Dear Sir, On 25th July, 2013 my Airtel 4G no. got activated which I've taken for my office work; and from the very first day I'm facing issues with my device. Most of the times it's not getting started. I found no way to resolve this issue. Even after plugging-out and plugging-in several times, the issue is not resolving. When it's working, if I continuously use it for 3 hrs., the dialler is stopping automatically. And no way to restart it again. This is seriously hampering my business. I called customer care several times to change the device as it's under warranty for the first year, and they sent one support person for a few minutes to my place and I could not show him the exact issue (as at that particular moment it was working fine). But he found that there is poor 4G network in my place so he had taken a note on that. After he left, like any other day, my device started behaving the same way after a few minutes and I again called their customer care (on that day and several times after that day). They said they will send the support person again but they never did that. I put several mails to them regarding the issue. And got reply for each mail saying that they will contact me in 24 hrs. but not a single call they made. Also, they are saying that one complain has been already registered and they are working on that; and after resolving the network issue in my area they will inform me. I tried make them understand that the issue is with the device not with the network , as most of the times it's showing NO DEVICE and the dialler is stopping and not getting started. But they are saying they can only see what their support person had mentioned; they don't bother about what issue I'm facing. Before getting the connection, they assured me in an e-mail to give my money back if I'm not satisfied with the service. Now, they are simply CHEATING. "Dear Sir, As i dis guess over the phone about the Airtel 4G connection ,i can assure you that if you are not getting speed of service as per plan i will take back your device and i will refund your money Rs 1500/- Device cost. Please look into this matter and requesting you take some proper action to stop them CHEATING with customers. Airtel Postpaid - Outgoing Blocked- Dealer not responding well

Hi, I have Airtel Postpaid Connection (8888842910). My outgoing has been blocked from Thursday 27-Sept-2012 as customer care are saying due to incomplete documents. I have submitted all documents to my (New sangvi, Sai Chawk) dealer. His number is 09665067589. I used to visit here since thursday daily 2 times and he was saying that we have submitted you documents to the customer care.You outgoing will start just within 2 hours;and also he is not responding to my call. And when i ask customer care they used to say that we don't receive your document yet. I can't change my number as i need to call many folks daily. Could you please help me ? Thanks in Advance.

hi, My complaint is regarding my AIRTEL's landline +91-1142561093 .,...I've been using this landline along with internet and IPTV for around 2 years ... Recently I shifted my residence within close proximity to the previous residence ..I've been following up with Airtel for last 1 month now to transfer my connection ... First their customer care is pathetic in listening/understanding customer's reason(s) for calling them and secondly the kind of replies I've been getting from their end is totally unsatisfactory ... First they committed that they will take care of transfer within 5 days but later when I called up to followup on my original request, I came to know that they have closed my request without informing me ..I again lodged a new request and after 3 days, I got to hear from them that their is no technical feasibility in my area ...This was kind of surprising to find out as my neighbors are using Airtel's services only. Anyhow I tried to several follow up to asking them to give me the correct reason for not going ahead with my connection transfer request, but their customer care is kind of least bothered in understanding my concerns and replying with similar kind of words related to lack of Technical Feasibility ...... They have even advised me to go ahead with discontinuation of Airtel's services and rasie a request for the same ... It's kind of shocking to know that the company that claims to be top service provider has such pathetic reasons/advice to their customers.... They should either tell upfront that they are INCAPABLE of serving customer in case they transfer their residence .... I've even requested them not to generate my bill as I am no longer using their services but haven't got any acknowledgement for the same ... I am copy/pasting my recent mail conversation(s) with them ...I would advice everyone not to trust merely by the brand name as they might give you trouble in longer run ..It's not easy for me that I now have to change my telephone number despite to paying around INR 1800 p.m bill(s) in the past ... hi, My complaint is regarding my AIRTEL's landline +91-1142561093 .,...I've been using this landline along with internet and IPTV for around 2 years ... Recently I shifted my residence within close proximity to the previous residence ..I've been following up with Airtel for last 1 month now to transfer my connection ... First their customer care is pathetic in listening/understanding customer's reason(s) for calling them and secondly the kind of replies I've been getting from their end is totally unsatisfactory ... First they committed that they will take care of transfer within 5 days but later when I called up to followup on my original request, I came to know that they have closed my request without informing me ..I again lodged a new request and after 3 days, I got to hear from them that their is no technical feasibility in my area ...This was kind of surprising to find out as my neighbors are using Airtel's services only. Anyhow I tried to several follow up to asking them to give me the correct reason for not going ahead with my connection transfer request, but their customer care is kind of least bothered in understanding my concerns and replying with similar kind of words related to lack of Technical Feasibility ...... They have even advised me to go ahead with discontinuation of Airtel's services and rasie a request for the same ... It's kind of shocking to know that the company that claims to be top service provider has such pathetic reasons/advice to their customers.... They should either tell upfront that they are INCAPABLE of serving customer in case they transfer their residence .... I've even requested them not to generate my bill as I am no longer using their services but haven't got any acknowledgement for the same ... Hi, I am in Bangalore, presently i am staying in a apartment ( L.B.Shastry Nagar, 1st main, 2nd cross, Sri Rajrajeshwari Residency , Near Auto Stop) where there in a building fully equipped Mobile Tower with Generator is setup in the roof and the full building (17 houses), house owner has given for a Rent even though Warning message has been put on the top " Non Ionizing Radiation ". mobile company people always comes and they put waring message in front of the gate but house owner doesn't want to display to people who comes for rent purpose so he puts it off and on the top he started putting lock. so that no one should go up and see the tower , generator. When building is given for Non residential purpose then why he has given it for residential purpose and the same owner is getting enough money from tower rent even though he is not satisfied. this building is under litigation also. he is owning 17 apartments alone, so no one can interferer that its wrong to give it for rent. I am feeling he is taking advantage of people and playing with peoples life. this full building should be declared as Non Residential Apartment.
