I had purchased a HCL Laptop bearing serial No 9101AE181806 on 28.02.2011 . From the date of purchase till today it has gone for servicing for many times upto now each and every part of this laptop have been replaced and changed .when i need the laptop most, i cant use it as it defective at that time or it is in service. I has not paid my money for giving me an assembled laptop or this jugard and now i m totally fed up of it , Whether my Money does not have any value? Why should I will suffer for a defective product of HCL? Like this . I don't want this defective product. I don't rely on HCL product nor their WORST SERVICE. I want full refund of my money with bank interests, still i am not asking for loss of revenue due to non use of Laptop at the most peak time.
