Flip kart and Aqua guard are irritating customers with extremely poor service.

Complaint Details: 

I ordered Aqua guard Water purifier on Flip kart on 21st Apr, 2016. I got the product delevered on time, ever since Flip kart was promising me that installation will be completed in one business day and asked me to wait so long. Now I am still awaiting their service since 11 days. Now today they called me and say we are following up with Aqua guard. Keeping my situation aside, what if I were a 70 year old man who ordered a product and eagerly awaiting their service for months and ages? Does it make any sense?
