Fraud by a seller of Ebay

Complaint Details: 
I purchased a 256 GB Kingstone pendrive from ebay on month of January 2012. After 15 days it was malfunctioning. Then i directly contact the seller and he advised to send me the faulty product. Then i sent it using courier and the seller also confirmed that he received it and get back me soon. After 2 month i dont get any response from him. I mailed him and he said that he will send me soon. I have all mail communications. After 3 month when i again complained to ebay , they told that already 3 month left, so they can nothing to do.
