Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this mail with great disappointment and frustration with the services offered by Vodafone. With reference to our below mail and voice conversations, I got a call from Vodafone executive on 7th Feb 2013 again and told me that he sincerely apologize on behalf of vodafone for the inconvenience that I faced and told me that the following plan is now being activated on my number 9811011562: - The plan which was conveyed to me earlier will be activated from the billing cycle date, it was confirmed to me 20 Dec 2012 (199 monthly rental; 1200 local free mins; 200 STD free mins, 150 National SMS) - We are also giving you an additional benefit of 50Rs. monthly, which will make my monthly rental 149 INR with same plan. - The additional amount billed to me (Rs. 292) by mistake will also be discounted (waived off). I thanked him from all my heart for finally resolving the problem I was facing from a long time. Now, things got twisted again when I got a call today from Vodafone (Sandeep, 9899288763), who said the vodafone has resolved the on going issue and is ready to waive off Rs. 242. I gently asked him to please recheck the amount as earlier it was mentioned as Rs. 292 for waive off. I also asked him to please confirm me the activated plan once. Now I was VERY DISAPPOINTED when he mentioned me the activated plan: It was: (Rental 149, 1200 free mins local, 150 free national SMS).. When I asked him about the free STD mins which was conveyed to me earlier, he simply disconnected the call without an answer. With Great disappointment and frustration, I again called vodafone care to confirm what plan you have activated and it is now enough to test my patience. I WAS SHOCKED TO HEAR THE PLAN, WHICH WAS CHANGED THIRD TIME IN A SINGLE DAY ITSELF. It was as follows: (Rental 149, 200 mins free local, 1000 free minsV-V, 150 free National SMS).. Now, I Just wish to ask vodafone, why I am being tortured like this? Why your executives give me different answers everytime? why they make fool of me everytime (three times in a single day)? and which plan is actually activated on my number right now ? I request you to please thoroughly check all my call records with your executives and let me know if you have trouble finding them as I also have my own personal copy of them as I was very cautious in this regard and would be happy to share those with you if needed. Also do let me know if you can't resolve this issue at your end and I should take this matter forward legally because I am really exhausted and wasted a lot of my time struggling with vodafone and its executives meaninglessly. I HAVE PURCHASED 2 MOBILE CONNECTIONS(7351900003 AND 7351600003 ) OF IDEA POST PAID FROM MUSKAN COMMUNICATION, OPP SOFIA GIRLS SCHOOL, ABOVE KULDEEP TENT HOUSE, COURT ROAD, SAHARANPUR UTTAR PRADESH IN THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER 2011(24/09/2011). I HAVE USED THESE CONNECTION IN POST PAID AND PAID THE BILL IN TIME. DUE TO SOME CALL RATE & NETWORK PROBLEM I HAVE APPLIED THROUGH A WRITTEN APPLICATION FOR CHANGE THE ABOVE MENTIONED MOBILE NO. FROM IDEA POST PAID TO IDEA PREPAID. FOR THIS I HAVE SUBMITTED AN APPLICATION WITH THE RELEVANT PROOF AND ALSO DEPOSITED THE UN-BILL AMOUNT IN MUSKAN COMMUNICATION. THE DISTRIBUTORS HAD ISSUED ME 5-6 TIMES SIM CARD BUT ALL THE NO. DIDN WORK. AT LASTLY THEY HAVE ISSUED ME THE SIM CARD AND RECHARGED WITH THE RELEVANT COUPON AND PROMISED ME THE ALL THE NO. WORK PROPERLY. ME AND MY FATHER USED THESE NO. AND RECHARGED FROM IDEA STORES.AFTER 4-5 MONTH MY NO. (7351900003) HAD BEEN CLOSED BY COMPANY, WHENEVER I HAVE FACED THIS PROBLEM I HAVE CONTACT WITH THE 5 CUSTOMER CARE BUT THEY HAVE GIVEN ME THE DIFFERENT OPINIONS. THEN I HAVE CONTACT MR. HARISH, (OWNER OF MUSKAN COMMUNICATION ). THEY ASKED ME TO BUY A DUPLICATE SIM, BUT NEW ONE IS NOT WORKED. AGAINST THIS NO. (7351900003)I HAVE FACED MUCH FINANCIAL LOSS. THEN I HAVE COMPLAINT IN THE APPELLATE AUTHORITY OFFICE WITH MAIL AND 15-30 TIMES WITH MY MOBILE NO. 7500900009. MISS MANNU ON BEHALF OF APPELLATE AUTHORITY COMMUNICATE WITH ME AND SAID THAT YOUR NO. IS PORTED OUT IN VODAFONE ON 12/02/2012. BUT I AM NOT APPLIED FOR MNP IN VODAFONE. NEITHER I HAVE SUBMITTED THE DOCUMENTS NOR I HAVE CONTACT WITH ANY VODAFONE CUSTOMER CARE. AND HOW IT CAN BE POSSIBLE THAT AFTER PORT NO. IS WORKING IN IDEA. I HAVE RECHARGED THIS NO. MANY TIMES FROM IDEA DEALER AND USED THEM. AFTER FEW DAYS I HAVE RECEIVED A CALL FROM APPELLATE AUTHORITY AND HE ASKED ME THAT A SENIOR EXECUTIVE WILL VERIFIED THE CASE. BUT NO SUCCESSFULLY RESPONSE IS RECEIVED BEFORE 3 DAYS I HAVE RECEIVED A CALL FROM MOBILE NO. 8192009470 AND THE PERSON ASKED ME THAT HE IS COMMUNICATE WITH ME ON THE BEHALF OF IDEA ZONAL OFFICE AND OUR COMPLAINT IS IN THE LAST STEP. HE ALSO ASKED ME THAT HE WILL GIVE ME REPLY WITHIN 24 HOURS BUT TILL DATE AND TIME NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED. I HAVE SEND TWO TIMES MESSAGE ON THIS NO. THAT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE.IN ANOTHER CASE MR. HARISH FEEL SOORY AND INCONVENIENCE BEFORE FEW MONTHS.COMPANY ALSO NOT GIVE ME THE REFUND AGAINST MY 2 NO. (9012200052 AND 9012300052). Problem in migration postpaid connection to prepaid (Poor communication of reliance)

Dear Team, I want to submit a complaint & inform you about Reliance poor communication gap or unmanageable services which I faced. I am using reliance (No. -9300009888) postpaid 440 plan and now I want to migrate this service in prepaid (Convert postpaid in prepaid). Now I want to convert this number (9300009888) in prepaid. For this I already visited in customer care of reliance which is in Thatipur, Near petrol pump, GWALIOR (Vishnu) at dated 08/12/2012 & filled a migration form. I have already paid my all amount in advance. After this process customer care told me it will convert in 5 days but 10 days have been left , its still running in postpaid. I have complaint many time in reliance customer care from my mobile, they all time taking 48 hours time for resolutions and after 48 hours no buddy inform or call me, every time I have to call at reliance. I am attaching my all voice conversation in this mail (play in VLC). Now customer care says YOUR PLAN 440 IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR MIGRATION. (No buddy in customer care describes me in detail.) Reliance is not able to convert postpaid in prepaid, so how can I solve my issue. I have already paid much more to reliance now I want to convert my number in prepaid. I will take legal action for this if reliance not supporting me. Kindly help me. I want to ask from Reliance :- Why u can’t migrate my number in prepaid? Why you not describe me in detail about this issue? No buddy call back me or inform me about my issue , every time I have to call…. , Why every time I call reliance ? Airtel Postpaid - Outgoing Blocked- Dealer not responding well

Hi, I have Airtel Postpaid Connection (8888842910). My outgoing has been blocked from Thursday 27-Sept-2012 as customer care are saying due to incomplete documents. I have submitted all documents to my (New sangvi, Sai Chawk) dealer. His number is 09665067589. I used to visit here since thursday daily 2 times and he was saying that we have submitted you documents to the customer care.You outgoing will start just within 2 hours;and also he is not responding to my call. And when i ask customer care they used to say that we don't receive your document yet. I can't change my number as i need to call many folks daily. Could you please help me ? Thanks in Advance.

Dear Sir/Mam, I had did PORT to my vodafone no(9899721353) to another networks,there was call came from customer care vodafone to convert prepaid to postpaid with good schme,then i agree and told them thta i ready for migration from prepaid to postpaid.i already told him that i m leaving in Paying guest in noida,then send their exective to my PG and collect Rs. 250 and filled form by me and told me that no document is required,we verify by your presence at billing address. now one month passed i m two vistited to nearest vodafone centre and make 100 times call to vodafone customer care but till now i m not getting any response from their end. if it is not possible to convert my no. in postpaid connection due to not showing leaving address then refund my submitted money.

high amount charged for my post paid account

i am paul suresh from bangalore bearing mobile number 9980692587, i have recieved my may month bill of Rs. 2700, which to my knowledge is not correct, in this regard i called up airtel support complaining about the billing , they charged excess amount on my GPRS service and when asked about the clarifications , they are showing their inefficiency in handling the complaint i have logged complaint on 29 th may so far 3 people have called me to clarify but giving me different explanations and amount figures which is absolutely incorrect and intolerable and they have even deducted some amount from my account for the services which i have not availed , after noticing when i asked they give reasons saying you have opted for these, i feel i am getting cheated , i would like to take legal action for whatever they have done earlier , i dont want there service anymore i would like to settle this Bill ASAP and deactivate my account' So please look into the matter and do the needful , looking forward for your advice and suggestion

Unfair bill charged by Tata Photon even after I had asked them to disconnect

I was billed even after asking for disconnection of my connection as the service agreement was not getting fulfilled.I had constantly send emails and complained but no solution was provided. Rather they have billed me an amount of Rs 898 and now they have sent a legal notice.I have decided to pay since I do not want to go through any legal hassels but my complaint should be considered as I feel cheated. Please find the details. please find the email copy of in the attached word doc which I copy pasted from word doc. I would like to mention that the connection was taken on my father's name but since I used it and paid for it, the whole communication was done via my email id. Harrasment after barring the calls

I,Kapil Singh,using idea postpaid connection(9891718281) from Nov. 2005 till date, its being six years using the service. From Last one month i was getting sms for submitting document. As i am in a touring profession it was difficult for me to submit the document at idea outlet. Inspite, many a time my phone's outgoing get stopped,that suffered a lot to me & hampered my job. On 1st/2nd Nov 2011, i spoke to one of idea rep. regarding the submission of document and he told that he will send one of the excicutive to collect the documents from my office.On 3rd Nov 2011 i have given the documents(Local Address Proof,Permanent Add. Proof,One Photo ID ,One photograph) to the Executive & received a green customer copy (Serial No. 9917701)& it was assured that now the connection will not get barred.On the same day it was again barred.I spoke to the customer care & the person said we didn't receive the documents as yet.On the next day again the connection get barred & as I spoke to customer rep,he said still we are not in possession of your document & just check to the person or concern agency to which the documents has given.This Happened for almost 6/7 days.I again got a call from idea people on Nov11,2011, to again submit the document as the document you have given is misplaced.I agrred to provide document again.The next day i.e. on Nov12,2011,an executive came at aroumd 11:00 AM.He said we have all your document but only photograph is missing so kindly provide the same only.Again I have submitted the photogaraph only.I've again received a Green customer copy with Serial NO.9917708. Meanwhile It was assured that your no. will not get barred,until & unless we will be in possession of your document.But,In same day around 6 am in the evening the connection again barred.At that time I was in hospital to admit one of my family member. Seeing the need of mobile connection , I spoke to customer care & they said we can not open the connection as we do received any updation of your documents.Understanding the need of connection I've purchased a prepaid connection.Still,by the time I am writing to you i.e. on 14nov,2011 the connection (9891718281) is dead & calls are barred. Kindly do the needful action.
