refund not received from from irctc

The TDR ekt2011102103504460 was filed on 28-09-2011 for travelling without ID proof, and the staus still shows "under process". [Transa?ction ID: 0397201813?; PNR Number: 4333652673]. I have sent several eamils (atleast 7) to care@irctc.co.in, and I got standard response saying "We would like to inform you that your below enclosed email has been forwarded to the concerned department". They promose to get back to me, but never did. I had even filed a CORE complaint last year, but no joy. Kindly consider my request for refund and get it resolved asap. CLAIM AGAINST IRCTC

I have booked four e-ticket (PNR No - 4441961573)under tatkal quota for travelling from Delhi to Jammu on 14th June in TEN JAMMU EXP but the train has been late by 29 hrs due to which me and my family was unable to travel and have to face financial, mental stress and physical problems.So i need that the railway should pay me the compensation amount of rupees 100000 for the problems that we have to face.

Nonreceipt of refund against cancellation of Ticket

I had filed a TDR against PNR No. 6254817053 on 22nd Mar 2011 due to the train was delayed more than 8.00 hrs. Now it is already gone 1.5 years but the TDR Status: "Under Verification" & Refund Status: "Refund under Process". I also sent so many mails to "tdrprocess@irctc.co.?in" and "care@irctc.co.in" and contact with IRCTC customer care executives so may times, but I had received only one mail/reply from tdrprocess on 5th Sep 2011 stated as below: "Dear customer, Sorry for the inconvenience. Kindly note that yourrefundcase of PNR No. 6254817053 has been forwarded to Railway on dt.30-mar-2011.Refund yet not received from concerned railway. We have also sent 3reminder(s)with all the papers pertaining to your refund case to concerned railwayas ondt. 01-Jul-2011 , 08-Aug-2011 , 05-Sep-2011 to chase up the cases. Assoon as refund, if any, received itwill be credited to your card account. Warm Regards, Sourabh P Singh tdrprocess@irctc.co.in Yet there is neither any positive response nor any refund. Nonreceipt of refund for cancellation of train ticket bought on line through IRCTC site

PNR 6209118621 Transaction ID 0488223331 PNR 6509118384 Transaction ID 0488215278 The above ticket were bought by me on line th IRCTC site on 19th / 20th April for travel to & fro Howrah NJP. Subsequently on 25th due to disturbances in the region I had to cancel the ticket which were wait listed till such time.The web site has acknowledge cancelation with mention that refund has been made on 28th. However I have not yet received the money yet. I made numbers of email to the authority, talked customer service executives over phone multiple times but nothing has happened. neither they could assure when it will be refunded or acknowledge the problem. i have provided them the bank passbook copy during the period as a proof of non receipt of money. The last complaint ticket has been docketed as 704515. Kindly help to get the refund.
