Dear Sir, I purchased a packet of 100g Fennel (????), from Reliance mart. The price tag was shown Rs. 26.00/- but the Reliance people charged me Rs.33.00/- for the same. I feel cheated when i came to home & when i check all the things with their price list. Now Sir, what can i will do. i heard about this forum, can i get justice for that cheating or else i need to forget about this cheating, because Reliance is a vrey big company and i can’t afford money even for the Lawyer. please do the needful. Complaint Regarding Refund of Balances unwanted deducted from account

(M): 09016884842 (Service Provider: Reliance. On 19/08/2012 there was undue deducted Rs. 15 from my account balance. and they have been agreed to refund all amount and take n my request (Req No: 2911308727), and given the time limit of 48 hours by their Executive names Melwin. after passed 48 hours when again called up on 22/08/2012, talked to Altomas again given time for 24 hour for the resolution for same, again on 23/08/2012 and same as on 25/08/2012, they have given me the fake or can bogus time limits for resolutions. and finally by fading up with that when again called on 26/08/2012 talked to Ashwin Dubey, gave the assurance for the refund and given time of 27/08/2012 8-9 p.m... Even though till date i didn't get the refund and even today they are asking for the 48 hours more.. this is just making fool to the customers. so ploease take some tight actions against them. insurance claim

after several attempts of us there was no support from reliance side even no one has treated with us with good behavior it was just like that we have not buy a policy as if we have been given a policy by them for free.no customer care treated well for just a simple reason that why we r not getting the claim for our front glass which is cracked due to accident.though we r having a policy called nil dept in which each and everything loosed in an accident is given by the insurance company.the only reason which is understood by myself is that the surveyior want something inside the table.

complain for wrong amounts of phone bill

Sir/ Madam I, Ankita Dey, ph no-9883204653 had converted my prepaid connection to postpaid on 18th October 2011.Due to some wrong information given by Reliance employee, (S.G ENTERPRISE, RELIANCE COMMUNICATION, 54/A KASISSHAR CHATTERJEE LANE, KOLKATA-2) who herself called me and old me about the postpaid plan with some exciting facilities but when I receive the bill I found it too much than it was told to me. and my outgoing facility is prevented since last 15 days. And I am sorry to inform you that the reliance customer care is very very careless about their duty and they are not really helping me at all to solve this problem. Do I am requesting you to resent my bill with correction and also convert my connection to prepaid as it was I shall be grateful to you it I find this problem solved.
