need to recover balance from old paytm account

from the past 60 days I am trying to recover the available balance present in my old paytm account and the phone number associate with the account is dead anyway.Due to the fact that OTP can't be verified and hence the balance can't be recovered, I contacted the help desk to solve the issue.
I've already provided each and every information they've asked me for. But my problem is yet to be solved. As it is evident that I have tried my best to be in touch to replace my old phone number 7031901661, which was associate with that account with my new number 8974088700.
One month ago they've said,"I would like to inform you that we have raised your issue to our concern team and they are working on this, your mobile number will be updated within 24 to 48 working hours. You will get a message on your new updated mobile number and you need to give a missed call on mentioned number in massage. After that your new number will be verified and updated on your Paytm A/c". I hope you are understanding the kind of embarrassment I am going through.

I have place oeder for one mens combo of Mafatlal brand shirt and pent pcs in Home Shop 18 with order no979050611 but the material i receive was comletely different and poor quality i have register complain no 144600545 in home shop 18 but not received satosfactory answer company denied to arrange reverse courier and ask me to courier that peoduct to a village near Bhiwandi where no courier service is available from Ahmedabad also the charge in Indian post is higher which company denied to pay
Please help me as Home Shop 18 have sent weong product and i suffering for their mistake also the customer care officers are interacting very roudely with me

Placed an order with homeshop18 for prestige omega handi 4lt on 19.10.2013, paid via credit card (Rs1130). Received 2.5 lts handi on 22.10.2013. As we had received incorrect product I called up HS18 to inform. I was asked to courier the product back to HS18. DULY DONE. POD scan sent on 5.11.2013 as requested by HS18. Received an sms from HS18 on 6.11.2013 that there has been a slight delay in delivery of the replacement product and same will be delivered in 3-4 working days. i have been waiting for the replacement product till date i.e. 20.11.2013. I call HS18 customer care (0120-4455918) twice everyday. In the morning i am informed to wait till evening and in evening i am informed to wait till next day. Each time rep tells me a different story, for e.g. I am asked to send POD till date which was sent on 5.11.2013. Utter nuisance and MONETARY FRAUD by HS18. They have got the money and now don't bother to deliver the replacement product.

HomeShop18 delivred defective product and now not replacing

Hi, I bought product "Princeware Senorita 32 Pcs Pet Storage Set" in 1999 from HS18 and its defective product.when i call them and email them then they said they will replace it and will pickup from home but still i am waiting from last 20 days.now they are not replying of my emails so i decided to teach them that they cant cheat indians like this.i decided to go to consumer forum and also decide to complaint to broadcast association of india. HS18 think that consumer are fools but they are wrong. So i would like to request to take action and return our money. Regards, Raghvendra Bhargava 9826233465

non refund of my money/use of my credits to buy a product

I had taken part in a competion and on not winning they credited my account with that money. they sent me a wrong product against it and I had to spend more on courier to return it. resulting in additonal money spent with they again added to my account. Now they are not letting me use this money of mine at one go, they are forcing me to keep spending more and more to utilise my money. I asked for a refund that too they are not giving.
