Hi, My name is Punam Pankaj, I had Complaint against Samsung Service Center ,purnea,bihar,854301. i have purchase tablate 2210 after purchasing 1 day tab is not working. we have submit tab to Samsung service center in purnea. but service center approved to repairing. my tab is complete new i wants to replacement but service center is do not agree.purchase date is 19/11/13. purnea Samsung service center service is very poor and no one take any response urgently resolve my problem

I had purchased BSNL Penta Tablet through SNAPDEAL vide Order No. 1150324643 on 01-08-2013. The Unit Was purchased through Snapdeal. I Have received the unit on 03-08-2013. The Value was Rs. 6930. After 15 days it is found that unit is not working properly and there is a problem in software, speakers, battery and it is hanging constantly. I contacted Pental customer care and advised to send the unit on their service centre at Malviya Nagar, New Delhi. I did all according to them. I have received a job sheet No. PENSER0074666 ON 03-09-2013. It has already been 1 month and 20 days but no proper response is getting from their side. They are only giving false assurance but nothing positive. Whenever i contact them through mail they only seek some more time. Their Customer Care No. is 0120-4805200. Please help me to get the unit repaired or the money refund.

I ordered to buy a bsnl penta tablet ws702c with calling on dated 2012 with order ID 10355114.And promised to me that ordered item is delivered to me within 21 days.I requested to company to deliver my item soon before 12th dec 2012 with ticket no. 50506 date 01.12.2012. But neither my item is delivered to me nor reply or status is given to me by timtara. I called many times with diffrence of 2 or 3 day regularly to customer care with phone no. 135-3051500 and 0135-6670700 but always promised to me that your item will be delivered within 3-4 days.When I checked my order status online I found that my order is out of stock then on dated 27.12.2012 then I requested to cancel my order and refund to my money to customer care through above said both telephone nos. And I e-mailed to customerfirst@timtara.com cco@timtara.com and nisha@timtara.com regularly with 2 or 3 days difference but till now neither my item is delivered to me nor refund my money to me.I am called many times and e-mailed many times to above said all addressee but neither is given reply to me by timtara nor is given promise to refund my money to me by timtara.Till now my order status is shown online "awaiting shipment".
