mobile not repaired in last two month

Respected Sir, I purchase a mobile A092 from micromax company in mar 2015. But it mobile has more problems thus it repaired 3-4 times. before two month dated 23-10-2015 I give this mobile in micromax service center in Guna for repairing but till today this mobile can not repaired. Please submit my complain and return my money from micromax company. My mobile repaired job sheet no. - N070242101519894399 and IMEI No. 911367255289135/911367255389133.

WRONG AMOUNT DEDUCTED BY AIRCEL

My aircel prepaid no is 7685923811. I have recharged on 4th August,2015(txn no:15080417552600559) rs 60 and i have received rs 59 instantly. from 4/08/2015 i have not used my phone for any call or sending any message till 11/08/2015 at 11pm.When on 11/08/2015 at 11:30 pm checked my balance it shows rs 8.11.I was shocked to see the balance and checked my phones message box for any message for deduction and i did not find any message for deduction but there was no message for deduction. Then i have called customer care for clarification for the deduction and the customer care executive Mr. Tanmoy told me that i have downloaded a song from internet and for this reason balance deducted. From his conversation it is clear that he has no other reason to give me for deducting balance and he was repeatedly said that deducted balance could not be refunded. I have explained him that the phone is a very basic phone and not used for any internet and there is no internet connection in this phone and it is used by a 65 years old citizen my mother who only knows how to receive a call and don’t know how to make a call. Mr. Tanmoy said to me in wrong tone that you can do anything but aircel will not refund the balance. What kind of behavior from aircel customer care???? he has no right to talk with customers like this. I have all related prove that she did not used her phone for downloading any song. I think it is a very big joke that Mr Tanmoy said to me. You people are provide wrong information to customer. Please sort out my problem and refund my deducted amount in main balance. Please take immediate action. Otherwise I will go to consumer court.

Micromax A116 Canvas hd screen got cracked just by typing in 3 months

I have a micromax a116 it screen got cracked just because of using it . It was not put on any hard surface nothing happened, just when i was typing it's screen got cracked and i typed more it got cracked more can you please tell me what to do as the service center here is saying you will have to pay an amount of money.. can you please tell me what should i do it is just 3 months i have bought it and this thing happened

With reference to the subject mentioned above, there was some technical problem in my Miromax A115 device, so I gave it for repair at SLR (RAJ) branch on 13th July 2013. Till 2nd August, 2013, neither had I got my cell repaired back, nor was any proper response given by the concerned authorities. After many visits, I got my cell on 7th September, 2013. Further, after consuming so much time, the company had not been successful in fully repairing the device as the camera of the device is still not working. It’s really surprising to get such an irresponsible feedback from the Company and customer care executive. Please find the Both jobs sheet and bill copy with this mail as attachment.Previous complain number at customer care was MMX1708131319 and new one is MMX0909135780

Faulty Mobile Phone issue

I tuk a new samsung galaxy grand on 19th july 2013. and aftr just 1 and 1/2 mnths it had some issue regarding wifi. so i contacted the delaer. the dealer in turn told me that my cel will be given in samsung service centre mapusa goa. when i went to service and talked to the manager in charge there, he assured me that my mobile phones board will be replaced and hence forth no such problems will arise. after 3 weeks i got my cell back. bt the problem was still there when i asked the dealer he said he''l again give it to the service center n after sum time he tld me that the _quot_quot board_quot_quot needs 2 be replaced. n now the cell is in service center since then(2weeks have passed) now i''m wondering wat the service centre people did initially.I also had talked to samsung customer care bt the response was very poor. now i want a complete replacement as my cell phone was brand new and after this incident i cant trust this people if they will really replace the board or not. I Hope i'l not be denied of my basic right , that is good _quot_quot quality_quot_quot product for the amount of money i hav spend.

TIMTARA MY ORDER DID NOT DELIVERED AND DID'T REFUND

That I had ordered for you MICROMAX A110 MOBILE on dated 24 JAN 2013 after the full payment of Rs. 8991/- of the MOBILE .10388708 2. That the date of the delivery of the MOBILE was 14 JAN 2013. But till date the order was not delivered. . 3. That after so many calls, the customer care of the Timtara had given the Shipment date of 24th JAN, 2013. But the order till date is not delivered. 4. That after this deficiency in service from the Timtara, I asked for cancellation of the order placed. You told on dated 06 JAN 2013, that it may take 6 to 10 days to cancel the order and the money would be refunded within 8 to 10 days. 5. That after repeated calls and emails at the customer care of the Timtara, you did not revert back. It is also pertinent to mention that you even refused to pay back the money afterwards. So many e mails and personal follow-up at your noida office through some relative were done but no refund.

Non delivery and non refund

I had placed an order on timtara on 6 Jan 2013 (Start of 2013 proved so bad for me). Order was for Samsung Galaxy S2 mobile & order number is #10381812. It was supposed to be shipped within 3 weeks. So far status of the order is shown as AWAITING SHIPMENT. I contacted customer care over phone and also wrote many mails for cancellation of order in past 2 weeks. I have been always informed that order will be cancelled in 2 days and money will be refunded within 5 days after cancellation. But there's no step taken from timtara to reflect the order as cancelled. So they are no delivering a product nor returning my money back. Its one of the fraud companies that I have ever used for buying online. There has to be strict action taken against such companies and their business should be banned completely. Kindly help me out with refund of my money with cancellation of my order #10381812 as I do not want shipment to be delivered any more.
