I have two numbers from aircel in both numbers they are cheated me on mobile number .in one number they charged Rs 2000 for internet connection in month of may .they put the complain and settle the amount on Rs 1158 .I have all the details for that but they are not ready to provide NOC and again put the case .
for my other numer they put the bill of Rs 7000 for this month .I m also shock .they increased my credit limit without any notification .these are doing froud again and again.kindly do something against them

I am MANISH SAINI. My aircel prepaid no. is 8952005264. on 30-12-2012 in the evening about 7 pm. i got a message from aircel prepaid service that "thanks for subscribing SHAYARI PACK". and my balance get reduced 30rs. This service is automatically activated withot my permission. i never want such kind of "shayari pack". When i call to customer care then they refuse to pay my money back. plz help me out and help me to get my 30rs. back. one more thing i want to tell,.... i have activated "DO NOT DISTURB" service on my connection but i am still get such a nonsence add msg from aircel. plz help me... thank you very much..

wrong recharge offer

i had recharged my mobile through online by using aircel website www.aircel.com the recharge was done sucessfully. but balance was not credited to my phone account with aircel. i recharged with 60 rupees. i need to get 70 rupees talktime balance. the value of recharge is topup online recharge offers for 60 rupees they are giving 70 rupees talktime. but it was not done. This is cheating customers with wrong plans. tracking customers in wrong track.you should necessarily take action about the companies for violation of regulations towards customers. i think that you can do justice for this issue.please protect yourslf & save others from this issue.

Huge Airtel mobile bill

I have been using my number 8978595050 more than a year. Suddenly for a month, I have received a bill of 5000INR. Though i have a maximum credit limit of RS1200, I was charged RS4400 only for using 2G internet service for 30 days. I got vexed-up on talking to customer care people regarding this issue. I am not at all satisfied with airtel service, moreover frustrated with the repeated call from airtel people to clear the bill.

I have changed my Airtel number to Reliance through portability...I have been facing many problems in case of call charges...I have recharged with Rc 23 for the low call charge rates to STD..but it has been charged differently from the offer given to me by message.........there has been no correct response from the customer care executives too.

As per the amount charged the matrix has charged a heavy amount for the Holland mobile. I had asked for a cheaper plan and these people misguided with plan of euro 2.79 per minute and a surcharge of euro 0.34.I was also not provided any free hand set. They have already taken a security of Rs.6000/- . They had kept many things facts hidden. if the call charges exceeded more than the security deposit why didn't the call get disconnected. Sir I am not the only victim of these kind of fooling service, but there are many other people who are victimized. As I am a student the govt of India had sent me on duty. How will I afford this heavy amount imposed blindly by these guys.I request you to take necessary actions so that many customers,consumers can be saved from these illegal activities of these service providers and fooling the innocent public in the name of telecommunication and extract money with harassment.o

Charged me for calling on my own number..! And other anomalies in bill.

My mail: "My plan had 300 mins of free calling (local+STD), whereas I am charged for all the calls I made (free+extra)." Airtel's Answer: "We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused to you. We would like to confirm that a waiver of Rs.100.00/-..." My Second mail (Most ASTONISHING part): "I am also been charged for calling on my OWN NUMBER..!! I need an explanation." Suppose my mobile number is 'XYZ', so the bill contains a section with time, duration and call cost for calling on my same own number i.e. 'XYZ'. How is this possible.!! How can I call my own self. This means the rest of the bill is also not reliable. Airtel's Answer: "We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused to you. We would like to confirm that a waiver of Rs.112.36...". For such a blunder, Airtel offered me a supreme waiver of extra Rs. 12.36. this is too much.! Why can't Airtel make authentic bills.! I have no issues paying for what I have used. But Airtel has lost complete trust. The bill shouldn't have been more than Rs.650 (incl. taxes), whereas bill amount is nearly Rs. 1000.
