Complaint Details:
My name is Hoom Kc my mobile number is 9958923888 and I am working under Zee enterprises , I had taken airtel postpaid connection (9958923888) on 16th August 2012, at the time of the Activation airtel Executive Mr Gaurav promised me that he will provide me Special Airtel Cug 199 plan, along with he will provide me Zero rental unlimited internet plan, after the activation of the connection on 5th September 2012 I got a call from the airtel team informing that as I am a corporate employee, airtel will give me handset offer in which I will get 2 Gb 3G Data free for the next 4 months, after that I had called on your airtel customer care number both 121 and 198 confirming about the plan the Csr who took the call said me that they provide me 2gb internet free up to 4 months, and also she confirmed me that 3G data uses up to 2Gb will no effect my billing … Again after 3,4 days in the morning I got a message that your unbilled amount is Rs. 800 I again called on the airtel customer care a lady was there she said that Sir your unbilled amount of Rs. 800 has been generated because you have used 200 Mb of 3 G data , and she promised me that your connection will remain continue because airtel is providing you the data uses free of cost and at the time of the billing on 4th Oct 2012 we will adjust your billing and at that time you have to just pay the rental, I was afraid because as per my plan my credit limit was just Rs.1000….
On 15th Sep 2012 Airtel discontinued my outgoing services because as per them I had used Rs.2900. when I checked the details all the uses was because I had used 700 MB Of 3G data…. I was so surprised to see that Airtel barred my service because I had used 700 Mb of 3G date which was provided by them free of cost to me … Again I called on customer care number where I had a word with the executive than floor supervisor and Manager Mr. Jatin and Mr. Hemant …they assured me that the fault was from their end and promised me that he is escalating my case to their Department after that I got a call that sir I have activated your connection on temp basis and asap we will solve your billing problem we will call back to you reference number is F1122480327……now again on 17th Sep 2012 my services has been barred by airtel .. till now my unlimited internet plan has not been activated by them,, I also give the request to port the number from post-paid to prepaid My Porting id is AD359235 in response I got a call from a lady she said that she will activate me Zero rental unlimited internet plan but I have to show them a number on which Zero rental plan exist…I provided her a number but she refused………
After that I had a word with Airtel Escalation executive Mr. Satish Pathak on 18th Sep 2012 he promised me that he will activate my unlimited internet plan and he will increase my credit limit to Rs. 5000..he also send me the mail….. Again I talk with him on 19th sep 2012 he promised me the same thing…
On 20st Sep 2012 at around 9:22 PM I got a Message from AZ-AIRCCM that as per your request GPRS has been started on your airtel mobile on 20th sep 2012 and Free 3 G services of 2GB per month has been deactivated from your mobile ……
My Concern is that who has given the request to deactivate my 3G service in the middle of the month and without my request how can you activate 98Rs internet plan 2gb per month on my number, now you have deactivated my 3G services in the middle of the month and I have used 1200 Mb 3G data till now, as per your pro-rata billing concept you will charge me according to that..
I had agreed to change my free 3 G plan to unlimited from my next billing cycle so that it would not affect my billing.....
On 21st sep 2012 in the morning I had a word with Mr.vishal from the escalation he had checked the details from his end and he said there is no request showing in the system from my end to change my internet plan from 3g to 2 GB limited Rs. 98 internet plan…..
My complaint number for the automatic activation of Rs. 98 internet plan and Automatic deactivation of 3G free handset uses plan is 46078078...
As per the TRAI without the consent of the customer Telecom Company cannot change the bill plan of the customer, please check the details who had given the consent to change my bill plan, please activate my unlimited plan and adjust my billing.........
Please look into the matter and please find the person who had changed my internet plan and please share the TAT time of closure of the complaint.

After that I had send many mails to airtel escalation team , nodal team , appellate team but no one is replying to my mails,, I am just getting automated reply that we will get in touch with you in 24 hours……..but no one called me up………on 25th I spoke in airtel appellate escalation department wherein I spoke to Ms. Mamta from Appellate desk, complaint number F1128303866 she deactivate My airtel 2 G services pack of Rs. 98 on my request because it was not activated by me....however she said she is not having any record of my earlier complaint and my communication with mr satish.....and also she is said to me that i have to wait till 23rd Oct 2012 for my earlier complaint..
Please look into the case I am being cheated by Airtel…..
