Hi, My name is Punam Pankaj, I had Complaint against Samsung Service Center ,purnea,bihar,854301. i have purchase tablate 2210 after purchasing 1 day tab is not working. we have submit tab to Samsung service center in purnea. but service center approved to repairing. my tab is complete new i wants to replacement but service center is do not agree.purchase date is 19/11/13. purnea Samsung service center service is very poor and no one take any response urgently resolve my problem

I tuk a new samsung galaxy grand on 19th july 2013. and aftr just 1 and 1/2 mnths it had some issue regarding wifi. so i contacted the delaer. the dealer in turn told me that my cel will be given in samsung service centre mapusa goa. when i went to service and talked to the manager in charge there, he assured me that my mobile phones board will be replaced and hence forth no such problems will arise. after 3 weeks i got my cell back. bt the problem was still there when i asked the dealer he said he''l again give it to the service center n after sum time he tld me that the _quot_quot board_quot_quot needs 2 be replaced. n now the cell is in service center since then(2weeks have passed) now i''m wondering wat the service centre people did initially.I also had talked to samsung customer care bt the response was very poor. now i want a complete replacement as my cell phone was brand new and after this incident i cant trust this people if they will really replace the board or not. I Hope i'l not be denied of my basic right , that is good _quot_quot quality_quot_quot product for the amount of money i hav spend.

Samsung Plasma 51 3D TV service pending since 10 Dec....Till date no firm committment

Hi,I have lodged on 10 Dec 12 service complaint no.8439320564 and service Engineer of Anees Service came and inspected and then taken SMPS on 13th Dec.But till date no response from them, Every time we ask for they don't commit dates.Also,Slipping from their commitment by 31st Dec,then 7th Jan,12 Jan...and so on...If Samsung cant provide service to 1yr 20 days old TV...they should not sell the product. I need replacement of TV or money to be returned if they cant support the costly TV.

I had purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note1(GT-N7000RWAINU)from Reliance Digital Store at Ambience Mall in Vasant Kunj on 27th april 2012. The problem that i am suffering with my handset is that it gets overheated at times while talking for 5 minutes only & while charging also it gets overheated. It also hangs up quite frequently & while going through the contacts list, many a time it shuts down automatically. From last 45 days i need to charge my phone completely atleast twice a day, though my usage is not very heavy nor do i use too many applications simultaneously. I have compared the touch sensitivity of my handset with some other handsets of the same model & it doesn't have the same sensitivity. Though i have no major problem with this issue. Since my purchase, i have shown the handset 4 times at the company authorized service centre at Bhikaji Cama Place in South Delhi & every time they give me the same solution, i.e. to format the phone & update the software. This thing has been happening right from the date of purchase & i am sick & tired of carrying this handset & taking it to the service centre so frequently. It is my humble request from this forum to please look into this issue & get some permanent solution done to it whatever is appropriate.

Dear Sir, I have purchase one 32Inch Samsung LED from CROMA CBD Belapur on 2012 July 01, after 6 days of instalation of subject t.v. screen problem got started, I have called to Samsung customer service (ref no is 8443927693), they gives me update that some one will come and see the actual problem, after 3 days one engeeneer comes and open complite t.v. and told us that may be hard disc is currupted, he told us will come again after 5 days, but till 15 days no turn to our home or got sigle call, I got fustrated and visit to croma, but they also not taking any responsibility on them, they told me to call to samsung they only provide you the solution, finaly I put request for the excange of t.v. my refrace no is 8443927693. I request you to get me one value for money t.v. not this kind of DABBA.
