Today I have again charged with rs 30 for limitless music service. 1 day ago I have complaints to aircel for deducting my balance so they refunded my balance and then they refund it and after refunding bal in less than 12 hours they again charged me for some ridiculous service called limitless music and when I'm calling to customer care they are not connecting to me only telling to call again later. What a great idea of earning money from aircel.

I have two numbers from aircel in both numbers they are cheated me on mobile number .in one number they charged Rs 2000 for internet connection in month of may .they put the complain and settle the amount on Rs 1158 .I have all the details for that but they are not ready to provide NOC and again put the case .
for my other numer they put the bill of Rs 7000 for this month .I m also shock .they increased my credit limit without any notification .these are doing froud again and again.kindly do something against them

My aircel prepaid no is 7685923811. I have recharged on 4th August,2015(txn no:15080417552600559) rs 60 and i have received rs 59 instantly. from 4/08/2015 i have not used my phone for any call or sending any message till 11/08/2015 at 11pm.When on 11/08/2015 at 11:30 pm checked my balance it shows rs 8.11.I was shocked to see the balance and checked my phones message box for any message for deduction and i did not find any message for deduction but there was no message for deduction. Then i have called customer care for clarification for the deduction and the customer care executive Mr. Tanmoy told me that i have downloaded a song from internet and for this reason balance deducted. From his conversation it is clear that he has no other reason to give me for deducting balance and he was repeatedly said that deducted balance could not be refunded. I have explained him that the phone is a very basic phone and not used for any internet and there is no internet connection in this phone and it is used by a 65 years old citizen my mother who only knows how to receive a call and don’t know how to make a call. Mr. Tanmoy said to me in wrong tone that you can do anything but aircel will not refund the balance. What kind of behavior from aircel customer care???? he has no right to talk with customers like this. I have all related prove that she did not used her phone for downloading any song. I think it is a very big joke that Mr Tanmoy said to me. You people are provide wrong information to customer. Please sort out my problem and refund my deducted amount in main balance. Please take immediate action. Otherwise I will go to consumer court.

Dear Sir/Mam I am facing balance deduction problem 20 got deducted from my aircel number 8801234899,i dont know the reason because there is no vas service activated, but i gor message that you have been renewed for video talkies 5.you have charged 20 rs for 20 days but it is nopt active on my no, when i call customer care and asked but ths they are saying its active on you no and you have been charged for that and i another msg that thanks for your request to subscribe to Gamepind. what wrong with this network i have not even subscribe any of this service, so pls if u help me to get my balance back i ll remain thankful to you.

I am MANISH SAINI. My aircel prepaid no. is 8952005264. on 30-12-2012 in the evening about 7 pm. i got a message from aircel prepaid service that "thanks for subscribing SHAYARI PACK". and my balance get reduced 30rs. This service is automatically activated withot my permission. i never want such kind of "shayari pack". When i call to customer care then they refuse to pay my money back. plz help me out and help me to get my 30rs. back. one more thing i want to tell,.... i have activated "DO NOT DISTURB" service on my connection but i am still get such a nonsence add msg from aircel. plz help me... thank you very much..

Sir, I want to tell you that from my aircel number the company has deducted my account balance at yesterdey morning of 18Rs and today they have deducted 25Rs . And when I asked the why they have deducted my money they are giving an excuse that there is a technical problem in their server and moreover the giving several type excuse and when i asked them that wether they will refund my money or not they are replying that it is not possible sir i am a student i hardely get money to recharge so please look after the mater sir.

Hi Sir, I am NIKHIL, working as a system administrator in a private company, and i am using a prepaid network of AIRCEL. my amount of 92/- was deducted unnecessarily and when i call up the costumer care and they are very careless,and they never provided the details of deduction..and i want to raise a complaint regarding this issue..Please help me.. thanking You

i did my AIRCEL prepaid mobile no 8286833945 recharge with fulltalktime Rs. 68 through aircel portal online recharge. i recieved confirmation massage (from DP-ETOPUP) "u/r aircel a/c is credited with Rs.68 on 15/06/2012 at 1:30:52 pm (AIRCEL transaction id.MU0612210145 ". another message on my mobile come that (your request to recharge 68 INR cannot processed at this time> transaction no.: MUR12061513431000221) on 15/06/2012 at 1:30:38 pm) But I did not receive any amount on my mobile. I did call to customer care at near about 5 times.They are not giving me the proper information (some times they disconnect the call) customer care officer are not writing the complaint. I also visited the aircel gallery on 17/06/2012 and she said you will get either rs. 68 talktime or you will get refund in your bank account within 72 hours. But still I neither get talktime in my mobile nor I get refund in my bank account. i also attaching my bank mini statement and aircel confirmation of recharge. SO I WANT MY EITHER AMOUNT OF TALKTIME IN MY MOBILE OR REFUND IN MY BANK ACCOUNT.

dear sir_ my no.8827862702 ye Airce ka hai isme se mere 40/ rs. kat liya gaya hai mai customer care call lagata hu to kahte hai ki 24 hours me apka balance refund ho jayega .our mera balance abhi tak wapas nahi aya hai 2-3 din ho gaye mai custmer care phir call lagata hoo to mera phon kat diya jata hai plz sir mujhe mera balance dilwane ki kripa kare thanx.....
