Hello Sir, I have reliance's postpaid connection with contact no. +91-9555527023. These guys suspended my services on 31st August,2013. After lots efforts and many complaints these guys reactivated my services on after a week. And now again today they have suspended my services. I was trying to contact these customer care many time but those guys even not answering my calls now. This act already had cost me alot, and I can lost this number because I am using this from past 4 years. Please find me a solution, I cant afford this thing. Looking forward !!! Myself Vinay Kumar resident of West Delhi, India. This complaint is against TATA INDICOM recovery department. They people are harassing me for last one & half month by calling & claiming for some outstanding of any TATA PHOTON PLUS connection which I had never purchased & used in my life. They people calls me daily many time with different numbers & if I not answer them they nonstop calls me until I switched off my phone. I got fed up & continuously harassed by them. Kindly help me on this.

huge call charges by matrix

As per the amount charged the matrix has charged a heavy amount for the Holland mobile. I had asked for a cheapest plan because I was a girl travelling alone for the first time and these people misguided with plan of euro 2.79 per minute and a surcharge of euro 0.34.They did not explain me the tariff plans properly I was also not provided any free hand set. They have already taken a security of Rs.6000/- . They had kept many things facts hidden. if the call charges exceeded more than the security deposit why didn't the call get disconnected. Sir I am not the only victim of these kind of fooling service, but there are many other people who are victimized. As I am a student the govt of India had sent me on duty. How will I afford this heavy amount imposed blindly by these guys.I request you to take necessary actions so that many customers,consumers can be saved from these illegal activities of these service providers and fooling the innocent public in the name of telecommunication and extract money with harassment I have also shared my experiences with the victims of these service provider .What was the use of taking this sim cards if the call rates were too high. The sim cards that are used in India provide much better service with a much lower call rates .These people make false promises claiming cheap call rates.I am herewith attaching all the files for your perusal. They have started threatening my parents for the money. Sir please advice me these companies are really looting the public I have all the evidence of the the shared experiences of these victims

deducting 5 instead of 1 in reliance gsm

i an an old customer of reliance gsm but now they are creating so many problems i have 2 numbers 9017244314 haryana 8010757727 delhi i have recharge both numbers for 1 paise /sms plan but after 2 days still 5 paise is deducting from my account i have tried many times to contact customer care but every time they say our sever is in upgradation process so we cannot help u right now.....they are saying this for 2 days...thats not possible if server goes down there is a backup server is also available... even on reliance website they have introduce a sms plan of 39 for 1 paise/sms for haryana and 59 for 1 paisa per sms in delhi..... then why they are deducting 5 instead of 1...... please help me.....

My name is Hoom Kc my mobile number is 9958923888 and I am working under Zee enterprises , I had taken airtel postpaid connection (9958923888) on 16th August 2012, at the time of the Activation airtel Executive Mr Gaurav promised me that he will provide me Special Airtel Cug 199 plan, along with he will provide me Zero rental unlimited internet plan, after the activation of the connection on 5th September 2012 I got a call from the airtel team informing that as I am a corporate employee, airtel will give me handset offer in which I will get 2 Gb 3G Data free for the next 4 months, after that I had called on your airtel customer care number both 121 and 198 confirming about the plan the Csr who took the call said me that they provide me 2gb internet free up to 4 months, and also she confirmed me that 3G data uses up to 2Gb will no effect my billing … Again after 3,4 days in the morning I got a message that your unbilled amount is Rs. 800 I again called on the airtel customer care a lady was there she said that Sir your unbilled amount of Rs. 800 has been generated because you have used 200 Mb of 3 G data , and she promised me that your connection will remain continue because airtel is providing you the data uses free of cost and at the time of the billing on 4th Oct 2012 we will adjust your billing and at that time you have to just pay the rental, I was afraid because as per my plan my credit limit was just Rs.1000…. On 15th Sep 2012 Airtel discontinued my outgoing services because as per them I had used Rs.2900. when I checked the details all the uses was because I had used 700 MB Of 3G data…. I was so surprised to see that Airtel barred my service because I had used 700 Mb of 3G date which was provided by them free of cost to me … Again I called on customer care number where I had a word with the executive than floor supervisor and Manager Mr. Jatin and Mr. Hemant …they assured me that the fault was from their end and promised me that he is escalating my case to their Department after that I got a call that sir I have activated your connection on temp basis and asap we will solve your billing problem we will call back to you reference number is F1122480327……now again on 17th Sep 2012 my services has been barred by airtel .. till now my unlimited internet plan has not been activated by them,, I also give the request to port the number from post-paid to prepaid My Porting id is AD359235 in response I got a call from a lady she said that she will activate me Zero rental unlimited internet plan but I have to show them a number on which Zero rental plan exist…I provided her a number but she refused……… After that I had a word with Airtel Escalation executive Mr. Satish Pathak on 18th Sep 2012 he promised me that he will activate my unlimited internet plan and he will increase my credit limit to Rs. 5000..he also send me the mail….. Again I talk with him on 19th sep 2012 he promised me the same thing… On 20st Sep 2012 at around 9:22 PM I got a Message from AZ-AIRCCM that as per your request GPRS has been started on your airtel mobile on 20th sep 2012 and Free 3 G services of 2GB per month has been deactivated from your mobile …… My Concern is that who has given the request to deactivate my 3G service in the middle of the month and without my request how can you activate 98Rs internet plan 2gb per month on my number, now you have deactivated my 3G services in the middle of the month and I have used 1200 Mb 3G data till now, as per your pro-rata billing concept you will charge me according to that.. I had agreed to change my free 3 G plan to unlimited from my next billing cycle so that it would not affect my billing..... On 21st sep 2012 in the morning I had a word with Mr.vishal from the escalation he had checked the details from his end and he said there is no request showing in the system from my end to change my internet plan from 3g to 2 GB limited Rs. 98 internet plan….. My complaint number for the automatic activation of Rs. 98 internet plan and Automatic deactivation of 3G free handset uses plan is 46078078... As per the TRAI without the consent of the customer Telecom Company cannot change the bill plan of the customer, please check the details who had given the consent to change my bill plan, please activate my unlimited plan and adjust my billing......... Please look into the matter and please find the person who had changed my internet plan and please share the TAT time of closure of the complaint. MY COMPLAINT NUMBER IS: -- 46048078 After that I had send many mails to airtel escalation team , nodal team , appellate team but no one is replying to my mails,, I am just getting automated reply that we will get in touch with you in 24 hours……..but no one called me up………on 25th I spoke in airtel appellate escalation department wherein I spoke to Ms. Mamta from Appellate desk, complaint number F1128303866 she deactivate My airtel 2 G services pack of Rs. 98 on my request because it was not activated by me....however she said she is not having any record of my earlier complaint and my communication with mr satish.....and also she is said to me that i have to wait till 23rd Oct 2012 for my earlier complaint.. Dear sir/madam, i have purchase a Micormax a60 phone on date 04-03-2012 due to some hanging problem i had submitted the phone at service center which is in laxmi nagar R.K Technologies on date 02-07-2012 they commit the time of 20 days to return my phone with OK condition i have visited to the laxmi nagar service center at the date they told me to come they said that they need 2 more days to recover my handset i have visited 27 times at service center from the first date but still i have no phone and not even an reply from them i have mailed on service.superfone@micromaxinfo.com on call came next day from micromax they said they will return my money in seven days its being almost a month but they did not return anything to me i have mailed so many times to the company but no reply"s are coming when i call to service center they said they don"t have my phone and when i call to customer care they said wait for our call. please help me i m just a student i purchase that phone for rs4399 i already spend more money to go to service center and on calling its a big amount for me i have no other option to come to you. thank you, ankur jain.

Poor services from BSNL since last 2 months

Hello Sir/Madam, I am using BSNL service since long time. But I am getting poor services since 2 months. Whenever I am connecting to the internet, I will get message displayed "connection failed". I have already lodged a complain in BSNL 4-5 times, but they have not respond me satisfactorily or not provide me any solution.

Balance Deduction without the buttons I have pressed

Mobile companies are deducting balance unnecessarily of their customers for earning extra income. Recently i have to connect internet for which i seen the code of activating the internet from aircel website. I applied that code (*234*98#). This was the code to activate pocket internet into our mobile. Instantly my 30 rupees balance was deducted. I call to customer care that why my balance was deducted . They told me that you have activated the Code for" value added service" You have activated service name :- Word of the day I asked whats the code to activate this service. They told me the code for this service is *234*132# So finally they deducted my balance with the buttons i hasn't pressed. I told him that i have not applied that code for which you activated this service. They told you pressed the same code it is showing in our computer system. All the Mobile service providers are earning money by using similar tricks. Some deducts balance without pressing buttons saying that we made call to you and mistakely you pressed the buttons. Please Stop this anyhow.

sir, i have been submitted all thr formality and uotstanding bill amount at the reliance webworld jaipur to mr. Gopal for convert my postpaid connection into prepaid but the srevice provider is not taking initative about the same ....earlier i was three time request for mobile no portablity but they not done that also...i completely fadup with reliane..please do the needful
