had mailed the company about my illness and back problems,but the company did not respond or communicate to the mail or massages sent to the owner. I have trying to talk to the owner of my company for the past few months but there is no response from her or the company HR-they do not reply to the mail or receive my phone. Today after repeated call and mail,the company HR has sent a mail saying that I had not informed anyone about my illness and since have not reported back,have been declared absconding employee and my salary will not be given. Could you please suggest a way out.

I am a Contractual Employee at PHHL. My company has not paid me since 01 October 11. It is also not terminating my services. I asked for details of the case through RTI inquiry on 21 Nov 11. The PIO failed to reply. I filed appeal with FAA ON 22 Dec 11. Again no response from FAA. I have filed a complaint with CIC on 16 February 12. Failure to provide information amounts to deficiency of service. Notice for this deficiency has already been served to FAA. The Company will not provide the information because their faults will come into the open. My case is hanging indefinitely and in the meantime I am without any means of sustenance for the last five months. What amount of compensation can I ask from the Consumer Court? Can the Court order restoration of salary till completion of dispute? Any other options? Regards, Jiggs
