Complaint regarding washing machine

Complaint Details: 
We purchased a washing machine of the croma company,its been around 60 days our complaint is yet to me attended and the technician is yet to visit.On repetitive call made at the costumer care no,they just say the technician will attend you withing 48 hours but its over 60 days and still our washing machine is yet to be repair. We even lodge a complaint personally at the croma store but no response.we kindly hope you take the necessary actions


The Machine must be within Warranty period(?), if so, send a Notice to the company, to either attend to the defect within a week or else you will approach the Consumer Court for replacement of the defective machine. Send copy of your Notice to the Dealer from whom this machine was purchased. by Speed Post. You must give copy of the delivery Chalan,invoice, cash receipt etc. Also mention about your efforts to get it repaired by their authorised customer care. In the meantime, find the address of the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum in your town and find out the procedure and fees to be paid to file a Complaint. If you can get opinion of an expert about the defect in writing it would strengthen your case. Please do keep us informed by sending a copy of your letter/Notice.
