Dear Sir ,
I booked a ticket for jouney of dated 4th March '2012 on dated 3rd
March '2012 at arround 6.18 pm but due to error of make my trip portal it
was for travelling of dated 3rd march '2012 . After that i immediate
called ( 6.25 pm ) to Make mytrip customer care for its error but they
didn't cancelled my PNR no. TYWJBF and told me you may called to
Spicejet for its cancelliation and whenever i called to spicejet
customer care deptt.they told me that ticket will be cancelled if you
intime before 2 hr of depature of flight . Than i asked to him/her ,
how its possible ticket has generetd arround 6.18 pm and flight timing
was 7.40 pm .
Now, you tell me where is my foult ? I humble request to you ,kindly
look the matter and take naccessary action against them.
