Dear Sir/Mam I am facing balance deduction problem 20 got deducted from my aircel number 8801234899,i dont know the reason because there is no vas service activated, but i gor message that you have been renewed for video talkies 5.you have charged 20 rs for 20 days but it is nopt active on my no, when i call customer care and asked but ths they are saying its active on you no and you have been charged for that and i another msg that thanks for your request to subscribe to Gamepind. what wrong with this network i have not even subscribe any of this service, so pls if u help me to get my balance back i ll remain thankful to you.

Airtel Prepaid to postpaid conversion long delay

Appellate Authority Airtel, I had done all the documentation required for pre to post conversion on 23rd Nov '13 i.e 12 days ago and I was assured that the number will be converted to postpaid by 25th Nov '13. Its been around 12 days now & my number still has not been converted to postpaid. To add to my woes since 2 days my number has stopped working and I am loosing out on my business due to AIRTEL'S negligence. The new SIM is showing network but while making any outgoing call I get an error "Not registered on network" Same is happening when I am calling "59059". Airtel Service Request Number: 54043322 My New sim no: 8991101302321851610 I am not going to wait any longer....Instead I will wait maximum till evening and then I will do the best I could to do to reach out to AIRTEL top officials with emails/blogs/cust complaint forum/Social sites/courier etc etc You said you did not see the attached files, PLEASE HAVE A LOOK AT THE ATTACHMENTS NOW I want a call back from Appellate authority of AIRTEL assuring me that my service will be up and running by today evening. Tata docomo 3G dongle plan - Cancellation

Dear Sir/Mam, I had taken Corporate Connection of Tata Photon 3G dongle with 10GB unlimited plan. in INR 2700 on 16th of Oct 2013, from one of your agent (Mr. Milind - 9765285392 - Email Id : milindkamte25@gmail.com) on basis of following 2 assurances, 1) Availability of 3G range at my home - He confirmed that it is available. 2) If no 3G range is available then he will cancel the connection and return my money back. Please find attached receipt of the payment along with details. The CAF No is - 8811000699043 and my sim no is 8087015160. The connection was activated on 18th Oct. Unforunately while taking, I was told that there is 3G range available at my place (Chikali) but there is no range of 3G at my place, which i verified by connecting the device. I gave a complaint to resolve this network issue to customer care (Complaint No - 385115339). I was told the issue will resolve by 22/10/2013. I was informed by tata docomo customer care that there will be no range of 3G at my place, so I can cancel this connection. The request number for cancellation is 385563903. I am told that cancellation will take 15 days and money will sent through cheque within 60 days, but no mention of how much money will be refunded. Please let me know the amount that will be refunded. I was also told that the device you have to return to the agent from whom you have taken and take device money from him. I contacted Milind and informed the same. He said he will give me the amount on 23. On 23 rd he told that he will give me the money in the evening, but he didn't turn up. Later the next day (on 24th) he said he will be coming on 25th and give me my money in morning but again he didn't turn up. I called numerous times but no response from him. Next day again, i called him many times out of which he picked one call and he gave me the dealer's number (8888770670). I called the dealer and he said that he is out of station and will be available on sunday and asked me to send the agent to him. He will return the money. I called Milind and informed him the same. On saturday(26th Oct) again i called up dealer and confirmed and I asked milind to go and collect the same. From Sunday(27th Oct) i am trying Milind's number and he is not receiving and has kept his number not reachable since yesterday (Note : Today morning i called him twice for which ring went through but was unanswered and later it was not reachable). I communicated this to the dealer, but he said that the agent should come to him with the receipt. Request you to do the needful ASAP. Note : Wrong commitment and uncredible behaviour by the agent is going to affect Tata Docomo credibility. Extremely Poor Services Of Tata Docomo

Dear Authorities, I have been using Tata Docomo Services for a long time now just because of its internet plan. Although i have been facing problems since begining but now it is really bothering. I opted for tata docomo just because of brand value of tata but this is matter of sheer surprise and regret tht i found its services extremely poor and probelmatic tht today i am forced to write such a harsh complaint. Their customer care of haryana region is highly incompetent in handelling any sort of complaints. With their way of talking i feel as if they are not even well qualified... i have been facing dozens if problems in last 2 months nd every time i reached their customer care i got a dissatisfactory answer. There system is so problematic that after talking to any customer care executive once i dont get to call again during tht day even if i try hundred if times nd only its the next day when i can talk to any of the execytive again. And even thn my call is transfered to some so called senior staff who are again no better than first line executives. When 4 days back i opted to change my caller tune i culdnt do that by sending sms on Call Me Tunes. After trying it for several times i called customer care and asked for help. Customer care executive enquired my problem and in a hurry applied a sad version of the song instead of the normal version for which i have been charged 15 rs... and now when i want to get the thing rectified i am getting svere problems. Every morning i try to talk to their executives but they just listen to my problem, make me hold the call for some time and then dissconect the call. Please provide me justice and resolution to my problem.

Hello Sir, This is Ravi from Nellore (Nellore District) in Andhra Pradesh, India i am basically BSNL Pre Paid custmer since 5 years my Mobile No.9441148294 Yesterday i.e., 08.09.2011 i was get a missied call from +9609001526 when the phone was rang that time i am in another work after 5 mts later after completion of my wokr i saw my mobile one missed call i.e., from +9609001526 immediately i am rang to this number no reply i was called for 8seconds after call one massage came from BSNL i.e., service reply after call charges of Rs 12/- i was surprised and immediately call to Call center of BSNL No.1503 and they told this is call from ISD we don't know from which country like that they told to me when was called to BSNL Call center this was happened at morning again i was call to same above call center and they reply the answer the call from M/s VODAPhone i was surprised i am not able to understand why they are doing like this we don't know? in my office 3 customers (BSNL) only they also received in previously from the same no or other nos but charges they had Rs 12/- within the minuet. so, i am requesting you please find the above no why they are called to my number first of all how they know my number ? please enqurey please inform to my email id cravi111@gmail.com or phone to my above said number thanking you yours faithfully C.Ravi Nellore 9441148294
