I purchased a Sony XPERIA handset on 12/4/12. With 18000/=. The phone was working fine but suddenly the loud speaker and the touch screen started malfunctioning. I took my phone to my nearest service centre and I was informed that the needful repair will be done free of cost within 10-15 days.The work order no. is SE31245311655 created on 24/8/12 at 1:39pm. My phones model name is MT11i and IMIE NO. is 351880052281300. My complaint is that , I still hane not recieved the phone..whenever I am enquiring about it ..I am being told that spare parts are not available. I am facing a lot of problems because Ihad to purchase another phone with same facilities as my job demands for it , with the same credit card and now the card is blocked. The service centr's name is: Neva Electrnics Pvt-Ltd 158,b S P Mukherjee Road Rash Behari crossing,Kolkata WB ph-03340159595 I want a full compensation for the immense trouble and harassment I am having since the last 4 months.

I have used various electronic gadgets from various companies in my life but I have never experienced such bad quality products and such sub standard service. My phone is dead within 3 months of my using it and the service centre are not helping me. Mobile Gallery & Services,UG-26 Suneja Towers- 2, District Centre,Janakpuri, New Delhi the service centre of Sony Mobile is the worst service centre I have ever been to. They dont help you, they talk rudely to you, they lie to you and have only one response to any query that we do not have any power please submit your phone and then we will forward your complaint.

Phone dead within 2 days from receiving from the service centre

Dear Sir, I have to inform you that I have purchased Sony Ericsson phone model no. MT11i @ Rs 18,000/-(copy enclosed) from JLK Enterprises,G-2 Padma Palace, 86 Nehru Place, New Delhi wide cash invoice no. 2286 dated 14/02/2012. This is to inform you that my phone was having a problem of hanging and accordingly I delivered my phone for necessary repair to your service centre, Mobile Gallery & Services,UG-26 Suneja Towers- 2, District Centre, Janakpuri, New Delhi wide the workorder no. SE31278013235 dated 16/07/2012. Moreover my phone is under warranty. I was told that it mother board has to be changed. I received my phone on 27/09/2012 that is after the period of two and a half month. It worked fine up to 2 days then it started to show a problem that it keeps on restarting itself. I took my phone to the same service centre on 29/09/2012 where they checked it and told me to come on Monday. My phone has been dead since then. It is not showing any activity. When I took my phone to the service centre on 1/10/2012 they told me its motherboard need to be changed and my phone has to be submitted again. Moreover I talked to Mr Harpreet Singh, In charge of your service centre, Mobile Gallery & Services, New Delhi, that my phone was in your service centre for replacement of mother board for more than two months but he did not responded to it and told me if you want your phone to work submit it else I can not to anything. I did not submit the phone with them. I am facing a great difficulty without my phone since last 2 and half months. This is again necessary to inform that such a delay and wrong method in repair of my phone is definitely spoiling the reputation of the company. I once again request you to look into the matter and issue me the replacement with new mobile phone as I think my phone cannot be repaired. I am Vipul Gupta. I purchased Sony ericsson Neo V on 14th February,2012 @ Rs 18,000/-. My phone started showing hanging problem in july so i submitted my phone at Mobile Gallery & Services,UG-26 Suneja Towers- 2, District Centre, Janakpuri, New delhi on 16/07/2012. They told me my phone will be repaired in 15 to 20 days. I called the customer care on 30 july,2012 to inquire about my phone but the customer care executive replied that the mother board of my phone has to be replaced and the new part will be available in 2 days. They even filed my complaint with the authority to speed up the process. Since then i have been calling the customer care daily to inquire about my phone but they always say that it will take 1 -2 days more to get your part. I even filed a complaint using their website sein.servicetrack.in in August and then on questions.in@support.sonymobile.com in September. But nothing worked they are still telling me to wait or parts. I request to help me to get my mobile handset repaired or replaced as soon as possible as I am facing a great difficulty without my phone since last 2 months. FOR LAST 3 MONTHS MY MOBILE PHONE HAS PROBLEM OF AUTO ON/OFF IN 2G NETWORK AND DURING THESE 3 MONTHS I HAVE REPAIRED IT FOR 3 TIMES AND LAST TIME THEY TAKEN 20 DAYS TO GIVE IT BACK AND DURING THESE 20 DAYS MY WARRANTY PERIOD HAS FINISHED AND STILL MY MOBILE PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED AND NOW THEY SAYS THAT FURTHER REPAIRING WILL CHARGE YOU.
