i have bought micromax canvas nitro 4g E455 16 gb black in october 2015 via paytm and seller name is parkash sales corporation, gurgaon. nw my set is not catching network as it shows airplane mode on even if it is off. so my set is not working at all from 17th january 2016. i hv tried another sim restarted the phone but it dint work.i went to micromax service center in my city ludhiana i.e. in pearl palace ghumar mandi ludhiana ON 18TH JANUARY 2016, even the lady sitting there checked the phone bt she was unable to repair it then she conveyed to me that this phone will have online service, so she registered the complaint in my name i.e. Ruchika rajpal and gave me customer care no and a serial number i.e. 180030007977 and SER145311143929 and she conveyed to me that i will receive a call in next 24 hours but i dint receive any call then i waited fr 48 hours and then my father and i called up micromax call center number 180030007977 from 2 numbers 9814451279 and 0161-2454546 and i conveyed my problem to them and they promised me a call back in 24 hrs so then i requested them to arrange call back on my number i.e. 9914134279ater 6 pm or next day morning because i was not having mobile set with me at that time but they called up on my landline number before 4 pm on 0161-2454546. i requested that person to call me after 6 or next morning i.e on 21 Jan and he said he will do it but i dint receive any call on 21st January then again i called up from number 01612454546 on service center number they gave me instructions to check my mobile i followed it but it dint work so they told me that other option is to replace it as it is in guarantee and again promised me a call back without giving me any solution. and even on 22nd january they dint call me on the other hand i made a call to them at around 2.30 from my number 9914134279 telling them the whole story again. I am really pissed off, and tired of this mental harassment. This delay is also affecting me financially.

Respected Sir, I purchase a mobile A092 from micromax company in mar 2015. But it mobile has more problems thus it repaired 3-4 times. before two month dated 23-10-2015 I give this mobile in micromax service center in Guna for repairing but till today this mobile can not repaired. i purchased 5 micromax mobiles but this one is not working and have manufacturing defect hacing hanging problem , i send it to service centre and after more than one month i returned it by courier without removing any fault and i request to refund my money or send me fresh mobile without any defect urgently and pl remove my greiviences immediately and you told me to go to pnb atm , so I visited pnb atm and after following commands on atm machine , instead of receving my money from you, you had fraduently transferred my money to micromax account, it is financial fraud with the help of atm machine and consumer greviances deficency
so I claim rs 2 lacs as harreshment charges and immediately change defected micromax mobile immediely and this matter of complaint be shared on all tv channels including pehradar on cnbc awwaz and all newpapers and consumer court because 6 months had passed and my greviances are not removed till date

Worst After Sales Service

I had purchased Micromax Mobile on 04-02-2015. On Aug my screen got broken and i visited to the authorized Micromax Service Center situated at M/S Technique Services, 16 Princep Street, Kolkata - 700072. I was informed that it would be a charges for 1100 to repair the same as it does not cover under manufacturing defect. I paid for the same and at the same time only i informed them that my battery and headphone is also creating a problem. They informed me that aftee the phone gets repaired that would be looked for. I got the phone back after 12 days without resolving the issue, i submitted again and after 5 days again i got the phone. They repaired that screen but created a problem of voice. At that time also i am telling them for the headphone and battery and they are continuously saying that they do not have the stocks but in front of me only they replaced a headphone and battery to the different customers. When again i informed about the voice problem they told me it would take again 7 days to resolve the issue. I deposit again and the very next day they called me and saying that it will take 30 to 40 days to resolve the issue. I got the phone back and when i asked for the headphone and battery they told me i would be getting on 1st of Sep. I visited today and i got response that the stocks has been finished.

I hope i would be getting a response from urs end in a positive manner.
I am attaching the last copy of the receipt what i got from the service center too.

Micromax A116 Canvas hd screen got cracked just by typing in 3 months

It was not put on any hard surface nothing happened, just when i was typing it's screen got cracked and i typed more it got cracked more can you please tell me what to do as the service center here is saying you will have to pay an amount of money.. can you please tell me what should i do it is just 3 months i have bought it and this thing happened

With reference to the subject mentioned above, there was some technical problem in my Miromax A115 device, so I gave it for repair at SLR (RAJ) branch on 13th July 2013. Till 2nd August, 2013, neither had I got my cell repaired back, nor was any proper response given by the concerned authorities. After many visits, I got my cell on 7th September, 2013. Further, after consuming so much time, the company had not been successful in fully repairing the device as the camera of the device is still not working. It’s really surprising to get such an irresponsible feedback from the Company and customer care executive. I faeced some problem with my handset, my data cable stopeped detecting my phone so I tride contacting the micromax company all the phone no. given on site or told by the auto answering machine are all fake I dont understant an actor like Akshey endoses such brands. I HIGHLY RECAMEND EVERYONE NOT TO BUY MICROMAX HANDSETS. MEHNGA ROE EK BAR SASTA ROE BAR BAR (and increase their Blood Preasure)

Micromax Failed to Deliver the service which is promised and paid for

I have purchased Micromax Q-80 mobile handset on 21/09/12 from an authorized seller. This phone offers a service of ezmail to its buyers as one of its special feature. Before buying this mobile I had visited Micromax website (http://Micromaxinfo.com/ ) and had done market research about the feature of “ezmail” in the handset ‘Q-80’ i.e a service that allow setting up of upto 5 email accounts on the phone as message and other aligned services, as mentioned in its user manual . So I bought this phone with consideration that I will be able to use the service as being offered. Since then I have tried a lot to launch ezmail application on my phone. But to my disappointment and dissatisfaction ezmail never worked on my phone despite doing all the necessary set up steps. I also enquired about the problem through calling Micromax customer care and in writing to their support email-Id (info@Micromaxinfo.com). But every time, I got a reply that this application has been temporarily suspended without specifying any timeline that how long will it be remain suspended. I have been just fooled around by their customer care representatives and technical support team as nothing is done till now to help me. I also visited the authorized Micromax service center but for no fruitful result. I have paid money as the price of the phone, to avail the service of ezmail and thus have every right to get this service or otherwise well compensation should be given on grounds of failure to deliver what have been offered for sale.It is complete violation of provisions of consumer protection act, 2002. This case is clear subject of Fraud and Misrepresentation .It is also violation of Indian Contract Act ,1872 where an offer is made but not fulfilled. So, kindly take up the issue IMMEDIATELY and compensate me on the account of mental agony, wastage of time and money spent on the phone calls, internet and other legal expenses during the last two months accordingly to avoid any further disputes.

Dear sir/madam, i have purchase a Micormax a60 phone on date 04-03-2012 due to some hanging problem i had submitted the phone at service center which is in laxmi nagar R.K Technologies on date 02-07-2012 they commit the time of 20 days to return my phone with OK condition i have visited to the laxmi nagar service center at the date they told me to come they said that they need 2 more days to recover my handset i have visited 27 times at service center from the first date but still i have no phone and not even an reply from them i have mailed on service.superfone@micromaxinfo.com on call came next day from micromax they said they will return my money in seven days its being almost a month but they did not return anything to me i have mailed so many times to the company but no reply"s are coming when i call to service center they said they don"t have my phone and when i call to customer care they said wait for our call. please help me i m just a student i purchase that phone for rs4399 i already spend more money to go to service center and on calling its a big amount for me i have no other option to come to you. thank you, ankur jain.
