Airtel not Refunding nor Activating IPTV

My Airtel Landline Number is : 01145087094 My Registered Mobile Number : 9711770355 Airtel Account Number : 14869742 Receipt No. for IPTV Connection (CEF No.) : 3488938 My Email ID : Nikhil071993@hotmail.com / Nikhil071993333@gmail.com I have paid Rs. 3500 to Airtel on 25th November 2013 for installing IPTV connection. They promised to activate my IPTV connection the next day i.e 26th November 2013 but they neither Activated my IPTV connection nor Refunded my money back. They just keep on pushing the date to resolve my issue. Firstly, they said that their team will contact me before 11-DEC-2013 11:00AM. Then they pushed the date to 31-DEC-2013 05:15 PM. When I tried to contact them my Mail then they gave another date 03-JAN-2014 12:15 PM. Each time I try to contact them in this matter they give me new Date to solve my issue. I don't think they want to Refund my money or Activate my IPTV. I'm feeling so cheated with my money. They just installed wiring for the connection and also provided with IPTV Set-up box which their technician have removed and taken back with him and never shown their faces after that. They asked me for downgrade my Airtel Broadband speed from 16mbps to 8mbps which I did the next day. Then I asked them to activate my IPTV and Install the Set-Up Box again. But they keep on saying that your IPTV connection has been cancelled and can't be Activated. Also they refused to refund back my money. Now they are just trying to delay the matter whenever I try to contact them. I have also send the Scanned copy of the Receipt which I received after paying Rs. 3500 for installation of IPTV. I have never used their IPTV service for a single day as they never activated IPTV service in my number. I have attached the scanned copy of RECEIPT which I received. My name is Hoom Kc my mobile number is 9958923888 and I am working under Zee enterprises , I had taken airtel postpaid connection (9958923888) on 16th August 2012, at the time of the Activation airtel Executive Mr Gaurav promised me that he will provide me Special Airtel Cug 199 plan, along with he will provide me Zero rental unlimited internet plan, after the activation of the connection on 5th September 2012 I got a call from the airtel team informing that as I am a corporate employee, airtel will give me handset offer in which I will get 2 Gb 3G Data free for the next 4 months, after that I had called on your airtel customer care number both 121 and 198 confirming about the plan the Csr who took the call said me that they provide me 2gb internet free up to 4 months, and also she confirmed me that 3G data uses up to 2Gb will no effect my billing … Again after 3,4 days in the morning I got a message that your unbilled amount is Rs. 800 I again called on the airtel customer care a lady was there she said that Sir your unbilled amount of Rs. 800 has been generated because you have used 200 Mb of 3 G data , and she promised me that your connection will remain continue because airtel is providing you the data uses free of cost and at the time of the billing on 4th Oct 2012 we will adjust your billing and at that time you have to just pay the rental, I was afraid because as per my plan my credit limit was just Rs.1000…. On 15th Sep 2012 Airtel discontinued my outgoing services because as per them I had used Rs.2900. when I checked the details all the uses was because I had used 700 MB Of 3G data…. I was so surprised to see that Airtel barred my service because I had used 700 Mb of 3G date which was provided by them free of cost to me … Again I called on customer care number where I had a word with the executive than floor supervisor and Manager Mr. Jatin and Mr. Hemant …they assured me that the fault was from their end and promised me that he is escalating my case to their Department after that I got a call that sir I have activated your connection on temp basis and asap we will solve your billing problem we will call back to you reference number is F1122480327……now again on 17th Sep 2012 my services has been barred by airtel .. till now my unlimited internet plan has not been activated by them,, I also give the request to port the number from post-paid to prepaid My Porting id is AD359235 in response I got a call from a lady she said that she will activate me Zero rental unlimited internet plan but I have to show them a number on which Zero rental plan exist…I provided her a number but she refused……… After that I had a word with Airtel Escalation executive Mr. Satish Pathak on 18th Sep 2012 he promised me that he will activate my unlimited internet plan and he will increase my credit limit to Rs. 5000..he also send me the mail….. Again I talk with him on 19th sep 2012 he promised me the same thing… On 20st Sep 2012 at around 9:22 PM I got a Message from AZ-AIRCCM that as per your request GPRS has been started on your airtel mobile on 20th sep 2012 and Free 3 G services of 2GB per month has been deactivated from your mobile …… My Concern is that who has given the request to deactivate my 3G service in the middle of the month and without my request how can you activate 98Rs internet plan 2gb per month on my number, now you have deactivated my 3G services in the middle of the month and I have used 1200 Mb 3G data till now, as per your pro-rata billing concept you will charge me according to that.. I had agreed to change my free 3 G plan to unlimited from my next billing cycle so that it would not affect my billing..... On 21st sep 2012 in the morning I had a word with Mr.vishal from the escalation he had checked the details from his end and he said there is no request showing in the system from my end to change my internet plan from 3g to 2 GB limited Rs. 98 internet plan….. My complaint number for the automatic activation of Rs. 98 internet plan and Automatic deactivation of 3G free handset uses plan is 46078078... As per the TRAI without the consent of the customer Telecom Company cannot change the bill plan of the customer, please check the details who had given the consent to change my bill plan, please activate my unlimited plan and adjust my billing......... Please look into the matter and please find the person who had changed my internet plan and please share the TAT time of closure of the complaint. MY COMPLAINT NUMBER IS: -- 46048078 After that I had send many mails to airtel escalation team , nodal team , appellate team but no one is replying to my mails,, I am just getting automated reply that we will get in touch with you in 24 hours……..but no one called me up………on 25th I spoke in airtel appellate escalation department wherein I spoke to Ms. Mamta from Appellate desk, complaint number F1128303866 she deactivate My airtel 2 G services pack of Rs. 98 on my request because it was not activated by me....however she said she is not having any record of my earlier complaint and my communication with mr satish.....and also she is said to me that i have to wait till 23rd Oct 2012 for my earlier complaint.. hello respected sir, sub-bharti airtel cheated with me plz help hello sir on saturday 15 september 2012 i recharge my mobile no. 9558339522 with their registered site (https://pay.airtel.com/PrepaidOnlineRecharge/mobileRecharge.jsp) by using of netbanking they deduct 200 rs from my account but on behalf they are not reacharging my account on this no. so i louge a complain on saturday 15 september 2012 and they told me your complain will be resolve within 24 hour . but 3 day go they nither credit money back on my account nor they recharge it and guess what ? their cutomer care person daily told me ur complain will resolve tomorrow . with talking to their customer care no. i lost more then 30 Rs approx. , for mailin of using cybercafe i lost more then 50 rs approx. and the intersest on 200 rs also i last MAINLY THE MENTAL HARASMENT I FACE WITH THALKING TO THEIR CUSTMORE CARE MORE THEN 1 HOUR . SO I REQUEST TO HELP ME TO BACK MY 200RS WITH NECESSARY COMPONSASION SO 2ND TIME THEY NEVER THINK ABOUT CHEATED LIKE THIS . Sir, I was using Gprs of Rs 98/ month. Everything was going on good but at 22 Feb. 2012, i decided to discontinue airtel service. I request for it but they don’t do it & again i request for it at 21 April 2012 but they already sent me Bill of Rs 1321/- ,When i asked for it they told that Bill period is from 20 march to 19 April. I request for clarification that i am using Gprs service of Rs 98/- ,They replied me that after 20 march Gprs charges will be about 10 paisa/ kb. I told them that i got Gprs 98/- services then how does it possible, they replied that we have communicate same when you request for services. I told them that no, you didn’t & how can i accept for that much higher cost. They told me that they will check in recorded communication with you in your new mobile number but they don’t do that. Then they discontinue my airtel postpaid completely. but they again sent bill in May of Rs 3206/- + previous balance 1326/- =4533/- Now today they call me that you have to paid 4533/- today only or i am giving discount & today you paid Rs 3200/- & matter will close otherwise you have to go to court. Sir my family is so scared. My question is that why will i use 10 paisa/Kb when i already i am using Rs 98/- services . I have massage for discontinue of services from AD-airtel MO. Sir Please help me.

I HAVE LODGED REQUEST ON 21 MAY 2012 TO AIRTEL FOR DISCOONECTION OF MY ALL SERVICES, AT THAT TIME MY BILL PLAN WAS RS.2000 PER MONTH,AFTERWHICH ON 27TH MAY 2012 MARKETING DEPARTMENT CALLED ME REQUESTING NOT TO DISSCONECT MY LINE,THEY ALSO WAIVED MY RS.500 ON MY CURRENT BILL AND OFERRED ME A PLAN OF RS.500 PER MONTH PLAN FROM 27 TH MAY,THAT IS THEY CHANGED MY PLAN TO RS.500 PER MONTH,BUT TODAY ON 5 TH JULY 2012 WHEN I GOT MY BILL I WAS AGAIN CHARGED RS,2119.26 WHICH MEAN THEY CHEATED ME WITH RESPECT TO PLAN CHANGE,AND ONE MORE THING THEY HAVE DISCOONECTED MY LINE FROM 27TH MAY 2012 BUR STILL THET R SENDING ME COSTLY BILLS. I ma sahil jain..m doing MBA .along with this i do some work for survive in delhi.right now m living in Kamla nagar,delhi 7.every one knows the brand AIRTEL.so i subscribe for new connection of broadband in airtel on near about 23 or 24 june 2012.sales executive of airtel comes on 27 june 2012. he said that net connection will properly start it within 5 days.i agree with this person.and also give some offers for attract to me.after that i call after 4 days for the status of internet.he just say.today it wil surely activate.whole day he say the same answer.next day near about i call him more than 50 times in a day.but he not picked even a single call.then i call him again at 5 pm on monday .i said where are yopu.and in return he said i just came on your place in just 10 minutes.but he did not call after that..means he always try to ignore me because he is a illresponsible person and not able to work in sales.he just want to collect advance money and then customer hangs but he not care.next day i did not call because he said that internet will definatly actiovated before 2pm.then ok i wait whole the day but this guy did not call in days.i think he thankzz to god for not received my call in a day.after he give the number of of Manager his name is Arun Jain..i call him and aware about this matter he said that i call you after 30 minutes..but he did not call.sales man name is AJIT. he already take advance from me of Rs 500.finally i want to claim on this company for goving heavy mental stress on me because i had to deposit my project report on 29 july 2012.but yet not i submitted to college.this totally affected on my career surely and make bad impresion in amongs college staff .and also get a warning call from my company because i didnot fullfil his targets in 2 days.i have and detail copy of subscription page of airtel.when i call today to manager i say stright forward that we cant give a connection due to problem in technical server.and said ur cheque of advance money reach u within 45 days.is this right to wait 45 days for 500.i wish that u give a claim and help me out because i belive on your service.moreover i call ajit today and his numbers in switched off.following i giveyou a contact no. an adress detail of the persons. Refund against connection

I had applied for a airtel broadband connection on dec 22, 2011. I was promised by the sales person that the connection would be installed within 3 days. The representative had there after changed his mobile no and due to which i was not able to contact him. When i called the customer care they said your form is not submitted to us but they confirmed that the cheque of Rs 500 was cleared and deposited to Airtel. i was told that within 3 months i would get the refund and they would not be able to install the connection at this moment.
