My name is palanikumar.. 9841077054 this is my aircel postpaid number.. this month 22/12/2015 bill amount is very high.. Bill amount is 4195 rupees.. this is not my bill amount.. what will I do?

Sir,yesterday i recharge amount with rs.69 and toay i call 1288 toll free number after disconnecting call i recieve a message that there is offer 7 days internet for free but after dailing a number it automatically charged rs.28 and automatically gived me a confirmation message that this service is activated without my permission.and then i call 198 complaint number but they told me that there is no service activated on my number and my balance is deducted from my account...sir please help me to get my rs. 28 back to my aircel number 9852713585...thanks sir.. wrong recharge offer

i had recharged my mobile through online by using aircel website www.aircel.com the recharge was done sucessfully. but balance was not credited to my phone account with aircel. i recharged with 60 rupees. i need to get 70 rupees talktime balance. the value of recharge is topup online recharge offers for 60 rupees they are giving 70 rupees talktime. but it was not done. This is cheating customers with wrong plans. tracking customers in wrong track.you should necessarily take action about the companies for violation of regulations towards customers. i think that you can do justice for this issue.please protect yourslf & save others from this issue.

Balance Deduction without the buttons I have pressed

Mobile companies are deducting balance unnecessarily of their customers for earning extra income. Recently i have to connect internet for which i seen the code of activating the internet from aircel website. I applied that code (*234*98#). This was the code to activate pocket internet into our mobile. Instantly my 30 rupees balance was deducted. I call to customer care that why my balance was deducted . They told me that you have activated the Code for" value added service" You have activated service name :- Word of the day I asked whats the code to activate this service. They told me the code for this service is *234*132# So finally they deducted my balance with the buttons i hasn't pressed. I told him that i have not applied that code for which you activated this service. They told you pressed the same code it is showing in our computer system. All the Mobile service providers are earning money by using similar tricks. Some deducts balance without pressing buttons saying that we made call to you and mistakely you pressed the buttons. Please Stop this anyhow.

I have bought an aircel sim card on 18th july 2012 and it has activated on 19th july. On 20th july i have received a call from customer care that i have selected in a lucky dip and i can have a signature caller tune to my number with a discounted charge of 30/-. I accepted the offer and the amount has deducted from my balance. But the offer has not been activated on my number till now. i have called many times to the customer care to register my complaint but they have not responded correctly and they are saying that the offer has activated on my number but it has not. Take necessary steps on this regard..
