i was cheated by their members who invited me to collect a special gift.There they trapped me by making wrong promise and forced me to buy a package worth rs50,000/ i gave them rs10,000/and promised to pay the rest by cheque but i came to know that club was under construcion i read the documents iwas not satisfied so i reqested them to return my money they refused and suggested me to pay rs40,000/ but due to some financial loss i could not do after that so many times i rang them up they told me to talk to their officer in hyderabad i did that and that gentleman promised me that they will send me money after deducting a small amount but its more than an year i have not received anything ihave sent them emails but no response please help me to get my money back i am going through a bad financial phase my membership no.is cc119/0065, date of submitting money is13.2.11

COMPLAINT AGAINST COUNTRY CLUB (iNDIA) LTD.

On 14th of February, 2013, Me along with my wife visited Big Bazaar in TGIP Mall, Noida, when country club personnel requested me to fill up a form giving my job particular and contact information and I did accordingly. The very next day they informed me that I have won a prize coupon on lucky draw of 6 Nights and 7 Day stay in their resort for free. So I decided to collect the coupon on 17th February, 2013 from their office at Center Stage Mall 2nd floor, Noida. There, before handing over the gift voucher, they made us to go ahead with a presentation where they offered us 30 years of membership for 6night and 7 days of free stay in their resort each year and many more free services. The price cote was Rs. 1,30,000/- in which they promised many thing. But later, slowly they disclosed few more hidden charges, like for every time we book holiday from them we have to pay a maintenance charge of Rs. 6000/- which was made clear much later. They also said that on each stay booked with country club a tax of Rs. 4000 is to be paid before booking The biggest catch was that, we had to make decision right then. We were confused and we requested them for a day time to go ahead with a concrete decision and they disagreed. They made us to do paper works, most of them were unclear. As because, we were not having our credit cards, we requested them to take Rs. 2000/- from my debit card there and the following day we would make rest of the payment, which would have given us some time to think. But they were so very desperate for the payment, they even send one of their sales personnel with us to our home to get the payment done. Fortunately, Our credit card did not work and due to immense pressure created by them, we made another payment of Rs 23000/- from my wife's debit card. The very next day, we decided on going ahead with some research and we found that feedback of their service is really bad and that very moment I requested them to cancel my Membership and refund me my money, but they readily disagreed saying that the amount once paid is non-refundable. This clause of non-refundability was not mentioned during the presentation and right now they are asking us for the rest of the payment. When I requested them for refund, they channelized me to their Head office which is situated at Hyderabad and they did nothing to help me or support me. I am into a deep abyss. Rs. 25000/- means a lot to me being a middle class person. Please help. The contact person in Country Club was Mr. Kabir Mallik, who is the Manager, and his contact number is 08527572953.
