Not delivering the Microwave oven (model: 20 SC2)

My Microwave oven became unserviceable on Sep 15. I register several complain to IFB customer care. At last local dealer of IFB (Daljit Singh)took the oven on 23 Nov15.After that he did not given it back because he did not get the parts from IFB.I called several time to IFB customer care and sever top official of IFB. Every body gave me the same reply : : "It will be rectified by 2 days". But till now they did not give my oven back. My latest complaint No is: 16977867 dt 29 Nov 15. In last 3 months I talked to several officials of IFB, starting from local engineer, area manager to top Officials( Mobile No:9041472742)but al telling me lie.I got AMC also.(ICR no:191516000393 and Tin No: 03331117360)then also company did not give me service. I am paying every year for renewal of AMC but not getting service. I am frustrated now. Whenever i phone them , no body give me the correct answer. So please help me. Actual problem is this "The blower is damage" but they are not taking seriously & saying that "I have no available wait for some day" At last position is this blower is changed before 4days but installation is pending. fake coupons of starcj

starcj have given me a coupon of Rs. 200 on my birthday i.e., on 3rd may, 2012. which is to be used in a purchase of above 1000. so i odder a product online. but the online payment is not processing. i called the customer care twice, but the are not suggesting me any proper way to claim. this procedure is wasting my precious time. so my complaint is why they are so fake, if they do not want to give any discount on coupons then why are they wasting my time. but now because i have wasted my time. i want them to give me discount as per the coupon value and take my online or off line payment and deliver it to my home.

Complaint against Whirlpool for damaging a working refrigerator

I had purchased this refrigerator on 25th Feb. 2008 for Rs. 16,971. On 10th June 2010, refrigerator stopped working. On 23rd June, company changed the compressor of the fridge and charged Rs.1645. On 16th May 2011 refrigerator stopped working. On 18th May 2011, timer was changed and company charged Rs1345. On 9th June 2011, there was a cooling problem in the fridge. Company charged Rs. 850 to change the gas of refrigerator. On 3rd April 2012, again there was a cooling problem, but refrigerator was working. Company representative started repairing refrigerator and after that he said the refrigerator is dead. He charged us Rs. 695 and said the Company Executive will speak to you. Company Executive spoke to us. They were willing to give us a BAILOUT of 30% price of the refrigerator to be adjusted against a WHIRLPOOL REFRIGERATOR. But as the refrigerator was in working condition and it was damaged by the company representative so it is the duty of the company to replace the refrigerator free of cost. Kindly help me to get a replacement of the refrigerator as I’m facing this problem since last 2 years and I have paid a lot of money to the company for its repairs.

inappropriate balance deduction

airtel has activated some service on my mobile from past one month.i have already complained them to deactivate that service but still it is activated.today also wen i called them they said we cant deactivate till 5 more days.these fraud people are deducting my balance 3rs per day.still no action taken.very fraud people.

I did my b.s.n.l. prepaid mobile no (+91-94531XXXXX) recharge with rs.299 through a b.s.n.l. retailer. I received a confirmation sms (from BP-CTOPUP) "u/r BSNL a/c is credited with Rs.299 as Recharge from 9457149519 on 04/03/2012 at 04:29:03 PM hours (Ref no.524792968 ". But I did not receive any amount or service on my mobile. I did call to customer care at (+91-9412024365) near about 10 times.They are not giving me the proper information (some times they disconnect the call) customer care officer are not writing the complaint.
