Sir, This is C.Ravi from Nellore, Andhra Pradesh i received a mail from HR@marutisuzukijobs.com they said in email i was selected a job in the company M/s marutisuzuki, New Delhi through my resume was they downloaded from M/s Naukri.com and they selected and send direct recruitment offer letter and interviews will be conducted from 16 th sept,12 at New Delhi co address under this offer letter they mention Interview Security deposit Rs 16,500/- will be deposit through nearest HDFC Bank this amount was refunded after completion of an interview. This payment covers like Registration,Interview, Insurance,Processing&Maintenance Charges only.Once we confirm of my permanent address and Phone Number they will send the Air Ticket by courier including lodging and boarding details also available in that letter. last date for send the amount of Rs 16500/- is 15th sept,2012 In that mail they mentioned the Ph no.+918826633597 i was called that day itself the number was switched off right now also in same condition. when i was confirm my permanent address and ph they send a reply to me gave the Account Name : Sanasam Jeni Devi, Account No. 05031530009667, New Delhi after payment made at HDFC bank and send scan copy of Payment Receipt and Photo ID for confirmation ASP. My offer letter,Appontement Letter, Accommodations details and Air Tickets will be couriered to my mailing address after payment for interview security and they said ob Profile,Salary Offer, and Date-time of Interview will be mentioned in your offer letter. and they mentioned a Imp Notice to the candidates " The Earlier the deposit is made the earlier your position will be secured by the company HRD - Direct Recruitment Manager and also they given the below the address Mr Aiko Hiroko,Tel No. 918826633597,Email : Recruitment@Marutisuzukijobs.com, i think so many candidates are deposit the amount like Rs 16500/- and 9500/- whey they are cheating the people in our country these people are doing like this the India is compare with other countries india is very poor condition these people are shoot them and nobody will cheated by them . One thing The Maruti Suziki India Ltd have not that much amount they have several crores of rs they are doing transctions in india and other countries also i request that the concerned person in M/s Maruti Suzuki India Ltd, please punish the like these people in our country and your good will also down so, i need a favourable responce for this email and i suggest that dont pay the amount like these fake emails so please take care our country dont d like these cheating in our Nation thanks

Defective 2011-Maruti Wagon R (K Series) Sold by Atul Motors Pvt. Ltd. RAJKOT

We have purchased new Maruti WagonR (K Series) on 23-Jun-2011 from Atul Motors Pvt. Ltd. Rajkot (Gujarat), and delivered vehicle found faulty so on verbal complaint they had given assurance that it will be solved in your first service. But as of now we are not feeling any major change in the vehicle after four services. But after going back & forth for couples of time and on verbal & written request nobody able to find proper solution, so file a an online complaint with Maruti Suzuki, gave notice to the Maruti Suzuki, Head Office, New Delhi & Ahmedabad, also faxed to Atul Motors – Rajkot. But nobody took it seriously and ignored intentionally. So, filled a consumer complaint at local Jilla Grahak Suraksha Mandal, but have a feeling that nobody interested in solving/listening complaint of non-influenced citizen/person. Don’t’ you think that I have a right to seek redressal against unfair and restrictive trade practices. 1) Application faxed to Local Dealer/Maruti Suzuki : 02-Aug-2011 (Attached) 2) Online Complaint with Maruti Suzuki by Ref No. 5503-1/W2011080149 dated 03-Aug-2011(Attached) 3) Consumer Complaint: Docket No: 11081426 dated 11-Aug-2011. (Attached) After I purchased the Vehicle has been kept by local service center for total 23 days in several attempts, but not getting satisfactory solution. As most of the information/communication is already attaching herewith, so not repeating entire matter here, I hope that without going into the court my matter would be solved by your interference. Expecting your immediate assistance in this matter
